Trinity's POV

"Trinity..." Monique looked past me to see my unconventional family behind me as I walked up to the ring. "I didn't know they were coming too."

Leilani hopped into the ring. "Ms. Monique.. my goddaddy is here." She winked at Monique. Now, my little girl doesn't know that Monique used to be in love with her father. I'm not going to tell her either.

"Sorry.. Leilani really wanted to see you and she missed her father." I said, getting into the ring.

"Girl I told you I don't want your goddaddy." Monique and I both laughed. Cause that was True, but did she want my husband was the real question.

"But you Look like could be mommy's sister." Leilani said, jumping around the ring.

"Okay Leilani go sit out there with your daddy and Sethie while I work."

"Are y'all back together?" Monique asked me. We really never talked about my relationship, but I guess folks were talking these days.

"We're taking it slow. Why do you want him?" I asked, half way joking and half way serious.

Monique rolled her eyes. "No ma'am.. he'll always have a special place in my heart." She looked over my shoulder to look at him. "But, no...he married you. I respect that."

Monique and I ran some drills. Practice some of her moves, and worked on cleaning up her indy style. She's honestly very talented.

Hunter came out to the ring. "Trin, Can I talk with you?"

"Yes!" I said, following him back into his office. I closed the door behind me.

"It's hard to watch you take him back. I was hoping that after that dinner you would consider us a little more than friends."

Of course every man wants a piece of the pie. I'm not interested in fucking the boss and making my life more complicated. "I did appreciate you taking me out to eat to treat me for working with Monique. My daughter loves her by the way."

"I thought you were done with Dean?" Hunter asked me, and I had a few drinks that night I confided in him. When he took me home he did kiss my forehead, but nothing else happened.

"No, he's my husband and I love him." I said.

"Let me spoil you and I'll end your suspension. I'll talk to Vince."

"No.. I don't want to sleep with you for favors." Anyone else would gladly sleep with Hunter, but I'm not interested in that. He has to be crazy if he thinks I'll fuck him.

"Okay.. I'll respect it. But, you're doing great with Monique. She's really lucky to have you helping her." He said.

It's weird how he can switch gears like this. He doesn't want to see me with my husband? Where the Fuck is his wife?

I'm not into that Wattpad shit, and I am not fucking him for a favor. I faked a smile. "Yeah, she's actually good. I gotta go though." I said, walking out of his office.

There stood Marti Belle and she looked me up and down. I'm not sure what that was about, but I kept It pushing.

While walking back to the ring I saw Alicia Fox yelling at Seth. My first thought is I don't want my daughter around her and whatever drama she's bringing. I go and grab Leilani. "C'mere daughter.."

"So, you're here with your extended family? Being the family man with Trinity?" Alicia said, causing everyone to stare at her.

"Alicia not right now.." Seth said, but it was obvious he wasn't too receptive about finding out she's pregnant.

"No! Let's air it all out! I'm carrying your seed and you can't text me back. What is that about?" Alicia yelled, and pushed Seth.

"Don't put your hands on me Alicia. I was here spending time with my goddaughter. Stop, trying to make us more than we are. Who even knows if it's mine?" Seth said, in a harsh tone. It was like him to talk to a woman like that.

I decided to remove myself from the situation. When I went outside I saw Monique and Dean talking. There wasn't much interaction between them earlier, so I was confused.

"You must really love her huh? Even though she's in love with you and Seth?" Monique said.

"Just like you... except she's in it for the long haul. You let Seth tear us apart." Dean said, and it almost felt like there was more to the story. Like there was something else going on. He did really love her, and part of me felt like he still did.

Leilani climbed out of my arms and ran over to Dean. "Daddy!" She said, and Monique stepped back. She observed my husband with our daughter. It was interesting to watch this interaction. She stared at them almost like that was something she wanted.

It was clear she still had feelings for my husband, and I know that I need to be careful, but also that I need to watch my back when it comes to her. We had been cordial to each other, but the way she looked at him. Her body language gave it away, and while I didn't pick up vibes from him. There was something there.

The way he said you let Seth tear us apart. That really bothered me in a way that I'm not sure at this very moment I can articulate. "Do you love her?" I asked, without thinking or realizing our daughter is right here.

"Yes.. he does still love me." Monique said, and my head snapped over at her. I wasn't talking to her nor was I thinking about her.

Dean didn't say anything and right there I was confronted with a truth I wasn't ready to accept. I'd always thought I was his only love and for so long he told me that. He never told me about this one that was different from the rest.

I turned around on my heels with tears in my eyes. Not even sure if I could make it through the door without collapsing. My heart pounded so heavy, and tears streamed my face. If he hasn't cheated on me physically, then emotionally he already did. My Husband is in love with another woman.
