I waited like a week to try to figure out how I'm going to tell my mom and Jordan. I finally figured it out. The only thing was the fear of them both leaving me. I really hope that does not happen. I was up in my room and my mom was downstairs on the couch. This was a perfect time, but... I just don't know.
     "Hey mom" I said in a skittish voice as I stepped down the stairs. "Hi Ka what are you up to this morning." "Well I actually need to talk to you about something." "Sure what is it?" "Mom well you know Jordan and I were in a very serious relationship?" "Um ya" she says in a rather confused voice. "Mom I-I-I'm p-p-pregnant." A long silence filled the room.
     "Kallette how did this happen?" "We were careful! I promise! I don't really know how it happened. The day I went to the doctors for the flu is the same day I found out because the doctor told me I was having pregnancy symptoms and not flu symptoms. Im s-s-sorry" I said as I started to cry.
     "Kallette I will help you the whole way through. I do trust that you were careful but I don't trust the things you may have used to be careful. I love you and don't say sorry." "Mom, how am I going to tell Jordan?" "Well that sure is a touchy subject but just tell him how you told me minus the crying maybe." I laughed. "Thanks mom, I guess I'm heading out." I was so nervous
     I got to his house and knocked on his door. "Hey sweetheart what are you doing here?" "Do you have some time to talk... Like right now?" "Ya, of course!" He was so nice. "So what do you need?" "You might want to sit down." "I see, I understand. It's not me its you... I know the speech. What did I do wrong?" "No no no, I'm not breaking up with you!" "What?" "I just need to tell you something." "Is it about your family?"
    "No- well sort of... Our family." "What?" "Jordan I'm pregnant." More long silence. "I don't know what to say." "I know this is huge news, just take your time." "Time? What do you want me to do?" "Well I don't know. I would like you to help." "Kallette I still have my  senior year to fulfill, and I can't take care of a child on top of that." "So you don't want any part of this?" "I can't talk about this right now."
