No ones POV

Everyone was standing by the gate in the court yard, Tamaki and the twins were wearing waiter suits, mori and honey, Haruhi and shion wore matching kimono's

" welcome ladies!" They said as the doors opened, loads of girls started siting down at tables

" so, in which cup would my princess like her tea, the folly, the Worcester? Or perhaps the suzie cooper gardenia" he said in his soothing voice " beautiful, these are English antiques aren't they? Which one do you like tamaki? " One of the guests asked, he took her hand and held it up to her surprise " which one? Well none of them compare to my princess" he said

" oh wow, I don't really know what to say" she blushed while smiling

Shion placed the cups down and saw the twins at work, "You mean you've never been to Coven Garden?" Kaoru asked.

"No, all of are antiques are from Portobello Road." The girl they were speaking to said softly, as if she were embarrassed "I think you'd like Coven Garden." Hikaru insisted, "Most of are Victorian pieces are from there." Then, Kaoru accidentally spilled hot tea on his finger and clenched it slightly in pain

" Kaoru!" Hikaru came over to help him by help him, by kissing his finger "Honestly, Kaoru, you have to be more careful, From now on, keep your eyes on me, okay?" the girls started blushing.

"I can't take it, it's over whelming." One said almost fainted

"You have to watch this! You may not get another chance! Who knows when this'll ever happen again!" Her friend stated .

"You are absolutely right, mademoiselle." A deep voice said from behind them. Kyoya, "All beauty is fleeting," he said as he held a cherry blossom between his slimy little fingers, "just take a look at these cherry blossoms. You'll never be able to see them this vibrant ever again And that's why..." he pulled out a book with the twins faces on it

"I've compiled this picture book that contains photos that capture the beauty of each passing day, incidentally I've prepared similar books of the other hosts as well, and if you ladies are interested in collecting all four of them, I'll discount the full set for you"

" I'll take them!"

" me too please!"

The two immediately said yes raising, both holding they're purses and a hand raised

"Well, now we know how the Club makes extra money." The twins said together "but I have to wonder..." hikaru began " when did he take pictures of us" kaoru wondered

After serving tea shion went back to haruhi, who sat with Mori, honey and two other guests

Honey was quickly stirring away, both haruhi and shion had the same idea ' should I say something to him?...'

But someone bet them too it "Mitsukuni," Mori started, "you overdid it."

'He told him!' The two exclaimed

Honey removes the whisk and began to tear up. "Honey, I'll take it! It looks so yummy!" one of the guests drink the tea.

"It's just the right amount for both of us, anymore would be too much! How did you know? You never cease to amaze me." the second guest adds as Mori presents some sushi.

"Really?" Honey perks up as Haruhi sighs, shion smiled sheepishly,

Haruhi then left the others to admired the cherry blossoms, she sighs contently.

"Haruhi..." someone called to her, the girl turns to see Tamaki standing near her. "How are you doing? Are you having a good time?" he asks her. "Tamaki-senpai..." she said

"The Flower Viewing Reception is going over quite well. But even so, it's rather daunting to spend more time being admired than doing the admiring." Tamaki smiles at her

She sweat dropped "...Oh, wow, Senpai, You're blooming in more ways than one" She says

"You noticed!" the blonde dramatically points at her, "Yes, today my beauty is quite splendorous! I'm in full bloom! I bet you'll fall for me soon?" he winks at her.

' I swear... this guy must live his life completely unaware of the hardships of this world...'

The twins runs over to her, Hikaru wrapping an arm around the girl's neck as Kaoru grabs her hand, "So, Haruhi, have you decided your elective courses for this term?"

"How about Conversational French?" Kaoru suggests.

"I don't really know..." she mumbled

"I think the three of us should take it together with shion. It makes perfect sense." Hikaru told her, The twins smirk and stare at Tamaki, "We are in the same class."

The blonde boy pouts by a tree, a dark aura surrounding him, "Say, Mommy, dear?"

