Nine Years Later

Location: Ecopoint, Antarctica

As one of Overwatch's most isolated base of operations, Ecopoint: Antarctica was home to Mei-Ling-Zhou who is a scientist doing everything she can to protect the environment. Mei worked along five other scientists, all of whom try their best to preserve the planet that they call home while keeping themselves alive in the harsh conditions.

Soon the six scientists were forced to freeze themselves in hibernation chambers until Overwatch came to help them due to the massive blizzard that hit the base. Due to the lack of resources to sustain them through the blizzard, the scientists had no other choice but to hibernate but not before Mei recorded one last update of what was happening.

Nine Years Later, Mei's pod opens and soon enough she was shocked to find out how much information the base collected and the fact that Overwatch was disbanded. After discovering that her teammates have died and listened to Winston's Recall message, Mei along with her companion Snowflake traversed across Antarctica in hoping to send a message to Overwatch to pick her up.

Sure enough, Mei was able to send a message to Overwatch and was going to be picked up by Mercy and Winston while Tracer stays with the rest of the Overwatch agents back at base. 

Mei: "Isn't this exciting Snowflake! We're finally getting picked up!"

Snowflake: *Whirs*

Mei: "Let's head to that frozen lake so we can be seen." *Begins walking to the frozen lake*

Mei walks out onto the frozen lake with her sleigh in tow as the ice creaked due to how thin it is. The climatologist walked out to the center of the frozen body of water and waited for the Overwatch ship to arrive.

Snowflake floated out of his charger and whirred happily while spinning around as Mei laughed and kept her eyes on the sky. 

Snowflake: *Flies around looking at the lake before he spots something underneath the ice*

Snowflake floated to Mei and made a frantic beeping noise which made Mei frown.

Mei: "What is it Snowflake?" *She sees Snowflake float over to where he was and looked down*  

Mei: *Walks over to where Snowflake was* "What are you..." *Her eyes opened wide with shock and surprise as she gasped*

Underneath the ice was a teen probably her age wearing a white superhero suit with golden streaks. His eyes were closed and his body was frozen in a thick block of ice as he floated underneath her.

Mei: "What... who is this?!" *She kneeled down and got a closer look at the teen, that is when she saw the golden H on the center of his chest.

Snowflake: *Looks up and beeps frantically* 

Mei looks up to see an Overwatch aircraft has arrived to pick her and Snowflake.

The ship's back door opened to reveal Winston and Mercy in their battle gear in case something goes wrong.

Winston: "Mei, it's good to see you again!" 

Mercy: "Introductions later, we need to get you inside! Its freezing!"

Mei: "It's so good to see you guys but we need to help him too!" *Winston and Mercy walk up to Mei with confused looks*

Winston: "Who?" *Mei gestures to below them which makes them look down and gasped in surprise as they looked at the frozen teen*

Mercy: "It's... its him!" *Turns to Winston* "We need to get him out of there now!"

Winston: *Surprised at Mercy's outburst* "Who is he?"

Mercy: "Hope helped us when we needed hope, now we need to help him."

Ten Minutes Later

With the AI System piloting the airship, that left the three Overwatch agents with the frozen hero whose skin was ice cold but its golden color still remained intact. Mercy was fussing all over him as she managed to stick a needle right through his skin easily which shocked her.

Winston: "Nine years ago, the attack of Null Sector on King's Row is when you, Tracer, Reinhardt and Torbjorn met this man?"

Mercy: *Nods* "I never forgot the face of my saviour that day and I'm glad I did." *Looks at the monitor that she hooked Hope up to and saw a slight pulse thankfully*

Mei: "Why were you shocked when you put the needle through his arm?"

Mercy: "During the night we met him, the omnics fired their machine guns on him but the bullets simply bounced off his skin... if it wasn't for that then we wouldn't have survived that night."

Winston: *Observes Hope with fascination* "Incredible... a living god right infront of our eyes... wait then how come he didn't show up after the attack over the past nine years?"

