Marinette arrived to the Couffaine's ship, nervous as ever

||"Alright Mari, you've got this! You've met him before....why are you so nervous?"|| Marinette thought to herself
"Ah! Marinette and Alya y'old skaly-wags! Welcome back to me ship!" Mrs Couffaine greeted
"H-hello Mrs. Couffaine. Great to meet you again.." Marinette nervously greeted back
"What's wrong lass? Seasick?" Mrs. Couffaine asked
"Heh, no it's not that Mrs Couffaine, just...nervous to be back here again.." Marinette stuttered
"Well 'y don't have to be! Wee lassies like you are always welcome aboard me ship!" Mrs Couffaine cheered

"Hey Marinette! Hey Alya!" Juleka waved running torwards them
"Juleka!" They both greeted
"I'm so glad you guys are here! Oh, and Marinette....you here for someone?" Juleka teased
Alya bad Juleka both proceeded to giggle, leaving Marinette blushing profusely

"Hello Ma-Ma-Ma-Marinette.." a familiar voice greeted from the distance
Marinette jumped and saw those deep blue eyes
"H-HEY LU-LU-LU-LUKA!!" Marinette stuttered, red as her suit
"Oh I guess now my name has changed as well!" Luka giggled
"S-sorry Luka, I'm still as awkward as usual....." Marinette blushed: "I'm so glad that you're back by the way. I might've sorta missed ya....."
"I missed you to Marinette. Besides, I had nobody to tease when I was gone."

From the ship-window, Chat Noir went to peak for Marinette. He saw both Luka and Marinette

"What the?" Chat Noir started to investigate. He could notice that Luka was infatuated with Marinette's politeness and awkwardness.
The kitty wasn't happy. He used his cat senses to hear what they were talking about

"So, what had been happening since I've been gone?" Luka asked
"W-well....you didn't miss anything...." Marinette started to become droopy. Luka noticed this. He knew how Marinette looked like when she was troubled
"Marinette..." Luka held her cheek "I asked you a question.". At this point, the stalking kitty-cat was fuming with jealousy. He had already gotten Ladybug taken away from him. He wasn't gonna let a suave blueberry boy take his Purrincess
"W-well..." Marinette stuttered "I had confessed to Adrien Agreste, the guy I had a crush on for like; forever! Then he rejected me. I don't even know why I confessed. I had no chance anyways..."
Luka gave a warm smile to Marinette "Any boy who's ever rejected you is blind. You're the definition of perfection, Ma-Ma-Ma-Marinette."
Marinette giggled and blushed "Thanks Luka. I knew I could rely on you."

The guilty cat,even when he was fuming with jealousy, knew that Luka was right, he was a a douche. How could he reject Marinette?! Remorse filled his cat-like body.

Marinette looked at her watch "7PM?! Oh no, I promised my parents I'd be back by this time! I've gotta go Luka! Thanks! I hope you'll pass the entrance exam!" She waved
"Marinette! Are you going home?" Alya asked as she was talking with Juleka
"I've gotta go! My curfew's at 7PM sharp, which is right now. I'm literally DEAD! I've gotta go, I'll see ya tomorrow!"
"See you Marinette!" Alya waved

The kitty cat jumped off the ship, to greet Marinette by the road.

||"I'm dead. I'm dead. I'm dead. Wait, maybe I should transform as Ladybug! Yeah good idea Marinette!"|| Marinette thought to herself as she was running across the street, to a cat alley
"TIKKI SPOTS O—" Marinette's transformation sequence by a kitty who jumped in
"Hey Purrincess~~" Chat Noir greeted as he was leaning against a wall
"W-what are you doing here?" Marinette nervously asked, hoping he didn't here her chanting Tikki's name
"This is an alley Purrincess, I basically own this place." Chat Noir swiftly replied
"Uh huh." Marinette rolled her eyes
"Need a ride home?" The cat winked
"More than ever!" Marinette jumped into the kitty's arms "GO CHATON!"
"As you wish little lady!" Chat Noir poled to Marinette's bakery
"Go through the entrance in my balcony, please. I don't want my parents to know that I've been out past 7." Marinette awkwardly asked of the cat
"Tsk tsk Purrincess! Out past your bedtime? How shameful!" The cat sarcastically laughed
"Yeah yeah."

Chat Noir brought Marinette to her home sweet home
"Thanks, Chaton." Marinette thanked the obedient cat while petting him
"Anytime Purrincess! Just remember who to call! Your best friend, Chat Noir!" He saluted and poled away

Marinette smiled

"Always."