"What is it now, Daddy?" Kyoya asks. "I have a new theory, I mean, it's just my hypothesis, but it seems that by being in the same class, Hikaru and Kaoru are able to spend more time with haruhi than I get to here at the club! This gives them a chance to get close to her and if that happens-"

"Tamaki, you just now realized that?" Kyoya asks as the blonde practically felt like she was struck my lightning

The boy brings out a chart, "According to my reasearch, in a single day, the twins spend roughly nine hours of class time with haruhi and shion. Meanwhile, your contact with haruhi is limited to a couple of hours of club activities. In other words, your involvement in haruhi's life each day amounts to no more than a mere three percent. I'm so very sorry."

"Agh! I don't wanna hear it! I don't wanna hear it!" Tamaki grabs onto the girl's shoulders, "Listen haruhi, I want you to stop hanging out with those shady twins from now on!"

"Who you calling shady?!" Hikaru shouts. "Yeah! Take a good look at yourself, boss!" Kaoru adds.

He suddenly gasped in horror and realisation "yes..That's it..." then clenched his fist " alright then! We can't go on hiding the fact that your a girl from everyone in the school Any longer!"

" all daddy wants is for you to go back to being the girl you used to be! For you to surround yourself with girlfriends and start leading a wholesome life!" He cries and whines

"Who are you calling daddy?...." she deadpanned

"So do it! Change back now! Change right now!" He said shaking her with tears eyes

"You don't have to rush things, She's going to be found out soon enough" hikaru began

"Physical exams are a day after tomorrow" kaoru finished

"Physical...exams?" Haruhi asks

"That's right. I forgot all about it." Kyoya said

"Then that means, there's no doubt. They're gonna know, I'm really a girl." Haruhi states as the boys gasp.

Club room

The next day, inside of Tamaki's mind:       

"Haruhi~!" Tamaki calls out to her. 

The brunette turns around, appearance was in a yellow dress, just like shoots, her hair was still short, but had a little braid on the side

The blonde chuckles, "Been waiting long? What's the matter? You look a little down." 

"I can't help it. Everyone keeps staring at me for some reason...I'm so embarrassed." she blushes. 

Tamaki lifts her chin before grabbing her waist and pulling her close to him, "They are looking at you because you are lovely. Don't you worry, I promise that I will protect you no matter what."

"Oh, Senpai...that makes me feel better. Thank you, I mean it." She says

Meanwhile the others looked at tamaki as he was daydreaming, He giggles as the blonde spins her around, "I'm in love-love with you, Tamaki-senpai!"  "Oh, you!" he laughs. 

"He must be having a great daydream!" Honey exclaims "He's kind of creeping me out." Hikaru states. 

Tamaki snaps out of his daydream, smirking, "Envious, Hikaru? This is all part of my strategy. While you've wasted time blinded by your jealousy, I foreseen the outcome of this charade." he sighs, "This anime is obviously a romantic school comedy. Haruhi and I are the main characters. So, that means we are love interests! Shion must be a secondary main character, but I haven't figured out her love interest"

  "Yeah? Then what are we?" the twins ask, gesturing to themselves as the other boys.  "You boys are the homosexual supporting cast." Tamaki points at them before tracing a line, "So please make sure that you don't step across this line."

"You gotta be kidding." the twins say as they stare at the line with Mori and Honey, Kyoya writing in his notebook.  "Hey, listen boss." Hikaru starts to say.  "I don't think you get it." Kaoru adds. 

"If word gets out that Haru-Chan is really a girl, then she won't be able to be in the host club anymore! She could convince shion-chan to leave too!" Honey exclaims as Tamaki turns pale in realization, "But, if Haru-Chan started wearing girls clothes, I bet she'd be even cuter than she is now, like shion-Chan!"

"Haruhi dressed like a regular girl when she was in middle school, right? She and shion must've been pretty popular with all the boys." Hikaru says.

"Yeah, according to my investigative report, someone would declare their undying love to one of the girls at least once a month." Kyoya informs.  "Oh, I see, so the boss wouldn't even be able to get close to haruhi." Kaoru states smugly. 

"But we'd be able to because we're in class with her all day long." Hikaru adds.  "No way..." Tamaki tears up, just then shion and haruhi enter the room

  "Hey guys! Sorry we're late-" haruhi cut off as the blonde boy grabbed her shoulders.  "Don't you worry, haruhi! We're determined to keep your secret, no one will find out that your really a girl during tomorrow's physical exams! So, please promise you'll remain the beloved secret princess!"

