(y/n) POV

Rangiku and I were out in the woods "training", I just wanted to question her. "Here!" She said as she tossed me a weird golden dispenser of some sort, she pulled a second one out and pushed on the top. A green ball came out of the golden rabbits mouth and suddenly Rangiku was out of hergigai, "come on sweetie what are you waiting for?" she asked and I mimicked what she did. "So shall we begin?" She asked, "actually no, I kinda wanted to talk to you about a few things." I said Rangiku looked surprised, "ok I'll answer all of your questions on one condition!" she said, "ok whats your condition?" I asked, "when it's just the two of us like this I want you to call me mom or mommy you are my son after all." She said, I sighed "ok fine." I said and Rangiku gave me a big suffocating hug. "C....c...can't breath." I said as she released me, I coughed a bit trying to regain my breath. "Carriage of thunder, bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six! BAKUDO 61 Rikujōkōrō!" I said pointing at Rangiku, as the six beams of light converged on her I developed a devious grin, 'pay back time' I thought, I used my flash step to get behind Rangiku and I began mercilessly tickling her, she began laughing uncontrollably "S...SWEETIE *laughs* STOP!" She said laughing, "this is what you get for almost suffocating your son." I said in a condescending tone, suddenly a grimm came out of the woods and was about to attack our gigai. There was no time to release Rangiku from the bakudo. I raised my right hand, "O lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws. HADO 33 Sōkatsui!" I yelled and the fired the bright blue energy blast at the grimm, the explosion was easily ten times bigger than last time I used it and it took less of my spirit energy to use, the grimm was killed instantly. I released Rangiku from the bakudo when several giant Nevermores flew overhead.

Rangiku POV

"Sweetie are you ok?" I asked as his eyes lost all color and became dull and lifeless, "Limit of the thousands hands, respectful hands, unable to touch the darkness. Shooting hands unable to reflect the blue sky. The road that basks in light, the wind that ignited the embers, time that gathers when both are together, there is no need to be hesitant, obey my orders. Light bullets, eight bodies, nine items, book of heaven, diseased treasure, great wheel, grey fortress tower. Aim far away, scatter brightly and cleanly when fired. Hado 91 Senjū Kōten Taihō" He said as several spears of energy formed and fired into the air and impaled several flying grimm. I was shocked, how did he learn such an advanced kidō?! Not even the members of the Kidō Core would use a hado of that level.

(y/n) POV

"What happened? Why am I in my soul world?" I asked , "GETSUGA TENSHOU!" White shouted as he ran towards me, a large red and black wave of energy rushed towards me, I was afraid so afraid that I couldn't move, I was going to die, "REND!" Shiryu yelled as she ran out in front of me. "W....what's going on?! Why are you two fighting?!" I asked, my voice filled with fear, "Master stay behind me! He's going to kill you or should I say she is going to kill you." Shiryu said pointing her blade at White. "So you figured it out have you dear sister." White said as his body began to smoke, soon his entire body was engulfed in smoke. When the the smoke cleared White was gone and a woman who looked exactly like Shiryu, the only differences were their dress colors, eye colors, hair colors, and how they acted. Shiryu was kind, patient, and gentle she never once yelled at me when I made a mistake the only time she ever yelled at me was the first time I used my kidō. This new lady seemed angry. Shiryu's dress was always black with an almost scale like pattern, while the other's dress was white with the scale like pattern edged in black. Shiryu's eyes were blue, while her whit counterparts were red. Shiryu had long jet black hair, and the other long brown hair. "Do you want to tell him what happened or should I?" the other Shiryu asked, Shiryu sighed "Master that is my sister White Shiryu. We form the twin spirits of the Shiryu. I am the dark half and she is the light. We are polar opposites, she lives for death and destruction while I live to defend and protect." She said, "that's true, but what my sister isn't telling you is I was the hollow that was here. I fused with it and as a result I have become stronger than ever. And that last attack I used was a little trick you inherited from your daddy, who's probably didn't care that you were gone, hell he probably didn't even know you existed!" White Shiryu said as she began to laugh. "Master don't listen to her." Shiryu said, "run red with blood, SHIRYU!" I shouted and myshikai appeared in my hand, "Master?" Shiryu said in concern. I rushed at White Shiryu and slashed at her with enough force to destroy the building we were on. "The hell, when did this brat get that kind of power?!" she said, a blue ring developed around my eyes, my spiritual pressure intensified and my blade hummed with power, "rend" I said calmly as I slashed releasing a wave of black and blue energy. It was fast, faster than she expected, it left her no time to dodge or counter. She gathered energy into her blade and blocked my attack, I used flash step and got behind her. "It's over." I said as I stabbed her, "ha, if you think it's that easy to get rid of me your sadly mistaken!" she said, "I wasn't talking to you I was talking to White. He was my opponent you were just his puppet fake Shiryu." I said as I pulled my blade out of her and as I did the real White came out of her as well. He was on my blade, "well well, you finally faced your fears and won, but this isn't the last you'll see of me. I'll be back you can count on that." He said as he disinterested, I sighed and collapsed to my knees. "MASTER!" Shiryu yelled as she ran to my side, "Master are you alright?" she asked, "yeah I'll be ok, I guess using my shikai was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be." I said with a smile Shiryu gave me a kiss on the cheek, "I'm glad your ok and it looks like you can use the full power of the Shiryu now." She said, "yeah, but if you wanna use me my incantation is far different than my sister's. My incantation is, Shine bright and pierce the darkness. And just like how my sister can use Rend, I too have a unique attack, it's called Smite. It allows you to fire fast concentrated waves of energy and it can be used defensively as well." White Shiryu said, I nodded and returned to reality.

