Personality : Scarlett really likes flirting. She'll hit on random guys for fun. Scarlett is very head strong and will kick your ass if you tell her what to do. She doesn't like being dependent on someone, she hates it. Scarlett will work with others, but if she can't care for herself she feels vulnerable.

Others : Scarlett's mom Delilah was in an abusive relationship with the CEO of Auntie Cleo's. She was an artist and he offered to pay off her debts and make her famous. She went with him and he abused her and kept her locked up in his house. The public baisically forgot he had a wife. One day she got sick of it, she no longer had faith in the plan because no way was that what was planned for her. She got in contact with Welles and put her faith in him that he'd pick her up. The night was set and she ran for it. Surprisingly Welles showed up and she went with him. It was there she met her future wife Jules. Jules was Welles assistant and closest friend. When Delilah left her husband he had gotten her pregnant. By the time she gave birth her and Jules were engaged. They settled in Monarch and would supply Welles through there. They got married and raised Scarlett in the wilderness. They set up a hidden base with a farm and ranch, a landing pad, a radio tower, and house. They raised her to understand the board cannot be trusted. She also grew up with a love for science and history as her parents owned a lot of really old stuff from earth. Welles would watch her when her parents were away, she really liked helping where he'd let her. She loved science and he was the closest to a father she ever had. Scarlett didn't learn of her biological father until Delilah came home scared when she was 18. She was sent to go help Welles. Twenty-four hours later Welles got a call from a sobbing Jules that Delilah was missing. Scarlett went to help her mom to find Jules was dead in their home. She went to find her mother and found her dead in a river. When she questioned people she found that it was board soldiers, her dad had marked her moms as criminals. Apparently he didn't know he had a daughter. She swears she'll kill him. Now alone she continued to maintain her family home, supply/help Welles, and find work. She's mainly a freelancer and got close with the CHARON group, especially Nyoka. The two were drinking buddies and everntually Scarlett went to find more work and screw with the board. She returned after a couple years. She had made many friend in Stellar Bay before she left so it was a cause for celebration.
