You : *giggling *

Liam : *chuckles * And you know what happened after that ?

you : what ?

Liam : and then he said that he was leaving , so he walked away and closed the door behind him really hard , the picture frame fell down and broke .

You : wow

Liam : but few seconds later , he came back . Because he forgot his bag , you should have seen his face !

You : I never knew Jacob was a cat person !

Liam : he always carries a kitten in his jacket and pretends to be tough guy , hehe

you : haha 

It has been 2 days since you got to talk with Liam . School was really stressful and tough for you , you had to make yourself fluent in japanese or otherwise you won't be able to keep up plus you had to reed like 6 books a day ! After coming back from school you barely had any energy left within you . The same goes for him too but you two did send each other a lot of messages .

Liam : by the way , there is new girl in the team .

You : a new girl ?

Liam : yes . She is a transfer student .

You : from when ?

Liam : eh , she joined 5 days ago .

YOu : You never told me !

Liam : You know I am forgetful- Wait ...is that jealousy I see ?

you : No . I was-

Liam : aww no need to lie , it's common for girlfriends to get a little jealous ~

he teased 

You : No i am not . So what's her name ?

Even though you were little jealous but still you didn't admit it .

Liam : let's see...(y/n) (l/n)

You : STOP JOKING !

Liam : fine .. it's y...yu...

You : Liam !

Liam : I actually don't remember .

You : you don't remember the name of your friend ? Are you two even friends ?

Liam : yes we are I mean , she has a weird name ... I can't actually spell it .

You : nevermind ...

Liam : oh ! She is from korea !

You : Oh ! That explains it !

Liam : I told her many things about you and she is very eager to meet you !

you : she is ?

Liam : yES ! She said that she wants to know more about you !

you : really ?

liam : I told her that you are going to come over during summer break !

You : I am interested in meeting her .

Liam : how many days ?

You : Couple of weeks ?

Liam : what ? Weeks ? Man taking too long ...

You : By the way I forgot to tell you that , yesterday I visited an amusement park with my friends !

Liam : And may I know the name of your "friends " ?

You : Nikki , Noel and Al-

Liam : wait you are going out with another boy beside me ?

You :  it's not- ehh Are you jealous ~

Liam : n-no! It's just I am worried about you !

You : Alex is a gentleman , and Nikki and Noel are like my sister and brother . Someday I will introduce them to you . You are going to love them !

Liam : I am not much interested in them. Do you still remember the day , our first date ?

You blush at the sudden thought 

Liam : you looked so cute when I kissed you ~

You : ..DUMMY !

You cut off the call and bury your face in your pillow .

Liam : hey don't hang up on me !

Amelia : she already did .

Liam : I KNOW !

Emily : Where is Jacob ?

Liam : probably playing with some cat .

Amelia : Oh ! I am late I have to go before my dad calls me .  bye !

Amelia runs out of the gate .

School ended and Liam and Emily were waiting for Jacob . After few seconds Jacob walked out the building .

Jacob : you guys were waiting for me ?

Liam : yes ! And you made us late !

Jacob : I never asked you to wait . 

Liam : excuse me ?

Emily : ah ! I forgot about Yun ! YOu two walk ahead , we will catch up ! 

Emily walks towards the school building . 

Emily : Excuse me . Did you see yun chan ?

Girl 1 : yes she is in the classroom , packing her books .

Emily : Thanks .

She smiled and climbed stairs to the 3rd floor . The class was Located at the end of hallway in right . 

There were no student left . 

" We must be the last " Emily mumbled to herself . 

Emily : Yun chan !

She looked around the classroom but there was no one .

Emily : That's funny . Maybe she already left . 

Emily pouted and walked out the classroom .

??? : Well done 

Emily : huh ?

Emily heard a feminine voice from the other end of hallway 

Emily : Who is still here ?

Emily walked towards the direction of voice and stopped right in front of Infirmary . She quietly placed her ear against the door and listened carefully . There were few girls inside and seem to have a conversation .

Girl 1 : We gave you all the information and worked just the way you told us .

Girl 2 : So for how many days we are going to keep up ?

Emily : what are they talking about ?

??? : Not too long .

Emily quickly recognized the voice 

" could it be.... " she thought to herself .

??? : Did you bring the poison I asked you ?

Emily's heart beats rose after hearing the word "Poison "

Girl 2 : yes .

??? : well done .And here is you payment .

