I walked to my first class which was Science and tried to stay as calm as I could.
I walked into the classroom and saw that everyone was staring at me. Well that's not creepy at all(note the sarcasm)!

"Hello, I am Mrs. Landis", the teacher said.

"Hi, I am Melody White", I introduced myself.

"Okay, please take any empty seat", she said then walked up to the board.

I went to second row and sat next to a girl. She was about 5'5, she had a dark red colored hair, and blue eyes.

"Hey, I'm Keaton", she said.

"Hi, I'm Melody", I said.

Then we paid our attention back to the teacher, the class was okay. Nothing too interesting. The bell rang signalling the class was over. Finally! My first class is over.

Just like that the rest of the classes went same, me introducing myself in every class.
It's lunch now. Yayyyy! I can now eat peacefully.

As I entered the lunch hall there were different groups on different tables. I thought for a second where to join. Then suddenly I saw a hand waving my way, it was Keaton but she was sitting alone. Why? I thought to myself as I went and sat next to her.

"Hey, what's up, why are you sitting alone over here?" I asked her.

"Hi, umm... I usually sit alone over here, I don't really have friends, you're the first one." she said shyly.

"Oh, okay... Umm... Can I ask why?" I asked carefully trying not to push the topic too hard on her.

"Because you see I love reading books, but people think I am a nerd, so they dont really sit with me because their reputation will be bad if they sit with me." She said almost on the verge of crying.

"Hey, hey, which stupid person said that to you? Whoever said that don't listen to them! You are an amazing person and you know what, we will be best friends, I can say that." I told her  cheerfully trying to make her smile ( but hey I really meant the best friends part).

"Yeah even I think that, let's eat now since lunch time is going to end soon!" She said smiling brightly.

We starting eating our food and talked about some other stuff too and I really enjoyed her company. She is a really nice person. The bell rang indicating the lunch is over. ( Why so soon? ughh!)

The rest of the day went same, me introducing myself in every class. The bell rang indicating it's time to go home. I was so happy, I can't express that. Like finally I  am going home to my bed and food ( hey no offence I love my sleep and food)! I got out of school and drove home.

I parked my car and went in to see a note that says my granny has gone for babysitting someone. And won't return soon. That means I can sleep till that time! So that is what I did. Sleep.