"...sure..."  she said confused, shion was equally confused

"You know what? I think both of us would be a little peeved if we had to watch all the guys flirt with both of them." Hikaru says. 

"Then that settles it." Kaoru adds. 

Out of no where Tamaki brings out a whiteboard and writes on it before pointing at it, "Listen up, squad members! At tomorrow's physical exams, position yourselves in formation A! And then, wait for your orders!"

  "Yes sir!" the twins salute as Honey claps his hands. 

Haruhi looks in realization, "I've got it. You guys are worried cause if they find out I'm a girl, I can't be a host and therefore can't repay our debt!" 

"Really that's it?..." shion deadpanned  "Our balance is five million, three hundred and thirty three thousand, three hundred, and thirty two yen." Shion stated

"Well, guess me and shion have to come up with another way to pay you back." Haruhi laughs, shion just giggled at her sister

"Do something! The subjects don't appear to have any motivation!" The twins add.  "Ugh, why'd we get stuck with such difficult heroines?" Tamaki asks before pointing at them, "Are you saying that you two hate being a host? That you hate this club?!"

"To be honest, I'd have to say yes."  Tamaki gasps dramatically

" sorry guys nothing personal..." shion says

  "I mean you guys aren't bad, but if it gets out I'm a girl, there's nothing me or shion can do you know?"  Haruhi added

"They doesn't seem to care one way or the other." Hikaru says.  "Well, before we do anything else, we have to find a way to motivate them." Kaoru adds

Mori remembered something from the party and said  "Fancy Tuna." making Haruhi and shion gasp quietly. 

Tamaki lifts his head up, smirking, "Oh, that's right...neither of you got a chance to eat any during last episode's party. Did you...?"

"Did you hear that? They've never eaten fancy tuna before, isn't that awful?" Hikaru asks.  "Wow, talk about a difficult childhood." Kaoru comments.  "If only Haru-Chan and shion Chan could stay in the host club, they would have the chance to eat all kinds of yummy things whenever they want." Honey told his stuffed rabbit as Kyoya writes something down in his notebook.

"What're you talking about, don't be silly." Shion immediately said fast

"Just cause we're poor and never had it, doesn't mean that I'm so much of a gluten, I'd go on fooling everyone about my gender just to try some fancy tuna." Haruhi and shion laugh dismissively.

"...Will we really get to try it?"  The two asked In sync, The hosts smile in triumph. 

Time skip
Exam day

"We will begin conducting physical examinations shortly. All students, please proceed to the clinic in your respectful school building."  A woman said through the speakers

Haruhi and shion walk with Hikaru and Kaoru to the clinic in the crowds of students

"So, what's the deal with this formation A thing you guys were talking about?" Haruhi asks.  "What do they do during physical exams here?" Shion asked curious. 

"It's no different than a physical you'd get at any other school." Hikaru explained

"Yeah, why would a physical exam be any different for us just because we're rich?" Kaoru asks. 

Haruhi chuckled "You're right."

"Neither of us didn't think about it that way." Shion adds.

The doors open to the clinic, revealing a row of nurses and a row of doctors, "Welcome, students!"

" Huh?!" Haruhi and shion were baffled

"Wh-What-What is all this?" Haruhi asks. 

"Just another physical exam." Hikaru walks in along with kaoru  "The usual."

  "The usual?" Shion asks as she drags Haruhi after them.  "Excuse me, Hitachiin brothers? Please, follow me this way to have your height measured." Two nurses lead the twin brothers away.  "Sure thing." the boys say in unison.

"Mr and miss Fujioka?" A female nurse stood next to them "I'm your nurse for the physical exams this afternoon."

"Okay..."  "Alright..."  The girls say. 

"Please, come this way." the nurse has them follow her, as they walked, shion noticed honey and mori, but they were dressed in doctor robes

  "Why are Honey and Mori dressed as doctors?" a girl asks.

"I don't know..." another girl adds. 

"Honey-senpai?" Haruhi asks.  "M-Mori-senpai?" Shion stuttered

"Shh..." the two boys put their fingers to their lips.  "They're so obvious." Haruhi states, she noticed shion's face " what's up?" Said girl turned away" n-nothing" she replied

"I've got those two for backup just in case something happens." Kyoya appeared next to the two.  "B-But why are they in doctor disguises?" Shion asks.