Mercy: *Looks concerningly at Hope* "There was a nuke heading for the city sent by some unknown organization or country. Hope said he was going send it somewhere else but it exploded when he went up to it, there were no casualties thankfully. After that, he just disappeared completely off the map."

Mei: "He saved many lives that day... does nuclear energy affect him somehow since he's been frozen for nine years?"

Winston: "It seems it does, it must be one of his weaknesses... Angela did you take a blood sample?" *Looks at Angela and saw her nod as she continued working on him* 

Mercy: "Winston, can you land us on the medical pad at base? The last thing he needs is to be fussed over by the others."

Winston: *Nods and goes to the pilot seat as the Overwatch base came into view* 

Mei: *Looks at Angela feeling Hope's muscles and a rage of jealousy shot through her but she kept under control, she had to resist until they got back to base so she could have a chance with him.*

Winston: "We're here!" 

Mei walked to the pilot's seat where Winston was and saw the Overwatch Current Base of Operations.

Location: The Rock of Gibraltar

Watchpoint: Gibraltar

Mei: "How many members are still with us?"

Winston: *Smiles* "You'll find out soon enough, first let's get Hope and Mercy to the medical pad."

The airship flies over to the medical pad and softly landed while the back door opened, Mercy escorted Hope who was on a hover bed and headed to the infirmary. Winston then piloted the airship to the hanger where the rest of Overwatch's agents were waiting. 

Winston: *Turns to Mei* "Are you ready, Mei?" 

Mei: *Nods with excitement* "Yup, I am ready to meet my friends!"

They entered the hanger where they saw all of the agents waiting for them. Winston landed the airship and Mei walked to the back door which opened for her to reveal Tracer.

Tracer: *Blinks to Mei and gave her a hug* "Mei! Its so good to see you again, love!"

Mei: *Returns the hug* "Good to see you too, Lena!" *She looks at the others and saw that the team consisted of many familiar faces*

Winston: "Mei meet Reinhardt, Brigette, DVa, Lucio, Junkrat, Roadhog, Orisa, Echo, McCree, Genji, Hanzo, Soldier 76, Pharah, Ana, Torbjorn, Symmetra, Bastion and Athena our AI."

Mei was flooded with introductions by the team who greeted on her safe return and wanted to know what happened to her but that put her in a depressed state which Genji noticed and told everyone to give her some space. She then said that she would tell them later which was fine

Tracer was helping Mei introduce herself when she realised someone wasn't here.

Tracer: "Wait where's Angela?" *She sees that everyone had just now realised that Mercy was not with them*

Soldier 76: "Is she alright?"

Winston: "Yes she is alright, she is taking care of another patient."

Reinhardt: "Who is the patient?"

Pharah: "Is it someone from Talon?!" *She spat the name out with venom but was surprised when Winston shook his head*

Winston: "He was someone who apparently four of you ran into once." *This brought a confused look to all the members except Mei*

McCree: "Uh wha do ya mean partner? We ran into a lot of people."

Winston: *Turns to Tracer, Reinhardt and Torbjorn* "You three along with Angela ran into him in King's Row."

Torbjorn: *Gasps* "Hope?!"

Reinhardt: *Laughs heartily* "The lad is alive! I have to give him gratitude for saving my life!"

Tracer hasn't said a word as everyone saw her jaw had dropped and a blush was plastered on her face as she stared at Winston in shock at what he just said.

Tracer: "Hope... is alive..."

Winston: "Alive and in critical condition, Mei found him in a frozen lake that he apparently been in for the past nine years."

Tracer didn't say nothing else except blink to the infirmary as Reinhardt and Torbjorn looked at each other before following Tracer.

Echo: "So this Hope person, how is able to survive being frozen for nine years?"

Winston: "Let's go to the mess hall and discuss this." *Everyone decided that was for the best and headed to the mess hall to continue the conversation*

Meanwhile

Hope was lying unconscious on a hospital bed in a hospital gown as Angela was in a doctor's uniform looking over him as she did her research. 

