3rd person POV

Eleven years have pass since the fall of the Overlord by the three knight masters which cause the destruction of the Netherworld Tower by the creatures called Heartless but as the Tower were being destroyed a couple of survivors escapes from the destruction of the Tower. However as the Tower were almost be devoured by the darkness a rusty ship escaped the Tower and head towards a forgotten tower where the few survivors from the ship starts to rebuild the tower.

Location: Ruin tower.

Inside the tower is a black bunny wearing a thin coat as he is walking towards the throne room where the others are waiting but once he got there he see that the others are fighting again like usual.

These six individual are:

Oswald.
Max.
Scrooge McDuck.
PJ.
DJ aka Donald Junior.
Jumba.
And Magica de spell.

PJ: "Really old man! I bet you wouldn't be able to become the next Overlord even if you were younger!" He said yelling at Scrooge McDuck while being held back by Max who is an dark knight and DJ who is an dark wizard.

Scrooge: "Och pure ye bloody youngsters! at less ah didn't git rejected mair then wance!" He said being held back by Magica and Jumba.

The rabbit roll his eyes and walk towards the six but as soon as he reach them a blast shoot at the spot between the PJ and Scrooge. Which cause everyone to stop and look up to see a dog alien holding a blaster at them.

Jumba: "Really experiment 626?!" He said revealing the identity of the alien dog.

626?: "Yu porma dissy!" He yell in Tantalog Language causing Jumba to gasp in shock.

Jumba: "Don't you insult my mother like that!" He yell.

Everyone, besides Jumba and 626, sweat drop at the two but before there could be an new argument Oswald spoke.

Oswald: "Are you all done arguing?" He ask gaining everyone attention.

They then look at each other before sighing and make a circle to start the meeting.

Oswald: "Good now then as you all know we are here to see if the heart discover a new Overlord like we usually do every five day minus the weekends" he said.

PJ: "yeah yeah Oswald we know the drill" he said a bit annoyed with the same old routine.

Scrooge: "At less I ain't a stubborn boy PJ!" He said glaring at the cat.

PJ: "oh be quiet Scrooge Mcduck as we both know you are a old duck!" He said only to receive a double smack on the back of his head.

Oswald: "Thank you Max and DJ" he said a bit glad that the two is able to get PJ to be quiet.

Both: "No problem" both males said with a nod.

Magica: "anyway, Jumba any update on the new minions?" she ask the scientist who sigh.

Jumba: "no Magica de spell, I gotta admit that the process of creating new minions is tough. I was only available to create at less two new types of minions" he said which everyone sigh.

DJ: "At less we're alive" he said which everyone agrees.

Suddenly an bright light caught everyone attention causing them to look at the balcony where an large orb is floating.

Everyone then walk towards the orb and stand in front of the orb only for that orb to reveal a young man in some unknown town which surprised them.

PJ: "Who is that man that the Heart chosen?!" He yell as everyone else is surprised at this new information.

At Slufsea town square.

Currently the people of Slufsea are preparing the Winter Eve Festival and among these people are the same man who the Heart chosen. This is Cary who is currently moving barrels while his best friend Erica train.

Erica: "You know, Cary I gonna need someone to be with me as my husband soon" she said while attacking an dummy.

Cary: "pff you are the most talented and most quickest woman I know Erica. Heck even your mother wasn't like that back in her days" he said causing Erica to stop and blush at what Cary say about her.

Erica: "Even so I need an husband by my side" she said putting away her swords and look at Cary.

Cary: "So? I know that you don't love the other males who had try nearly everything to be your boyfriend only for them to failed miserably" he said as he chuckle softly.

Erica giggle as she remembers the times she rejected the males who only interested in her body, hell even her own mother agrees with her decision.

Erica then sigh before looking at Cary who is finished moving all the barrels.

Erica: "Hey. What would you do if you were in my shoes?" She ask which Cary look at her with an rise eyebrow.

Cary: "Simple I would do similar things you be doing. Besides I would be an terrible leader to lead this town that hate me" he said which Erica can't help but agree with his logic.

???: "Yet you're the only male who hasn't ask my daughter out" a older female voice spoke which surprised Erica yet Cary look behind to see Erica mother standing behind him.

