"Get up stupid." Ky smacked Gee face repeatedly making him grab her hand and push it away then turn the other way.

"Unless you waking me up for some dick, stop touching me." He mumbled.

"I'm hungry and bored, wake up."

"Go cook something and leave me alone."

"This exactly why." She smacked him on his forehead putting on his basketball shorts since she was only in a bra and thong.

"Ky."

"What?"

"Can you make me something to eat too?" He asked opening his eyes while she looked at him like he was stupid.

"No." She stated blankly walking out before he could say anything but laughing because she heard him groan.

She went in the kitchen seeing he didn't have anything simple but stuff you had to cook, she rolled her eyes going to get her phone. When she walked back in the room he was still sleeping, she quietly grabbed her phone calling Indi and Aspy.

"What bitch?" India asked as soon as it connected.

"You called me." Aspen said confused.

"That's not me Aspen." Ky laughed. "India stop playing with me before I come home and beat your ass."

"Shaking in my boots."

"I was studying, is this important?"

"Word, I was on the phone so?"

"Damn, I can't even call my sister and best friend. Wow."

"Bitch if you wanna talk to me come home, I'm bored anyway." India rolled her eyes.

"Where are you?" Aspen asked putting on her goggles so she can test her new formula out.

"Gee house."

"So why are you calling? You always neglecting us when you around him."

"He either left her in the house or he sleep." India concluded.

"You don't know us." She mumbled making them laugh. "He sleep and I'm bout to cook but I'm bored."

"Call Nay, she sick and bored."

"You know what? I'm tried of you bitches, Imma make this the last time I call y'all."

"Love you too." They both sang before she hung up dialing Nay number.

Nay answered on the first ring seeming as though her phone was in her hand, they started talking about different shit while she made her food. Nay had to hang up due to her family pray time making Ky go bored again.

"Cause I been ya girl from the start, even when bitches would tear us apart. Took me a chance and I put down my guard now you the only nigga with my heart." She sang into Snapchat then putting her phone continuing to sing while stirring the food.

Gee walked into the kitchen seeing her at the stove making him smirk, he walked towards her putting both of his arms around her shoulders towering over her to look at what she was cooking. "Smell good."

"Your fat ass would wake up when the food almost done." She rolled her eyes making him laugh.

"It's like no matter what I do you always mad at me."

"I'm not mad."

"Seem like it." He yawned grabbing her phone to turn the music down. "Who Jahleel?"

"Huh?"

"If you could huh, you could hear."

"The music is loud, I didn't fucking hear you." She rolled her eyes.

"Who Jahleel?" He repeated looking in her face as she looked at her phone in his hands.

"He a boy in my math class."

"You fuck with him?"

"No." She answered slowly.

"I don't believe you."

"Go through the messages then." She shrugged while he did just that.

"This nigga call you love, sweetheart and shit but you not fucking with him." He scoffed.

"He call everyone that."

"Well tell him he can't call you that shit."

"Do I go through your fucking phone?" She snatched her phone out his hand as he clicked on different people messages.

"You can." He put his fingerprint in handing it to her.

"I don't want to, why you tryna start an argument?"

"I'm not." He got up and walked towards the back making her roll her eyes, he was so dramatic for no reason. "I'm bout to cop some weed, you need something while I'm out?"

"Can you bring a big bottle of sprite?"

"Aight, don't open the door for nobody." He kissed her cheek then walked out leaving her to her music and cooking.

Five minutes passed making her turn off the stove since the noodles were done, she started stirring in the sauce. She heard the door open then locks as she continued stirring. "That was fast, which store did you go to?"

"Y'all back together?" She heard making her turn around to see Gee mother and sister staring at her in disgust.

"God please give me the strength." She mumbled turning around from them.

"Where is my son? Why are you here?"

"Lady don't start with me." She told her getting two plates down from the cabinet.

"Let me guess, you live here now leeching off of my son as you always been."

"Why are you here? You don't live here so?"

"Stop getting smart with my mother." His sister spoke.

"Girl, fuck you and your mother." Ky said not paying them no mind.

"This is why I'll never approve of you with my son, you think he gon marry you? I introduced him to my coworker daughter, they have been talking. You're going to be out his life real soon and I couldn't be more glad."

"I will never be out his life Juanita." She laughed. "When you gon get that through your head? I'm here to stay baby."