"They're just helping to set the mood." Kyoya pushes up his glasses, "Disguises make our operation feel like a real espionage mission."  "Huh?" the girls ask in sync. 

A female student was having her weight measured

"Wow, Miss Shiramine! You've lost two whole kilograms since this time last year!" a doctor told her as the nurses around her applaud

"That's so good to hear! I though for sure I was heavier!" Shiramine exclaims. "Not at all! Keep it up and you'll be even healthier next year. Good work!" the doctor told her.

"Don't you think it's weird that these doctors are all so jovial and nice?" Haruhi asks.

"They're chosen by the school's chairman. This may be a school, but it's also a business. Therefore, he wants to keep the students happy, after all, most of the students that attend Ouran Academy come from prominent families that have their own private doctors at home. So this, is just a formality." Kyoya explains.

"These damn rich people..." Haruhi thinks to herself as shion followed

A doctor bumps into Kyoya, "I'm terribly sorry."

"No problem..." Kyoya looks at the doctor with suspicion as he leaves, "Huh..."

Time skip

"Hitachiin brothers, would you please come with me?" The nurse gestured behind the curtain "We're ready to do your chest measurements. You can use the area behind this curtain to undress." She says as the fangirls stared.

"Doesn't matter to me." Hikaru says unbuttoning his shirt "We're not shy, who needs a curtain?" Kaoru grinned, Both took of they're shirts, the girls immediately
squeal and blush.

Haruhi sweatdrops as shion's eyes widened in shock

"See? A rather impressive turn out today. Physical exam day is quite popular with the ladies." Kyoya explains 'What's wrong with the girls at this school?' Haruhi and shion question in they're heads

"I won't allow it. It's just not fair, I won't let those doctors touch you, Kaoru." Hikaru said to his twin

. "What're you talking about? You don't seem to have a problem touching me when we play doctor at home. I can't get you to stop tickling me and toying with my body." The girls edge closer in excitement, giving Honey and Mori the opportunity to push haruhi past the girls l "Come on, Haru-Chan! This way!" Honey exclaims.

They pushed her behind a curtain and tamaki caught her before she fell and held her close "I've been waiting for you and Haruhi, my princess."

She backed away, fallling to her knees "Tamaki-senpai?..."

He kneeled down to her level "Heh, you're so cute when you're surprised!"

Haruhi yanks the girl away from him. "Mr. Fujioka? It's time for us to take your chest measurements. Once you finish disrobing, would you please come with me?" the nurse asks, she could hear the girls outside

"Ah! Haruhi's coming up next!"

"This is it, the inevitable moment has arrived. You just stay back here and wait, okay?" Tamaki told them. "What are you gonna do?" Haruhi asks as the blonde puts a finger to her lips, she looked at him shocked "Don't you worry, I promise to protect you. I promise."he said getting up and walking towards the curtain

"Mr. Fujioka? Are you ready to be measured now?" the nurse asks as the girls wait anxiously with red cheeks

"Yes..."

Tamaki opens the curtain, now wearing a brown wig similar to Haruhi's hair "I'm Haruhi Fujioka."

But immediately the girls could tell it was him and began Tom question in confusion

"Wait...that's Tamaki."

"There's no denying it, that's definitely Tamaki."

"Is he cosplaying as Haruhi?"

"What's going on? Is he trying to be funny?"

Meanwhile Haruhi was face planted onto the floor, The twins laughed so hard that they were crying tears "I can't believe he actually did it!" Hikaru holds his stomach.

"They recognized him! I told you they'd see through it!" Kaoru bangs his fist on the floor

Tamaki gasps and rips the wig off in anger, throwing it down as he grabs Hikaru as the girls laughed in the background

"You jerks! You said there was no way the girls would be able to tell it was me!" The boy raises his hands in defense, "It's payback for calling us the homosexual supporting cast!"

Tamaki warily goes into the room where haruhi was, "I'm sorry, they, figured it out. Hehe..." Haruhi growls and glares daggers at him, making the blonde scream.

Haruhi sighed ' just as I thought, tamaki Senpai lives in his own carefree
Little world..." she then felt a hand on Her shoulder and turned to see Kyoya and shion behind him, who was looking at the scene giggling

"Haruhi, ready? I went ahead and set up a separate room for you and shion, and I have a doctor standing by sworn to secrecy."