Cary: "Hello Mrs Ama. And I don't ask Erica out is because I want her to be independent on her choice" he said causing Ama to smirk as she look at her daughter who is trying to hide her embarrassed face.

Erica: "That why I don't see you more than a friend" she thought.

Cary: "Anyway, What brings you out here?" He ask only for Ama to sigh with annoyance.

Ama: "It Erica father he is still spreading how you are just a brat while in truth you are a honest man Cary" Ama said with worry.

Erica clench her fist as she and her father doesn't get along since she loves Cary while her father Adham hates Cary but Ama likes Cary like a son. However no matter how hard Cary work Adham will only hate Cary but she snap back to reality when Cary spoke.

Cary: "so? He isn't like the teenagers who have be insulting me since childhood as he only spread rumors while the teenagers are just cruel" Cary said. Both Erica and her mother sigh as they are getting tired of the teenagers that be cruel to Cary.

Erica "why haven't you tell them to stop?" She said with worry but Cary just sigh.

Cary: "it won't change as they will get worse if I stand up to them which is why I just listen but never stand my ground as it will get their parents and many of the people of the town to be upset with me" he said.

Both women look down as they are worried about Cary as he is like a family member to Ama while a future lover to Erica but before the two could spoke a explosion interferes them.

All three look at the smoke right near the town entrance gate which cause everyone including themselves to run towards the gate with the three running up the stairs to where Adham is standing at.

When all three are right beside Adham they are completely surprise at the army standing in front of the town but one of the soldiers wearing advanced armor walk up and announce.

General: "This town is now under the control of the Qaryn Empire! Under the rule of your new governor Halim Coe!" The general said pointing to a fat noble man who is on a throne being carry by soldiers.

Adham: "We just a humble town sir" he yell in fear.

General: "Doesn't matter! If you don't surrender we will claim this by force!" the same general said as the army ready their weapons but Adham notice Cary which gave him an idea.

Adham: "Wait we surrender so why don't you just take this young man as a slave" he said then push Cary off the wall surprising Ama who smack her husband head.

Erica: "No!" She scream but Cary land on the ground perfectly.

Cary look at a smirking Adham but Cary then smile causing Adham to frown and look confused until Cary laugh monstrous surprising him and the army.

Cary: "you just sign your own grave Adham! But since you basically throw me away I guess I don't have to worry about your laws" he said. That surprise everyone as Cary then turn to face the army before jumping high surprising the soldiers, general and the governor as Cary then slam ontop of the soldiers killing them like bugs.

Halim: "Kill that slave!" The governor yell pointing his cane at Cary but regrets it as Cary throw a soldier at him knocking the governor off his throne surprising everyone as Cary then kills a bunch of soldiers before running to the forest.

However as he run unknowingly Erica is following behind him as she have tears running down her cheeks.

Erica: "I won't be leaving behind!" She thought as she continues to follow him. After a few minutes Cary suddenly stop as he is facing strange creatures that appears in front of him.

A lot of these creatures are cover in darkness with glowing eyes while there are another different creatures with armor and barring a mysterious symbol.

As soon as he stop Erica hide behind a tree to see the creatures too surrounding Cary.

Erica: "what are those creatures" she thought but suddenly the creatures attack Cary who kill three of the shadows and seven soldiers.

However as he kill the creatures they have be replaced with similar creatures which cause Erica to be worry and without thinking she charges at the soldiers and shadows with her swords. As she kill the creatures she bump into Cary back making her fall on the ground which cause Cary to turn only to be surprise but he didn't have time to help her as shadows start to jump pile on top of Cary.

Cary: "Gah get off!" He said throwing off the shadows but they kept jumping on Cary who suddenly fell on top of Erica making the shadows and soldiers to jump pile on Cary who is protecting Erica.

However as he protects Erica he starts to get cover in darkness which surprise Cary but Erica look at him with tears running down her cheeks surprising Cary.

Cary: "Why are you crying Erica" he ask only for Erica to hug him as the darkness starts to spread to her body too.

Erica: "if you are gonna vanish into the darkness so am I! Because I cannot lose my love!" She scream and kiss him.

Cary completely shock by Erica kiss right as soon as the darkness swallow them completely but Cary hug Erica back and return the kiss as a sudden pulse of energy run throughout his body causing a reaction to the darkness. However as the reaction starts a bright purple light teleport the two to a mysterious room with the two unconscious on the floor but eight beings stare at the two people cuddling with each other.