"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! COME ON SWEETIE YOU HAVE TO SNAP OUT OF IT!" Rangiku said, her words were distant, my vision was blurry and my body felt numb. I fell forward into Rangiku's arms, "I'm ok mommy I just had a little problem to take care of." I said, she smiled and teared up a bit. 

Rangiku POV

"RANGIKU!", "sweetie I thought I told you to call me mommy when it's just us." I said as I looked down and saw (y/n) unconscious in my arms, "if you didn't say that then who did?" I asked myself, suddenly there was a swift punch to the back of my head, "so this is where you've been slacking off all this time!" a man said from behind me, I looked back at him, "who are you?" I asked, the man got an annoyed look, "four years and you've forgotten your captain!" he yelled,

"T..Toshiro?" I asked, "good to see you Rangiku, by the way who's the kid?" He asked, suddenly (y/n) was gone and Toshiro had hiszanpakuto drawn. "What do you think your doing kid?" He said, (y/n) snickered a bit, "I would tell you but my mom told me never to talk to strangers!" (y/n) said as he used his flash step to get away, "Toshiro please don't hurt him! He's my son I'll deal with him!" I pleaded, "Rain over the frosted heavens HYORINMARU!" he yelled, "not a chance, it seems he needs to learn to respect his betters and I'm the most qualified to teach him that lesson." He said, "is that your shikai? Looks pretty pathetic to me!" (y/n) said from atop a tree limb, "NOW SHINE BRIGHT AND PIERCE THE DARKNESS SHIRYU!" He yelled, his zanpakuto began to glow, his incantation was different than the one hiszanpakuto spirit had used when I fought against her. (y/n) held a scythe, unlike his previous shikai this one was almost completely white except for the center of the scythe blade and the center of the axe blade on the back. "Rangiku, after I'm done with this I'm taking you back to the Soul Society with me." He said, "not if I stop you!" (y/n) said as he flash stepped in front of me.

(y/n) POV

I rushed at Toshiro with the intent to kill, he anticipated this and left his head wide open. I flash stepped right next to him and placed his head between the blade of the axe and the pole, "and now you loose." I said as I flung him into the woods, or so I thought. "Nice try especially for someone with little to no real training, but I'm afraid it wasn't good enough." He said, I began to panic I was going to loose and then I would never get to see Rangiku again, "run red with blood." I said and my scythe transformed into the dragon sword, "I... I WON'T LOOSE!" I yelled as my hollow mask formed, but some how it was different it felt different, I felt stronger.

"VASTO LORDE!" Toshiro said, I slashed at him rapidly, but my efforts were in vain as he cut a horn off my mask causing most of it to shatter. "I... I won't l... loose the only real mother I have. I WON'T LET YOU TAKE HER FROM ME AGAIN!" I yelled, "then I will take you as well." He said as he cut my arm, the cut wasn't deep at all, it was just deep enough to bleed a bit, but as soon as I realized he cut me my body began to freeze.
