Seth's POV

When Trinity came back into the performance center, she looked like she was crying. I completely ignored Alicia and went over to her. "Princess.. what's wrong?"

She wouldn't talk to me. I called out to her again. "What happened?" I asked, and went over to her. I couldn't have her crying at her job. She knows no matter what's going on I am going to care about her.

"Dean is still in love with Mj.. when I asked him he didn't say anything. She jumped in and said he was. Is he still fucking her?" She asked me, and I honestly didn't think he would do that.

"If he did he never told me. C'mon on let's go talk to Trips. You don't need to work with Mj." I grabbed her arm, and whether she wanted to talk with Trips it's happening.

I barged into his office without knocking. "Trinity cannot work with Monique anymore. This is creating too much drama in her personal life. Mj is instigating a situation, and Trinity doesn't need that in her life." I stood there waiting for his response. I know Trinity wanted to run out, but this situation should have never happened.

Trips knew that they didn't like each other, and this was a terrible idea. Like, everyone knows there was tension between the two. So, why force them to work together?

"Seth, I have told you on several accounts to leave Trinity alone and let her handle her own business. She had plenty of times to talk to me if she didn't want to work with her."

"She didn't want to lose her job. She knows how you all treat black people around here. Why would she risk her job and she has a daughter to provide for."

"Seth...stop.." Trinity tried to interject. But, I wasn't going to stop. This situation was toxic from the beginning.

"I am not exactly why she even entertains you and doesn't want to..." Hunter stopped himself, but I wanted to know what he was talking about. Trinity looked shocked, and I looked back at Hunter.

He's been trying to fuck her. I swear he must be reading Wattpad again in his spare time. "Oh so you think this Seduction? She's not Bianca and she doesn't want to fuck you for whatever you are offering. Cause I am sure you did."

"I don't know what you're talking about." Hunter said, trying to lie but his red face told it all. This whole time he wanted to mess with Trinity. That's why he's been trying to get me out of the picture. Not because he's trying to look out for me, but because he wants her to himself.

"Either you revoke the suspension or I will help her file a sexual harassment case against you. You have a whole family. This wouldn't be a good time for this to happen." I said, not backing down. I'd risk it all for Trinity.

Hunter sighed, and seem to think things over. "Okay... fine.. I will. You can go back to work this week. You don't have to work with Mj. I am sorry about all this.." He said, but we both knew he wasn't sorry. I just hope that Trinity is okay. We walked out of his office.

"You okay?" I asked.

Trinity's POV

That whole interaction with Triple H was definitely nerve-wracking, but I am glad Seth was able to save me out of that situation. I am not even sure he was able to pick up on Hunter wanting me. I am just so over it right now.

Fergal walked up to us. "Trinity.. you ready to go?"

Seth scrunched up his face. "Go where?" Seth looked over at me. But, right now I just need to get away and clear my head. I told Fergal I wasn't feeling comfortable and I texted him to come and get me earlier.

"Yes..." I said, walking over to Fergal. It wasn't like I was going to fuck Fergal. I've just been confiding in him about everything that's going on. I just need to clear my head, before I loose my shit.

"Trinity... seriously? We need to go back home."

"No.. I will call Aunt Junie to get Leilani. I need some time away from all of this. I will be fine. Aunt Junie has my location. We have been texting. I gotta go Seth.." I said, hugging him and kissing him on the lips. Granted I should be by myself and process, but being alone makes it worst for me.

"Alright Mrs. Good.. your chariot awaits." Fergal said, extending his arms to me, so that I would grab it. I linked arms with him. I saw Aunt Junie walking in and I went over to her. She already had Leilani in her arms.

"Thank you Auntie..." I said, kissing her on her cheek. "Lei.. be good for your grandma." I said, kissing her forehead. Aunt Junie looked behind me and saw Fergal standing there. She gave me the side eye.

"I will explain later.." I said, trying to reassure her.

"Bye mommy! You be good too! I punched Ms. Monique too for you cause she likes daddy. But, daddy had to hold me back so I couldn't hit her again."

"Good baby." I started laughing. I swear she's adorable and sassy just like me. What am I am going to do with Ms. Leilani? I was still upset with Dean, but I am going to address that situation once I calm down.

Right now I just need to let my hair down and I have some fun. I left behind and followed Fergal to his car. He opened the door for me. "Thank you for allowing me to get away with you. I just need a break. I am tried. I fucked up my first marriage, and now my second one."

"Trinity... don't worry.. just relax. I will take you where ever you want to go." Fergal hugged me, and I definitely needed to be held. He didn't make it seem like it was a sexual thing. That's what I need right now. I am tired of being desired, I just need someone to be there for me without strings.

I am tired of people trying to be there for me cause they love what I can do for them on my knees or my back. I am just tired of it all. "Let's go to Mexico.. just for the weekend."

Fergal grinned. "Are you sure you want to do that?"

"Yes... I need to get away."

"Alright doll.. Let's go." Fergal said, waiting for me to get in the passenger seat. I got in and watched him hop into the driver seat.