Oswald Pov:

I stare at the two people alongside with the other seven as we are completely surprise that the Heart would bring the chosen Overlord and his lover here.

Max: "well then that is something we never saw before" he said which I agree.

PJ "He the supposed Overlord!? He look pathetic!" He said and I were about to say something when suddenly we all felt an intense aura coming from the chosen Overlord who is standing up while holding his lover. Everyone including myself stare at the Overlord with surprised as the young man carries her to the throne where he sat on the poor throne with his lover.

As soon as he sat we are all surprise by an mysterious substance spreading all over the throne. Within a minute the throne became a fully remodeled throne which is emitted some sorts of vibes that even many of the brown minions to hide.

3rd person Pov:

Everyone in the throne room is staring at the newly remodeled throne and the two lovers sitting on it.

Pj: "okay I admit he is different then the old Overlord but I won't follow him" he said walking away as everyone just sigh but Oswald smiling  surprise Max, DJ, Magica, Scrooge and Jumba.

Max: "Why are you smiling" he ask when Pj completely gone from the throne room when he ask that and to everyone surprise Oswald is crying with joy.

Oswald: "I don't believe it. It the young master" he said surprising everyone with this discovery.

Jumba: "how? We saw him vanish with his mother, mistress Kelda holding him" he said only for Oswald to look at everyone and smirk.

Oswald: "don't you know remember what his father aura is like? Look at the minions! They are shaking by the presence of the throne itself" he said with a happy tone which Magica and DJ nod.

Magica: "he right I can sense the familiar aura from the new Overlord himself but there something different mix with that aura" she said as DJ also agrees.

DJ: "yeah it as if he have gain something else" he said only for Oswald to just sigh.

Oswald: "anyway I think it best if we leave the two of them be until they wake up then we explain to them what happen, understood?" He ask as everyone agrees before heading out leaving the two people to sleep on the throne.

Meanwhile.

At Destiny Island.

On the beach is a young woman sleeping on the sand. As she slept another woman stand over her casting a shadow over the woman but as the sleeping woman wake up she got surprise by the other woman smile.

???: "Ahh!" The spike hair woman gasp as the red hair woman giggle.

???: "finally awake sleepy head?" The red hair woman said as the spike hair woman pout.

???: "not funny Kairi!" The spike hair woman said revealing the name of the red hair woman only for Kairi to giggle again.

Kairi: "oh really Sora? Even though we are supposed to be helping our 'big brother' Riku with the rafts?" She said with a smile revealing the name of the spikey hair woman causing Sora to widen her eyes and got up.

Sora: "Do you want to race there? I bet you a Paopu fruit" Sora said as Kairi giggle.

Kairi: "you know I heard that If two people share one, their destinies become intertwined. They'll remain a part of each other's lives no matter what" she said only for Sora to giggle as she wave her hand.

Sora "you be talking to Selphie way to much Kairi" Sora said then she whisper close to Kairi ear.

"I bet it that dream man you be talking about" she said causing Kairi to blush hard while Sora giggle before running past her.

Kairi: "hey!" She said and chase Sora to where Riku is building the rafts but once the two got there Riku is waiting there tapping his foot on the ground.

Riku: "Again? You two are like two beans in a pot" he joke as Sora and Kairi both giggle.

Sora "well excuses us pot but at less we don't wait on the beans" she joke as she rub her nose then all three of them laugh. After their laughing the three starts to work on the rafts but Sora decides to explore the hidden cave.

When she walk in she stares at all the handmade drawings on the cave walls. However as she look at the walls she stop in front of a handmade drawing of four faces which involves Sora and Kairi smiling between a man while Riku is above them making a triangle shape. She smile at the memory of when her and her friends all draw this at a younger age but suddenly she snap back to reality when a robed figure appears behind her.

Sora: "who are you?" She ask.

???: "This world has been connected. Tied to the darkness... soon to be completely eclipsed. You do not yet know what lies beyond the door. There is so very much to learn. You understand so little... A meaningless effort. One who knows nothing can understand nothing" The figure said only for Sora to blink once and the figure was gone

Sora: "okay? That is different" She thought and ran outside to join Riku and Kairi on building the rafts.

An: almost over 28k words!
