682 growled as he ventured deep into the Deep-Metal Mines to investigate his suspicions. When he found the writing, he growled loudly.

[I F*CKING KNEW IT!] He roared, before going quiet when he heard loud, thumping footsteps. [...probably shouldn't have roared so loud.] He noted to himself before he found a good place to hide.

And it was a good thing he had hid, as he saw the same horrifying sight his sister had witnessed before him, Bubba, covered in black thorns and the black gunk flowing from his eyes. But what really horrified 682, was what had happened to his sister. She looked bad, if not even worse than Bubba.

She had black thorns sticking out of her guts, with a black substance pouring down from her eyes, onto her neck, and eventually, her chest. Her claws had been turned into the same black thorns sticking out of her guts, and she wore a black crown with two crescent moon shapes above it.

She had become the host for the awful woman behind this.

682 saw ‘Rosie’ and Bubba search for him for a moment, before giving up and leaving. But not without a single thing of note. The two turned to each other, before saying one thing.

[As below, So above.] They said in unison to each other before they left.

682 now knew for certain who was the one behind this. An awful goddess. An awful goddess so strong, even that godly starfish was afraid of her. The murderer of Murphy Law. The Lady of the Black Thorns.

682 felt something dig into his flesh, and he roared and tried to pry it out, only to find he suddenly lacked the strength to even move his arms.  When he looked behind him, he saw one of the other bosses. Eyesore.

The white of his eye was entirely black, with thorns digging into it at random places. His tentacles now had those awful vines wrapped around them, and his breathing seemed like he was gasping for air. 682 bit down on one of those tentacles, trying to get Eyesore to let go. But it was useless, as all that did was get him to wrap one of his tentacles around his snout.

682 roared only one thing as he was dragged deeper into the Deep-Metal Mines.