"He doesn't even really wanna be with you." His sister spoke. "He just feels bad and guilty so he think he have to stay with you."

"Feel guilty for what?" She turned around giving them the attention they wanted.

"Because he made you kill your baby." His sister smirked watching her smile drop.

"What was his excuse? He wasn't ready for a baby?" His mother laughed. "He manipulated you into a abortion just because he wanted to be free."

"I'm not even gon entertain y'all because y'all don't know what y'all talking about." She shook her head chuckling.

"It's sad-"

"No what's sad is you in your fucking forties and you this fucking miserable. Quite frankly, you and your ugly ass daughter have me fucked up. If y'all don't leave me the fuck alone I'm going to reach my breaking point and beat both of y'all ass." She spoke calmly looking both of them in their eyes to let them know she was serious. "Again."

"You touch my mom I'm going to fuck you up."

"Girl, fuck you and your mom." Ky repeated.

His mom threw a cup at Ky making her jog over to her and hit her, they began fighting and it wasn't long before his sister jumped in. They were jumping her like she was a bitch on the street they had beef with. Gee unlocked the door laughing with Dell but he heard movement making him stop as he rushed in the kitchen.

"Yo, what is y'all doing?" He yelled automatically getting frustrated as he and Dell rushed to break it up.

"Ky, let go of her hair." Dell spoke making Ky let go. She snatched out his grip getting her phone calling India.

"Bitch stop calling me, I'm sleepy." India answered yawning.

"These bitches just jumped me." She spoke getting India attention as she jumped up right away.

"Who? Where you at?"

"Gee old ass mother and dirty ass sister."

"Copy." India hung up while Ky went into the mirror checking her face. Her eye was lumpy and she could already see a bruise forming making her mad, she put her hair in a ponytail and walked back out.

Gee money had his head on the counter leaning on it frustrated not knowing who to blame just as he looked up Ky was walking into the living room going towards his mother. Ky fist landed directly on her nose then she continued hitting her while Dell held back Gee sister since she was trying to get loose.

"Ky, yo chill!" He pushed her making her fall back. "Just go in the back, please."

"No, do you see my fucking eye? I was in here minding my fucking business when these bitches wanna come in here starting with me!" She yelled feeling her eye throbbing. "Watch I get somebody her age to trash her."

"Bitch." His sister said spitting at her but it landed on Gee making him madder than he already was.

To make matters worst, India walked through the door and as soon as she saw her target she began swinging. Gee was holding Ky while Dell tried to get India from on top of her, his mother walked towards India yanking her weave making India stand up and kick her making her fall.

"Y'all got me and my sister fucked up!" She said loudly as she continued kicking her until Dell grabbed her pushing her into a room while Gee bought Ky to the same room.

"Don't let them leave out." Gee mumbled going in the living room seeing his sister helping his mother off the floor.

"I told you she was no fucking good!" His mother yelled with blood oozing out her nose. "That little girl is so damn disrespectful, I came in here trying to be nice and she starting cursing and swinging. You can not be with her, I will not allow it."

"Ma, you and Angie just jumped her." He looked at her giving her a napkin.

"Because she think she gon talk to ma however she want!" Angie said digging in the freezer to put some frozen broccoli to her face. "You shouldn't even be with a girl your family doesn't like, we come before her, our opinion should matter."

"Y'all opinion do matter." He sighed.

"It obviously don't, we tell you not to be with her and the bitch in here cooking you dinner like a house wife."

"When she leaves you because you're no longer a use to her then I will tell you I told you so, momma knows best and I'm telling you to leave this girl alone."

"Who hit first?" He asked.

"She did."

"Why?"

"We don't know." Angie spoke. "We were exchanging words then her ghetto ass starting yelling and spitting then hit ma." Gee looked in her face knowing she was lying, he knew his girl. He knew she wouldn't fight unless she had to and she most definitely don't spit on people. He shook his head tired of the same shit they keep going through.

"I'll talk to y'all later." He told them walking towards the door.

"So you're going to choose that black monkey over us? Dad would be real ashamed." Angie spoke grabbing her bag walking out with his mother making him sigh.

He walked towards his room seeing India laying on the bed while Dell stood over her and Ky was on the phone, he walked over to her grabbing her face to see her black eye. She pulled her head back walking pass him to go in the bathroom. He followed while she hung up cleaning the makeup off her face.

"Can you tell me what happened?"