"It turns out that the doctors here today, are all on staff at one of Kyoya-senpai's family's hospitals." Hikaru states before shrugging with Kaoru. "Would've been nice if he'd said something to us earlier." Kaoru adds.

"I had to get my revenge too. I'm sorry, I just don't think I'm supporting cast. Homosexual or otherwise." Kyoya smiles.

The girls around tamaki watched as it looked like he was disappearing

" check it out, tamaki is eroding away!"

"Oh wow!"

" haruhi is...angry with me" he murmured

Time skip

Shion knocked on the door " come in!" Both girls walked in and were greeted by the female doctor " hello mr and miss fujioka, I've been made aware of your situation, if you wouldn't mind, please disrobe for me over there" she said pointing at the curtains

"Okay!" the long haired girl walks in. "Sure." Haruhi follows after her, shutting the door behind them.

Back in the hall

"I'm telling the truth!" One of the girl said. 

"Hm?" Kyoya, Mori, and Honey turn around to see a girl on her knees with a nurse comforting her and other girls surrounding her  "One of the doctors grabbed me by my shoulder! He was trying to make a pass at me! I'e never been so terrified!"

"Wow, how scary..."

"Do you think it was a pervert?"

"I had a feeling this might happen." Kyoua announced to the group.  "What do you mean?" Honey asks.  "A bit earlier today, I saw a strange man wearing a white lab coat, but clearly not one of our hospital's doctors and I thought he was a little odd." 

"Shouldn't you've said something sooner?" the twins ask in a complaint full manner

"Well, it's no big deal. I'm sure the security guard will catch him." Kyoya says

"Tell me miss, did you happen to notice where the pervert doctor was headed?" a doctor asked her  "Yes, sir. He ran off toward the special boys clinic!" 

The boys immediately panicked "Shion and Haruhi!" 

In the special boys clinic

"There you go" shion says as she helps haruhi with her tie " thanks sis" she then Proceed to take off her shirt

Shion had taken off her school uniform and was about to hang it up when she heard the curtains ruffle behind her, she turned and saw a man in a doctors coat, with shady hair, he had his back turned peeking thought the curtain with his back turned " umm...e-excuse me" Shion stuttered, the man turned around in shock

" no it's not what you think! Please but keep quiet!" He whispered as he grabbed her right arm and covered her mouth, startling her

Before haruhi could do anything " Shion! Haruhi!" They heard a familiar voice, the man was then kicked in the face " tama-chan! Kick!" It was tamaki, he flipped then landed in the ground, the man had crashed into the wall, leaving a giant mark, shion tried her best to cover her front with her dress while haruhi hid hers with her shirt

" one, good looks that attract the public eye" the twins said from behind them " two, more wealth than you can images" kyoya was second, shion then heard mori " three, chivalry never to be overlook" " the  wickedness of this world" honey finished

Shion felt someone draped over her head, and looked to see Mori had taken his blazer and draped it over her head

Tamaki had also done the same for haruhi with his shirt, then declaring, "That's what makes up the Ouran Host Club!"

"We're here! Watch out!" the boys say in unison, the man shivered in fear "Please don't hurt me! Spare me my life!" Then bows

Both girls blink twice, then looking to the guys

Time skip

"I'm a doctor, I have a small emergency medical clinic that I run in the next town over. My name is Yabu." The man said

"Did he say his name's Yabu?" Hikaru asks. "That's crazy, what a terrible name for a doctor." Kaoru comments. "Unless, you're a quack." the twins say in unison.

"I know, I'm here because I was hoping to see my daughter. My wife left me last month and took my daughter with her, but I know that she attends school here." The man explains

"I don't mean to pry, but why did your wife and daughter leave you?" Shion tilts her head.

"Well you see..."

In a cartoon version of the reason

"I'm sick of this! You let someone give you an IOU again?! You promised us you wouldn't do that anymore!" The mans wife says.

"Don't worry dear, I know this guy's good for it. We can trust him. Everything'll be alright."

"I can't take this anymore! Dad, you never think about the welfare of our family!" The mans daughter argued

"I'm going home to mother!" the wife declares as she and her daughter leave the house

"No, please! Wait!"

