PERSONALITY// Rayna has a complex personality, one that has intermingling types of characters. At first glance she is a quiet, hard to impress person. She speaks only when needed and whatever she has to say is blunt, as she doesn't care whether the truth hurts or not. But once she warms up to people she is actually an outgoing person, one that can be quite careless and relaxed. She can be pretty charming and flirtatious, as she likes to play around with people. Besides all the fun and games, Rayna can be deadly serious when she needs to be. While fighting she becomes cold and calculating, with an occasional side comment from her. Her powers are linked to her emotions, and with how hot tempered Rayna can be she knows she needs to stay calm under the pressure, otherwise she could burn out.

fire:

-Conjure and use fire as a weapon, resulting in blasts or singing enemies
-Can burn enemies from the inside out; extinguish fire
-can also create flames that will burn without heating surroundings
-can shape her fire into shields, daggers, arrows, etc.

shadowfire:

-destructive flame, dark in color
-Shadowfire leaves no trace behind. In small doses, it creates intense burning pain all over, as if the mind thinks that the body is on fire, when in reality, it is not. In a large dose, it kills swiftly with less pain
-used very rarely, as it is hard to control and summon. Only when Rayna is in a deep state of panic or close to death is this ability given to her
-very dangerous, kills everything it touches

Burn out: Rayna's magic does have its limits. Rayna's fire is a part of her, and can drain out easily. Think of it as a well, the magic can be filled to the top but when she uses to much of it there is none left. During a burn out Rayna becomes unstable as her magic takes total control, which would result in literally burning her out
Shadowfire: Shadowfire is a rare type of magic that comes from a line of dark magic wielders. When Rayna uses this ability, she looses all control of her body and can be very dangerous. Shadowfire has a mind of its own and one goal: to destroy

B A C K S T O R Y

Rayna grew up on a planet called Berk, where the Bersikians lived. Bersikians are well known for their magic abilities and warrior beasts. Rayna was the daughter of the second-hand man to their leader, after being adopted when she was younger. Bersikians abilities only take form in one type of magic, whether it be an elemental power or healing abilities. However, Rayna was different. She was the descendant of Brannon the Fire-Bringer, the most powerful magic wielded Berk had ever seen, and Mala Ashryver, the most ancient and rare magical beasts that lived on and fought for Berk. Rayna had abilities that Berk hadn't seen for thousands of generations and years, which is why she left. After a terrible accident where Rayna lost control of her powers, she fled her home planet and crashed onto Earth. But when she accidentally crashed into Earth, she lost a good chunk of memory about who she was and where she came from after receiving a hard blow to the head. The Titans found her soon after, and when she introduced them to her abilities they decided to take her in. Rayna had lost control of her shifting and shadowfire abilities for the time being, and the Titans helped her re-learn how to control and use her abilities to their full extent.