"For what? I tell you what happen and all you gon do is tell me I should've left it alone because that's your family but I don't care. Fuck your mother and sister, they lucky I'm not the type of bitch to press charges."

"They said you swung first."

"Your childish ass mother threw a cup at me so yeah, I did run around the counter to fuck her up."

"Why?"

"I tried so hard to ignore them and not let them get to me but they did and I snapped."

"What they say Ky?"

"Talking bout how I'm not for you, she set you up on dates and she bought up the abortion." She said the last part quietly. "She said you manipulated me into a abortion and that's why you with me because you feel guilty."

"You are for me, she set me up on one date and I went so she can stop bugging me, I left like three minutes later and came right to lay under you." He spoke looking at her through the mirror. "Neither of them know the real concerning the abortion because I didn't tell the details of it so you know that's not true. Nothing they said true so why you letting them get to you?"

"I'm not, it's just annoying I can't even be in the same room with your mom or sisters before I have to fight one of them. I'm over it."

She was tired of fighting his family and the last thing she wanted to do was put him in a predicament where he had to make a choice between her or them. She always tried to ignore them but they would just keep pushing and pushing until she couldn't take it no more.

"I'm over it too." He shook his head agreeing. "Imma talk to em about it cause the shit getting old now."

"Right." She mumbled poking her eye and sighing. "I'm going to eat."

She walked out the bathroom to see India and Dell on the couch a little too close, she looked back to see if Gee was behind her and he was thinking the same thing. They both looked at each other smirking then went in the kitchen minding their business.

Gee got two cups while she made both of their plates, they went to the living room turning on the t.v making india and Dell look up. India scooted away not knowing they already saw them but she tried to play it off anyway.

"Damn, you wasn't even gon offer me none?" India asked.

"Bitch you see us eating, you better go in there and get a plate."

"I come out my bed, run from my comfortable ass bed to come beat some old hoe and a young hoe up cause you got jumped and you can't even fix me a plate? I see how it is."

"Really?" Gee asked looking at her blankly.

"It's a figure of speech." She waved him off.

"What you cook?" Dell asked.

"Cajun chicken and shrimp alfredo."

"Oh fuck that, I'll fix my own plate." Dell instantly got up with his mouth watering.

"If you want some you better get some before he do, he ain't gon leave you shit." Gee laughed with a mouth full of food.

"That's nasty, close your mouth." Ky told him as India got up. "You peep?"

"Not our business."

"They always acting like they hate each other, they probably fucking."

"Not our business."

"I mean why wouldn't she tell me? She tell me everything. Did he say something to you?"

"Not our business."

"Imma say something and see if my theory true."

"Not our business." He repeated louder crushing her dreams.

She pouted eating her food leaning her head on his shoulder, they both watched reruns of The Game while eating. He kissed her on her forehead letting it linger for a moment as she smiled, her eyes never leaving the screen.

"Where's Memo?" Kaiser asked Aspen as her, Aspen and India walked into Remy house.

"Dad wasn't feeling good so she decided to stay with him."

"Aw, I gotta go make my baby feel better." India said making Aspen hit her.

"Are those my nieces?" Mulan yelled with a wine glass in her hand.

"Starting early?" Aspen teased making Mulan glare at her.

"Aspen, I been owing you a ass whooping since you been born." She pointed at her making them laugh.

"Hey y'all." Remy said coming in the kitchen with Nyasia, NeeNee and Skylee behind her.

"Hey tete." Aspen hugged her aunts then watched as they hugged India and I.

"Y'all want some wine?" Mulan asked making Ky laugh.

"Yeah." Ky shrugged getting a glass while she poured it in.

"Don't be tryna get them drunk Mu." Skylee laughed.

"You just mad cause you breastfeeding, I'll drink for you too." She laughed making Skylee shut up and glare.

"So what's been going on in y'all lives?" Nyasia asked while we sat down. "Y'all still single?"

"I'm going to forever be single." India rolled her eyes.

"That's because you mean as hell." Remy laughed.

"Bitch, she's you and Ky is me." Mulan laughed, she definitely saw them in the young teenagers.

"If you living like this with your kids and husband, I'll be glad to be you." India spoke making them laugh.

"Girl, the kids annoying, the job annoying, the husband so damn annoying." Remy rolled her eyes smiling.

"I have a boyfriend, he's somebody I've been dealing with since I was younger."

