(y/n) POV

"DADDY!" Melody yelled as she ran into my room and jumped on me, "Mels what's wrong? It's six thirty." I said groggily, "I...it's S...Shadow, sh...she's gone!" She cried, "Honey what's going on?" Eve asked, "The dog's missing." I said as I got out of bed.

"Melody we've looked everywhere except for your sister's room. Maybe she went in there?" I said as I opened Terra's door and found Shadow cuddling with Terra. "See Mels she just wanted to keep an eye on your baby sister." I said, "But Daddy she's my puppy." Melody said, "Yes, but you have to share with Terra." I said, I looked down at her and saw she was very upset, "Shadow come here girl." I said, Shadow woke up and got out of the crib. "Alright Shadow outside." I said as I let the puppy out in the backyard. "WAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" Terra cried, "I got her honey." Eve said as she went into Terra's room, "I'll make breakfast." I said as I made a fresh pot of coffee. "What would you like for breakfast Mels?" I asked, "Cookies!" She said, "Absolutely not. How about I make pancakes instead." I said as I got the ingredients out of the fridge.

"Mmm smells good." Eve said as she hugged me from behind, "Good morning gorgeous." I said as I kissed her, "How's Terra?" I asked, "It's the strangest thing, she wasn't hungry, she didn't need changed, but once I picked her up she went right back to sleep." She said, "Maybe we should get her a stuffed animal to sleep with." I said, "Maybe. Oh did you find Shadow?" She asked, "Yeah, she was sleeping with Terra. It was the most adorable thing, but Mels got upset so I put her outside." I said, "Good choice. Melody needs to learn to share with her sister. I'm gonna go get Terra. Maybe she'll be hungry." She said as she walked upstairs.

Eve POV

"Hi there baby girl. It time to wake up." I said softly as I picked up the baby. "Are you a hungry girl?" I said as I tried to feed her, "What's wrong sweetie? Do you not feel good?" I asked as I felt her forehead with my cheek, "No you don't have a fever. I guess you're just not hungry right now. Oh well we'll try again later." I said as I fixed my shirt. "Lets go see Daddy." I said as I kissed her forehead.

(y/n) POV

"Hey there Zapper." I said as I tickled her making her giggle, "She's gonna be a daddy's girl I can tell." I said, "No if anything she's going to be mommy's little princess!" Eve said, "Well one things certain. She's gonna be a spoiled little girl." Blair said as she picked up Terra.

Eve POV

"Good morning Melody." I said as sat down on the patio and took a sip of my coffee, "Good morning Mommy." Melody said, "I heard you don't like Shadow sleeping with Terra." I said, she nodded, "Can you tell me why? I promise I won't be mad honey." I said calmly, "I...I just thought she would stay with me since she's my puppy, but when she was with Terra it felt like she was gone to leave me too." She said sadly, "Come here sweetie." I said, she walked over over to me and I picked her up and sat her on my lap, "Mels your father and I love you so much, we would never leave you. Shadow probably heard your sister crying last night and decided to keep her company." I said, "She's a good girl. I...I'm sorry Mommy." She said softly as she hugged me, "It's alright sweetheart, but you're gonna have to learn to share." I said, "I know Mommy, but I'm only five." She said, "I know, but... wait five? Melody I thought you were eleven!" I said, "I...I was, but when I saw what Pandora did to the others I asked her to do the same to me. I just wanted more time with you and Daddy." She said, "Sweetheart as sweet as that is we have to get you back to normal." I said, "Please Mommy don't make me go back!" She said, "We're going to have to tell your father. But I have a feeling he'll be ok with it." I said as I kissed her forehead.

"Honey, um can we talk about Melody for a second?" I asked, "Sure. Is this a private thing or..." (y/n) said, "Private, definitely private." I said.

(y/n) POV

"Did you know that Melody had Pandora make her into a five year old?" Eve asked, "No, but she was a big girl. She can make her own decisions." I said, "She did it so she could have more time with us." She said, "Eve I'm not seeing the problem here." I said, "I know, but her mother..." She said, "Her mother doesn't care. Before we left she told me to keep Mels, she doesn't care." I said, "Then how can she call herself a mother!" She said, "She doesn't not anymore. You're her mother now." I said, "And I'm so glad I am. Especially now that I know about her Skyler." She said, "Well let's go eat." I said. 

After breakfast Eve and I took Melody and Terra to the park. "Mommy, Daddy can you push me on the swing?" Melody asked, "Sure honey we'd love to." Eve said as we walked over to the swings. I pushed Mels while Eve pushed Terra in a baby swing. "Daddy can we bring Shadow next time?" Melody asked, "Maybe when she has more obedience training. We wouldn't want her to run away now would we?" I said, "No." She said.
