It was the end of school now so everyone was chilling around campus, while I was at the tourney field again but this time I was doing some homework at the benches. I look to my left and saw Doug go down between the benches. I furrowed my eyebrows together and wondered what he was doing so I put my stuff in my bookbag and went to where he was at "Which is another reason I look forward to the coronation" I heard Doug say, I scrunch my nose and look to the side as he leans into the metal bar above him

"Perhaps we could sit next to each other and discuss its attributes," He said as his voice cracks a little at the end, Evie walked forward "Are you saying they use it in the coronation?" She asked "Yes. And asking you out" He smiled and went to his tippy toes getting his hopes up, Evie just laughs and smiled at him walking away, Doug sighs as his eyes follows her. It's my time to shine

"Doug Dopey, flirting and asking someone out," I said revealing myself to him "I have never thought this day was coming" I chuckled as I went through the benches like he did when I first saw him "Are you stalking me?" He asks turning "No. Not at all" I shake my head a no as I lean into the Metal bar beside me, I tried to hold my laugh in making me smile, He just rolled his eyes and walked away from me "You can't hide from me, Doug!" I told him as I hugged his side and walked along with him

"Hey, Beatrice!" I heard someone call behind me, I turned around to see Evie. "Hey, Evie what's up?" I asked her, smiling. "I was wondering if you want to come over to Mine and Mal's room and hang" She said holding her hands together, I nodded at her "Sure, I'll come over" I told her "Great! Come on" She said grabbing my hand and lead the way to her room "Oh we going now" I laughed

We made it to her room and she opened the door "Mal hope you don't mind but I brought Bea" Evie said and put her bag down in the floor beside her bed "Of course not" Mal said as she continued looking at her notebook, I lie on Evie's bed as someone knocks on the door. I sat up and saw Jane "You guys don't mind if I can stay right?" Mal looks up from her book and smirks "Nope" She says as Evie shakes her head and began sewing "Can I rant for a minute?" She asked as he played with her finger

"Let your feelings out Jane" I told her "Okay" She whispers "Mom said, 'If a boy can't see the beauty within, then he's not worth it'" Jane quoted her mother as she grabs the bed frame of Mal's bed

"Can't you believe it? What world does she live in?" Jane asks "Auradon darling. What do you expect?" I told her as Mal nodded agreeing with me. Jane turns around standing next to the bed

"Mal, do you like?" Evie asked as she showed her dress, Mal looked up at it for a second "Yeah. It's cute. It brings out your eyes" Evie looks at her dress and smiles "I know" She said as she chuckled and went back to sewing "I'll never get a boyfriend" Jane spoke up "Boys are useless" I spoke up. Mal hummed in agreement "Boyfriends are overrated" Mal added as Jane laid down

"And how would you know, Mal? You've never had one" Evie stated making me huff out a laugh "It's cause I don't need one, E" Mal spit back "They're a waste of time" Evie gasps "I forgot to do Chad's homework" She said as got up immediately and went towards the bag on the floor. I sat up straight and grabbed the bag before she did "You are proving her point and you shouldn't be doing his homework. Chad's is a piece of shit. Trust me I dated him before" I put Chad's bag on her bag "You do not want to go to Chad he will only use you for probably two thing. You doing his homework or just using you for clout" I raise my eyebrows at her "Okay? Now I'm gonna keep his bag here and you go back to sewing your gorgeous dress alright?"

Evie let out a sigh "Fine" She said and went back "So much for Cinderella son. Such a stubborn, selfish, and so many thing kid" I muttered "Sounds like you hate him" Mal laughed "I hate him with my guts" I told her as I sat back down. I look at the door as I heard a knock on it, it was Lonnie, we aren't as close but we still are friends

"Hey guys! I'm lonnie" She introduced herself, they stayed silent and just started at her "My mom's Mulan?" They didn't say anything

"No? Anyways, I love what you've done with Jane's hair" Mal smiled just for a second "And I know you hate us and well, you're evil" They wasn't paying attention to her at all

"But do you think you could do mine?" Lonnie asks as she touched her short hair "Why would I do that for you?" Mal asked, Lonnie shrugged "Ill pay you $50"

"Good answer" Evie said now paying attention as she grabbed the bag of money "I need to buy more material" She stood up from her chair "Let's see, I'm thinking, we lose the bangs, maybe some layers, and some highlights" Lonnie cuts her off "Yeah, yeah. I want it cool. Like Mal's" Mal looked up at the sound of her name "Really? The spilt ends, too?" Evie asks making Mal look at her with a face saying 'seriously?'

Evie tilts her head and shakes the bag of money. Mal groans as she rolls over and grabbed her spell book, Lonnie and Evie looked at her and celebrated quietly "Okay..." Mal says out loud as she looks through the pages and grabbed her bed frame, Lonnie sighs getting prepared "Beware, forswear, replace the old with cool hair" Mal read, she shut her book closed and she did a 't' with her finger and Lonnie head follows. Lonnie raised her head and her hair grows in our eyes. She touched her hair and went to look at the mirror in the room

"I know. I know" Evie shakes her head as everyone followed behind the two "It looks like a mop on your head. You know what? Let's cut it off. Layer it-" "No no no no no no!" Lonnie stops her "I love it"

"You do?" Evie asks

"It's just..." Lonnie trailed off and ripped her skirt taken me in surprise "Now I'm cool" She smiled in satisfaction

"Like Ice" Mal added hanging from the bedpost we all look at her and smile. Jane went in front of the mirror and ripped her dress as well making her gasp in regret and cover her mouth "What did I just do?" She asks herself "Mom's gonna kill me!" She freaks out, I shake my head at her and chuckled "Don't worry Jane. We have a good sewing person here" I told her as I touched Evie's shoulder. Evie smiled at me and looked at Jane