Back to reality

"And that was it. They left me, forever. I know I'm terrible at managing our money, and I can't say no to anybody. I don't blame them for being tired of constantly living in debt..." everyone else were deadpanning, including the female doctor in the room, but tamaki looked like he was about to cry

"But, I wanted to see my daughter one more time, so I came here. After being pelted by rain and wondering the streets, I finally made it to your school. Once I entered, I was mistaken for a doctor here to examine students."

"Well, of course. You're wearing a lab coat." Hikaru states plainly. "Anyone would mistake you." Kaoru adds.

"And then it happened..." the man muttered

Flash back

A girl was walking down the hall, the original girl from before, then noticed the doctor who reacted out and held her shoulder "Excuse me, miss. I'm looking for my-" he gets cut off when the girl screamed in terror.

Flash back

"When I tried to ask her about my daughter, the girl started screaming, and before I knew it, there were all kinds of people chasing me!" Dr yabu started crying

"That's so tragic!" Tamaki cries also

"Dr. Yabu, I think you may have the wrong place. Are you looking for Ouran Public High School?" Kyoya asks.

"Yeah, that's right." The man replied after stopping the crying

"I figured that might be the case. This is Ouran Academy, a private instituion. Your daughter doesn't go to school here." The man looked at him in shock gawking

"Man, that's pretty sad. You don't even know what school your daughter goes to?" Hikaru asks. "I'd bet your relationship is messed up because you don't pay attention to her. Not because of some stupid debt." Kaoru says.

"Wow, Kyo-Chan! I'm impressed that you figured out he had the wrong school!" Honey exclaims.

"Well, there's no way the daughter of such a small time doctor, would ever be able to get into Ouran Academy." Kyoya smirks.

"Hmph." Haruhi slightly glares at him while shion deadpanned

"Kyoya, would you please find a map of all the public schools in this area?" Tamaki asks, "I'd like to help this man find his daughter." Haruhi looked rather surpass

"Whatever you say." Kyoya says.

Time skip

Dr. Yabu looks up at the hosts in the window and bows slightly, looking at a map as he walks off. "Are you sure about this?" Hikaru asks.

"After all, even if he does manage to find his daughter, there's no guarantee she'll wanna speak to him." Kaoru adds. "Well then, that's something he'll have to find out for himself." Tamaki says

"I'm sorry about this you guys, but, could you please leave me and shion for a second?" Haruhi asks as the Host Club looks at her

The twins, tamaki and honey panicked while mori and Kyoya looked at her,

"Haruhi? Are you still angry with me?
You and shion aren't thinking of quitting the Host Club are you?!" Tamaki freaks out. 

Haruhi laughs, "Don't be stupid, I've just gotta finish my physical exam, as a male student, of course."  She says turning to him, The boys and shion smile at her while he looked like he was gonna cry again

"Ugh but let me explain, I'm not doing it this cause your bribing me with food" she stated "I'm doing it to pay back mine and shion's debt" she smiled

Tamaki's eyes widened, and face reddened more, and....

"You're so cute, haruhi!" the blonde blushes and hugs her close, making her yell and blush "I can see right through you! I know your just after that fancy tuna! But It's so cute that you're-"  "c-cut it out S-Senpai! Hey, don't touch me there!" the brunette exclaimed.

"Red card!" the twins exclaim in unison. 

"Looks like Tamaki-senpai..." Hikaru starts to say "Is the real pervert." Kaoru finishes his brother's sentence. 

"Who cares? Would you guys just get out of here?!" Haruhi asks as shion laughs, as the boys left, the girls took they're physical exam, shion remembered she hadn't returned mori's blazer, she told haruhi she'd be back and went to look for him

It took a while but she finally found him, standing alone, she wondered where honey sempai was but assumed he'd just gone to do something, she then approached " umm...mori sempai?..." she gained his attention, she held out his folded blazer

"H-here mori sempai..." she stuttered " a-and thank you for before..." her eyes then widened when she felt a hand rub her head, she looked up to see him patting her head, but most of all, he was smiling at her

It was small, but he was still smiling at her
" it's fine...I'm glad you were okay..." he said, then took his blazer and put it back on

" see you tomorrow." he said, then left, probably to find honey sempai, leaving her completely bashful, but then dreamy smile made its way on her face with a sigh