"Usually people smile with their talking about their significant other." Nyasia raised a eyebrow.

"Right now, we're in a difficult spot." Ky told them taking off the shades so she can show her puffy black eye making all of them stop and stare at her blankly.

"He hits you?" Skylee and Remy asked in unison.

"Where he live? We gon go over there right now." Mulan stood up.

"I'm going to call Avery, he'll beat him up for you." Nyasia pulled out her phone.

"No no." Ky laughed loving how they were so protective. "He doesn't hit me."

"So how you get a black eye?" NeeNee asked examining it.

"His mom and sisters don't like her so every time they see her they always jumping her." India spoke.

"Do you know where they live?" Mulan asked.

"Wait, why don't the mom and sisters like you?" Sky asked.

"His mom says I'm using him and he doesn't need to be with me. His sisters and I used to be cool but when I stopped letting their mother talk to me any kind of way and started disrespecting her back, they didn't like that so now they don't like me."

"How old are these people?" NeeNee asked.

"His mom like 44, his oldest sister is 30, the other ones 27 and 22."

"And all them put their hands on you? Hell no, they too fucking old. Where they live?" Nyasia asked.

"They don't all four jump me at the same time but they only jump me because they can't beat me one on one, they could barely beat me while jumping me."

"This isn't okay." Remy spoke shaking her head. "I will come out of fighting retirement to beat this lady up. Shit I'll tell my mother to come out of retirement to fight her."

"They don't want Ahjaya to come out of retirement." Aspen shook her head making them laugh.

"Word, leave Ahjaya in retirement. Once she come out Aubree, Lys and the rest of them come out. We don't need that." NeeNee laughed.

"What do your boyfriend be saying about this?" Mu asked.

"It's not much he can say, he tells them to chill, he yells at them, even cut them off for a few and it's still like this. They just don't like me." Ky shrugged.

"You ever tried to avoid fighting?" NeeNee asked.

"I would try that but then they would start hitting below the belt, talking about how he forced me into an abortion and more stuff."

"Did he force you into a abortion?" Remy asked.

"No." Ky answered immediately. "I got pregnant while I was on the birth control implant and it damaged me so if I would of had the baby I would have died. I was going to have the baby but Gee was so against it and I eventually got the abortion because of him."

"I mean I understand." Mulan answered. "I had to have an abortion a year ago because I was going to die and Jaylen was against it too."

"So why are they saying he forced you into a abortion?" Aspen asked since this was the first time hearing this.

"He just told them I had an abortion, he never told them why so they assume that's how it went. He tells them to stop talking about stuff they don't know about but as I said, they just don't like me so they gon do what they want."

"You wanna kill them?" Skylee asked making all of them look at her. "What? My mother has these-"

"Seriously though, you can press charges on them." Nyasia said.

"He's not my Jamie uncle Zayyir." Aspen rolled her eyes.

"Oh y'all still not talking?" He laughed. "I been told Aspen to tell him to hit me up, this his partner? I like they flow."

"They're not partners but their working on a mixtape together to reach out to the different fan base each of them have. They both have two different struggles but when they're rapping it sound like they going through the same. They would be much better if they had someone talented enough to produce them instead of the producer who always overcharge them for used and basic beats." Ky said trying to sell the idea to him.

"Damn, that's they manager or something?" Zayyir joked making all of them laugh.

"That's Ky, Gee her man, she tryna introduce him to them big bucks babe." NeeNee told him.

"Aight babygirl, I'm sold and I'm willing to work with them." He said making Ky smile. "NeeNee give her the 805 number, when you call that number, a girl named Veri gon pick up. Tell her your name and she gon let you know everything you need to know."

"Omg." Ky squealed. "Thank you uncle Yir."

"You welcome. Nee I'mma see you when I get home, I'm with Bryson."

"Alright babe, tell him I said hey."

"Gee better become Destiny Child and cater to your every need after this." Remy laughed. "Zayyir gon turn them up and they gon be making so much money they ain't gon know what to do with it."

"This not the first time she came though for Gee." India spoke up. "She always books his shows and appearances."

"You his manager?" Mulan asked.

"No." She shook her head.

"We'll all help you because growing up we got all the help we needed so we ain't have to go through any hard patches in life. I look at you as a niece so you family." Remy spoke.

