The parade went well but it was hard.
All 11 of us had to fit on one platform.

At the training I was looking for someone to be allies with.
I didn't know if I can be with someone from my District. Rowan wouldn't like to be my ally for sure. All other tributes from 11 already started making alliances between them. They didn't include me ofcourse.
I wouldn't say yes but they could at least ask me.

To my surprise the careers were including a girl from District 7 named Purity. She along with Sandy from 1 and Aida from 2 were passing all the training with flying colours.
I personally did quite well on some trainings, still it wasn't perfect.
I saw Sapphire from my District struggling to hold a bow. Poor girl it was too heavy for her and the careers were laughing.
I walked up to her and helped her hold the bow that was still shaking in her hands.
"This is hopeless." She said to me with tears in her eyes.
"No it's not."
"Try to shoot the arrow in the place where the mannequin's balls." I said.
"What?"
"It's a lower point but it can still kill someone." I added.
She wiped off the tears and did what I told her. The arrow landed right between its legs. The careers stopped laughing and I felt satisfied.

I decided to have a private training with Ian who thought me a lot about fist fighting. On the arena I might not find the bow very fast. I want to know how to deal without it or when someone is too close to shot them.
I was punching and kicking the pillows that Ian had on his hands.
"Good," he said every time I hit the pillow.
"Alright, that's enough for today." He said.
"You're doing pretty good."
"Thanks" I answered.
"You're the only one from this District who chose private training this year."
"There can be only one victor" I replied.
"True, I don't know people from other districts but I think that you have big chances of winning." He said.
"Yeah, thanks."
"But remember that having an alliance is important when you're on the arena with that a lot of people."
I didn't answer to that.

The days were passing and I was much closer to getting to the arena.
After the skill performance we were all waiting for our score.
I couldn't care less about other tributes' scores but some of them I remembered.

Sandy District 1 - 9 points
Aida District 2 - 9 points
Janet District 3 - 8 points
Lucia District 6 - 6 points
Purity District 7 - 11 points
Rowena District 11 - 7 points
Sapphire District 11 - 10 points
Autumn District 11 - 10 points
Lilith District 12 - 8 points

I think that my score was not bad despite that I knew that the careers wouldn't like me because I got the higher score than them. Me along with Sapphire and Purity from 7.
But Purity is one of the career
"Very well everyone!" Fiona said.
"Next you'll have to go through the interview. Remember to make yourselfs memorable." She added.