Along their way to the infirmary, Hope's uniform dissipated in a flash of golden light which left him in a tight blue shirt and a pair of jeans much to Angela's shock. 

Angela: *Looks at the screen displaying his health* "Incredible, he is healthy in every way known to human anatomy."

Angela observed Hope and noticed how cute he looked when he was unconscious, not only that, she saw how fit he was especially the 8-pack that he has.

Angela: *She ran hand along his muscular arm and then along the torso where she felt his hard abs which made her blush a dark crimson* "So fit..."

Just as Angela was about to something stupid, Tracer blinked into the medical ward which made the doctor scream in surprise.

Tracer: *Looks from Angela to the unconscious Hope* "Were you... stroking his muscles?" *Inside, she was raging at what she just saw and wanted to slap Angela for doing that*

Angela: *A blush was still on her face* "N-no I wasn't!" 

Tracer: *Rolls her eyes before running to Hope's bed* "Will he wake up?"

Angela: *Fixes her glasses* "Yes he will but for now he is resting." *The door opens and in comes Reinhardt and Torbjorn*

Reinhardt: "Is the lad alright?"

Angela: "He needs sleep since he has been frozen for nine years."

Torbjorn: "He's one tough son of a bi- OW!" *Angela smacks him with her clipboard*

Angela: "No bad words in the medical ward!" *She turns around to see Tracer touching Hope's face and she became furious* "Alright, everyone out now! The patient needs rest!"

Angela ushers everyone out of the room and locked the door while the three agents just looked at the door in surprise.

Torbjorn: "Oi, she got agitated pretty fast."

Reinhardt: *Laughs heartily* "She's into him obviously, love is blooming within the girl... literally!"

Tracer: "He's not even awake and Angela already has fallen for him." 

Tracer's Thoughts: 'Alright Angela, you may have won this one but the odds will soon be in my favor.' *Tracer, Reinhardt and Torbjorn walk off to find the others who were in the mess hall discussing*

Inside the medical ward, Angela leaned against the door quietly complimenting herself for getting them out... especially Tracer.

Angela: "Phew, good thing Reinhardt didn't resist the push." *Looks at the monitor and saw that it was stable*

Angela: *Looks at her clipboard* "Everything is on schedule... now to assess my feelings."

As the doctor mumbled to herself with her back to Hope's bed, she didn't hear the movement behind her.

Angela: "I mean ever since the Null Sector on King's Row, I couldn't stop thinking about him... not just that but the fact that I feel jealous whenever another girl is around him."

Unknown Voice: "Um... excuse me?"

Angela froze in shock as she turned around slowly and gasped at the awakened superhero along with the crimson blush that appeared on her face when she heard his wonderful voice that hasn't entered her ears for nine years.

Hope: Can you tell me where I am?"

AND THAT IS A WRAP! I saw the comments that you guys have posted and I see that some don't like the whole lesbian thing so here is what I'll do. I'll keep the lesbian action between Tracer and Emily while the rest will be regular and you know will love only him. I have counted the results from the comments and I am happy to announce that Echo, Orisa and Athena will be in the harem so yes there robot booties will get clanked.

Also I know that I am updating once a week so that is going to be my schedule since schoolwork is piling up on me and not to mention that I have to take my driver's permit test in two weeks so I have to study for that. I will be busy but I will update once a week so there's that and also I want to thank you guys for 200 Views. Since this story is very successful so far, I will be uploading a second story called "MLAATR: Enter the Awesome Slapstick!" This does not mean I am abandoning this story, I just wanted to expand my imagination and make use of it. The show My Life as a Teenage Robot was my childhood since it started in 1999 but was cancelled in 2004 so I plan on bringing back a childhood favorite of many people including me.

If you are wondering who Slapstick is... he is my favorite Marvel superhero, the indestructible cartoon clown, and was forgotten by almost everyone. He doesn't have one story on Wattpad nor Fanfiction so I plan on changing that with this story and starting a MLAATR Universe featuring the Marvel hero Slapstick!!!