Ky always loved how Aspen family was so close and so dependent on each other, she wished her family was this way but she couldn't trust her family or depend on them fir shit. She'll have more faith in a stranger on the street. She was grateful for Aspen and her family, they were another side of the family.

"Babe?!" Ky yelled using the key as she heard loud music playing. She rolled her eyes knowing he couldn't of heard her.

She walked into the living room seeing some unknown females, Jamie, Gee, Dell, KC, Nine and Vic. They were smoking and drinking while two of the girls were twerking to the music, Gee was sitting next to a girl talking to her. Dell had some girl legs on his lap while they were in each other faces making India chuckle and raise a eyebrow.

Ky laughed to herself, they all had her fucked up. She walked to the stereo turning it down making everybody look at her, Gee looked at the time and threw his head back knowing she was about to annoy him. Dell pushed the girl legs off of him hoping India didn't see but he knew deep down she did.

"Who you?" One of the girls who was twerking asked making her raise a eyebrow. "Why you turn the music down?"

"Bitch, who the fuck are you? Don't be asking me questions like I know you." Ky said then looking at Gee.

"It was not that serious, you doing too much." The girl that was on Dell said rolling her eyes.

"I mean we could of came in here swinging, it's not too late." India shrugged.

"Swinging on who? For what?" Jamie smirked. He knew India and Dell had something going on lowkey and he thought it was funny.

"I don't like you, stop talking to me." She scrunched her face up.

"This what you do when I'm gone?" Ky asked looking at Gee.

"Enjoy y'all party." Ky walked passed all of them going in the back.

"Pass me that." Gee stated talking bout the blunt. He knew she was going to annoy him so he needed to be higher to deal with her.

"Y'all gotta go now, party over." Dell said making the girls suck their teeth.

"Yeah, yeah life sucks." India laughed just as one of the girls bumped her. She put her bag down about to smack shorty but Jamie wrapped his arms around her hugging her tightly until all the girls was out.

"I missed you so much cousin." He joked but he was serious, it's been two weeks going on three and they still wasn't talking to him.

"Get off me before I hit you." She spoke as he let her go.

"Y'all gon miss me when I'm gone."

"Oh you ain't have to stop y'all party." Ky said coming back in the living room with a bag.

"Why you got a bag?" Gee asked rolling another blunt.

"I'm going home."

"For what? With your mad ass."

"You showing off and I'm not with it."

"Showing off for who? Fuck these niggas, they ain't nobody to show off for."

"We could hear y'all though." KC looked up from his phone making all them laugh.

"You ready Indi?"

"You ain't gon tell them?"

"I shouldn't." She laughed.

"Tell who what?" Gee asked.

"Oh that's that nigga who be working with all these celebrities? He started Kodak career and hella more people." KC said.

"Aspen uncle?" Jamie asked.

"She related to that nigga too? Damn." Dell added.

"Well, if y'all have plans the 23, which is Thursday, cancel them. Yir wants to work with y'all so be there at 4."

"Wait, how he found out about us?" Gee said.

"Y'all manager." India joked. "She played that freestyle for him and he fucked with it so she told him about how y'all need a producer. Y'all don't have to pay for nothing, just be there."

"Thank you baby." He tried to hug her but she held her hand out.

"Y'all appointment is at 4 but be there before 3:30 so they can get y'all in and show y'all around." She told him about to walk out until he grabbed her arm.

"You always gotta be dramatic." He laughed grabbing her face with both hands as he kissed all over it. "I appreciate you for real."

"I appreciate you too sousin!" Jamie smiled making her roll her eyes. He pushed Gee out his way to hug Ky as she let him.

"Uh uh bitch, don't be hugging him back we still mad at him." Indi said.

"You always mad." Dell said making them laugh.

"Why you talking?" She asked.

"Always do." She pulled out her phone. "So I guess we ain't leaving right? Can you make me some chicken sissy?"

"Yeah." Ky spoke as Gee took her bag.

"Knew you wasn't going no where." Gee sat back down as she stuck her middle finger up going in the kitchen.

"I plan on it baby girl!" He yelled hearing her chuckle.

"Save that shit for when I'm not in ear shot." Jamie glared at him.

"Fuck allat, we need to talk about what we finna do." Gee said thinking about recording at a big label.

He was so grateful for Ky, she always supported him even when they weren't talking or on the best terms. He relied on her so much and she never let him down, he owed her everything and he planned on giving it to her. She was his happiness and he was hers.
