As I grew up, very slowly indeed, like many of you I was introduced to nursery rhymes, which have stayed with me, much like income tax.

Now, I don't believe that children should have all the fun, in fact, if it was up to me, they would spend their formative years locked in their bedrooms with a daily ration of cabbage soup and a boxed set of 'The Sky at Night' for entertainment!

However, I digress, (It's quite legal!) I have decided to repost (By request) my adaptations of some of these masterpieces of my childhood, but with some small interpretations of my own. Some of you will have read, and hopefully, enjoyed them, some of my newer followers will not have had the questionable pleasure, as yet.

I have, of course, made some revisions, you will either enjoy these, or they will confirm your already held opinion that I am in sore need of treatment.
