↞ SYNOPSIS ↠

This one chapter story is about an unnamed young man with depression, set on the day that the only thing he ever loved with every fiber of his being leaves him because she can't handle him anymore. It all goes downhill from there, for he can't stop seeing her everywhere.

The girl whom ended things that he keeps seeing isn't there at all and she isn't anyone. She's pain, but in the form of the one who broke his heart. She's simply supposed to be a symbol/representation of pain it's self in the form of a human he held dearly to him.

Pain never leaves a person who refuses to let go. It's hard to get rid of pain when faced with difficult situations in life. Which is why he becomes so enthralled with this pain, that it ultimately becomes his downfall.

↞ NOTE ↠

My dad was kind of the reasoning for me to write this story. He has severe depression and not enough support, because the people around him don't have enough understanding, especially my mother. I can't be the only person making effort to there for him because he needs more than that. He needs his wife, not someone who continuously makes him guilty for his illness.

This book is kind of my way of saying that the mentally ill aren't perfect and they go through a lot, which is what I want people to understand. I'm just so tired of the romanticism on mental illnesses, it's so much more than that.

I also want people to know that it's okay to feel out your pain, don't let it engulf you, or else your life will be nothing but sadness and hurt. I understand that a lot of people who are all about happiness love to spread nothing but that, but I feel like those people forget that you can't just push aside pain and be happy. You've got to experience it and burn it out.
