A/N Hello and welcome, before we get started i would like to let you guys know a few things. Updates may be a bit slow but it's totally worth it, also i have no planned ships for this series, so if you ship people enough then they might get together... Scarlett's POV:

"Gather round people I have an announcement!" So the day is near... "Listen up you pathetic weaklings I've chosen the wizards who will represent our guild!" Finally... "The team captain, and first in command will be, Scarlett Silver!" Does master really have to yell so loud? "the Second in command will be Jay Varius!" So flame-brain is my second in command? well he is a powerful wizard, his fire demon slayer magic will come in handy. "Third in command will be Bitsy Autumn!" Bitsy huh, her fog magic is quite exceptional, and as long as she doesn't try to force feed me carrots again we're good. "Fourth in command will be Rico Ayaka!" Rico, her crystal maker magic is incredible, no one can even scratch her crystals. "And lastly fifth in command will be Mila Haru!" Mila's compression magic can make extremely powerful bombs, she'll be a good addition to the team. "I expect complete and total victory!"

"Welcome to the X791 Grand Magic Games! Now to reveal the competitors, the eight guilds that made it through the sky labyrinth! In eighth place is Fairytail!" Five wizards clad in purple walked into the stadium, and the audience started yelling 'boos' however, I couldn't help but notice a small group in the stands cheering louder than all of the 'boos'.

"Cheer 'till you bust a lung! Hooray! Hooray! Fairytail is number one!"

"In seventh place The hound dogs of hell Quattro Cerberus! And coming in sixth is a guild filled to the brim with the fairer sex, please welcome Mermaid Heel!" Cheers echoed throughout the stadium, screaming fans stood wearing their favorite guild's colors, and waving colorful flags bearing guild emblems. A stern looking woman stood in front of the others walking silently with a sword at her hip.

"Those other guilds don't stand a chance!" cheered the ones I have assumed to be the rest of the Fairytail guild.

"Maybe not them but we'll definitely win!" said Jay.

"For once something intelligent came out of your mouth" said Bitsy.

"Silly Bitsy you don't need to be intelligent to know that" Mila giggled.

"Quiet, We're trying to analyze our opponents!" Rico said looking extremely annoyed.

"Don't be so uptight gorgeous, there's no need to worry" Jay said with a smug face, that is, until Rico slapped him.

"Don't call me that ever again" she growled as Jay slowly backed away, holding his face in pain.

"Don't get cocky" I said in a monotone voice. After the final word spoken by their leader the group of wizards once again went silent, focusing on analyzing their opponents.

"In fifth place is the one and only Blue Pegasus!" Many fans suddenly got hearts in their eyes some even falling over. I noticed one of the Fairytail wizards shiver a little at the sight, of a short man who had dark orange hair, and a butt chin. "And don't forget our fourth place guild Lamia Scale!" five wizards stepped into the arena, however each of them caught the attention of my team, each for very different reasons.

"The guy with the white hair is so hot!" squealed Mila.

"What the Hell happened to that guy's eye brows?" Bitsy said staring at the short male with blue hair.

"Not beautiful" mumbled Rico.

"Dog huh? I love dog!" exclaimed Mila.

"Who in their right mind would bring a little girl to a competition like this?" Jay gawked.

"She must be pretty strong, if she out-ranks wizards twice her age" Mila answered.

"That big guy is a wizard saint" I mumbled deep in thought.

"No way seriously?!" Bitsy exclaimed.

"Don't worry, our very own S-class wizard, and fearless leader Scarlett could take him down easy!" Jay bragged.

"I estimate he's one of the strongest, probably in the top five among the wizard saints" I mumbled, no emotions present on my face, "don't get overconfident.

"In third place, I can hardly believe it folks! In third place is Fairytail Team B!" whispers spread throughout the stadium.

"Hey that's cheating!" some dumb guy yelled.

"Didn't any of these guys read the rules? it says every guild can enter any number of teams to participate, tsk idiots" Rico spoke.

"That guy with the scar on his face, I think he's stronger than the wizard saint" I said.

"Really? this is getting interesting!" Mila mused.

"The guy with the mask is holding back his magical power, i can tell by the way he's walking" Bitsy informed us.

"In second place! The guild known as the most powerful guild in Fiore, Sabertooth!" The announcer yelled a bit taken aback. The crowd was shocked to find the top guild in Fiore was not in fact first. None the less they cheered and screamed louder for them than any of the other guilds. The group of wizards that walked into the arena each looked very strong, stronger than all of Quattro Cerberus or Blue Pegasus combined. But the woman who stood in the front had chilling vibes that sent shivers through my team She is strong.

"In first place! The guild that cleared the sky maze in only five minutes! Appearing in the Grand Magic Games for the first time in history! Everyone give it up for the serpent of endless creation, destruction, life and death! Ouroboros!" The commentator screamed, loosing his breath in the process. We walked through the long dark tunnel onto the arena. At first it was silent but then suddenly, the audience exploded with applause an overwhelming feeling of pride swept over me and i couldn't help but smirk. The other teams eyeing us with suspicion and curiosity, taking in our appearances, silently judging us.

"Let the Grand Magic Games begin!!!!" yelled a pumpkin man.