Girl 1 : remember just one thing this poison won't work unless it is injected inside a person's body 

??? : I get it . what's his favorite food you said ?

Girl 2 : Cookies .

??? :  got it .

" cookies ?" Emily thought " that's liam's....don't tell me "

Girl 2 : but why do you want to kill him ?

??? : that's none of your concern . 

Girl 1: we know , but we helped you so much , you deserve to know this much .

??? : let's say , I have orders from ...someone . 

Girl 1 : what if we get caught ?

??? : nothing will happen . I can guarantee you that ! Just keep both of your mouth shut !

" She is going to kill him " Emily backed away from the door " I have to tell them "Emily stepped away from the door but unknowingly slipped on the floor .

Emily : ouch 

That made a huge noise . Emily knew she was in trouble . But no sound came from the infirmary . It was quiet , abnormally quiet . She quickly limped to the other side of the hallway . She had sprained her ankle . And she couldn't run . 

" I have to hid " she told to herself . She opened the laboratory door and hid behind on the counter . It was dark . After few minutes she heard some footsteps , they were pacing up and down the hall . And suddenly they stopped right before the laboratory . Emily stopped breathing for a second , she was growing nervous by each second . 

Emily : please no....please no 

She prayed in a very soft voice and as if her prayers were heard the footsteps moved away from the door .

Emily sighed in relief , she can't go out , maybe Liam and Jacob can help her . As she reached out for her phone . A hand grabbed her .

??? : found you . 

Emily : let me go ! 

she tried to escape from her gasp but she was too strong .

??? : You shouldn't have . Now I have to get rid of you

Emily : I should have known it from the beginning . Why are you doing this ?

???: I don't know , I don't care . I only follow my master's orders .

Emily : I thought you were our friend ....

Emily started to tear up .

??? : I don't have any friends . But I didn't want to kill you , you are not my target . But you got yourself in trouble .

And then the person took out a shiny knife .Emily's eyes widened at the view she knew it was over for her . But she wasn't ready to die uselessly  . She somehow kicked them in face and crawled towards the opposite counter . She knew she couldn't escape but at least she could leave a hint for Liam . She grabbed a test tube containing " yellow "liquid and dipped her hand in it . 

???: It's useless you can't escape . 

The person  grabbed Emily's  leg and pinned her to the ground . 

??? : goodbye .

the person raised the knife in air . It will be over fast .

" That's all I could do right now...the rest is upto you guys " She repeated in her head and closed her eyes , ready to face her end .......

Liam : what's taking her so long ?

Liam stopped for few moments and looked back .

Jacob : Should we...go back ?

Liam : yeah . Wait a sec , let me call her first .

Ring Ring Ring 

Liam : no response .

Jacob : call yun 

Ring Ring 

Yun : hello ?

Liam : It's me , Liam . Where are you two ?

Yun : eh ? what do you mean ? I am home .

Liam : you're home ? I thought you were in school .

Yun : No . I came home early today , I had to help my mother with some chores . Is there any problem ?

Liam : actually Emily went back to call you , so we could go back  home together .

Yun : Is that so ? I am so sorry .

Liam : It's okay .

Jacob : what did she say ?

Liam put his phone back .

Liam : yun is not in school , she left school before us .

Jacob : I have a bad feeling we should go back .

Liam : Wait !

* Time skip *

( Liam's POV )

we ran back to the school , when we reached the gate we saw few kids and teachers gather around in the front . 

" Is there something wrong ?"

We ran past them and went inside and ran upstairs 

On the third floor there were more students and teacher . The Principal tried to stop us , but we didn't , cause finding Emily is more important than hearing a lecture . I just hope that she didn't get in trouble . There were more teachers and staffs guarding the school laboratory 

" What happened  in there?" Jacob stopped for a seconded and looked at me " we have to see" He had fear in his voice . I nodded and we pushed those people who tried to stop us and opened the door ..... We anxiously looked around . 

we stopped dead around our tracks until we saw .........

Blonde hair which was dripping with blood , white shirt was no more white . The crystal blue eyes which lost their shine ....Emily ....she lied there ...still ...in a pool of blood....

I couldn't think ...I couldn't move ...I couldn't breathe ...iT felt like time has stopped ...my whole body was cold

Jacob was as much as terrified as Liam , but he managed to get a close view at the body . His expression suddenly changed to Surprised , he quickly too a photo of the body . Soon the teachers pull both of them out from the room ......
