Two days passed in between in happiness and care and at last the weekend arrived. Shivay looked more excited and was eagerly waiting for the call from his family. He was walking up and down in their room and had his stare fixed over his laptop when Anika called aloud breaking his trance.

"Shivay" her voice was soft.

"Yeah... yeah Anika" his stare now traversed from his laptop to his watch.

She noticed everything and smiled. He so loved his family but always failed to express it.

"Look at me Shivay" she walked close to him and held his face lovingly.

He looked at her and relief spread over him. Her stare was so soft and understanding that it melt his heart and curved his lips up in a smile.

"You make the call Shivay, and you will see how much surprised they will be" she said and was sure that she will have to come in between the brothers to make everything like before.

"Are you sure?"

"Betting on my life" he smiled listening to her and tenderly kissed over her head.

After that he sat in front of the laptop and called. Few seconds passed and then Pinky picked up the call excitedly. Only elders were present and the youngsters were nowhere to be seen around. Shivay's excitement started to fade, seeing that Anika slipped her hand between his and held his hand tightly as if asking him to not feel disheartened.

"How is everyone mom?" Anika chirpily asked.

"Everyone is super great and we all have a surprise for you both" Pinky sounded even more excited and Shivay noticed his Daadi who by then pinched Pinky's hand rolling her eyes.

"Ouch" Pinky cried aloud like a little baby and looked at her mother-in-law.

Shivay wondered that what was going on but a smile made through his lips looking at the elders behaving like kids. Anika felt relieved after seeing the sadness subsiding from Shivay's face and thanked Pinky in her heart.

"No we don't have any surprise for you both" Pinky tried to cover but it was too late.

"Come on everyone, spill the beans" Shivay said.

Listening to that everyone at once looked at Pinky while she bent her head low. The surprise was a damn surprise but she ruined it probably.

"Okay I will say" Om came from nowhere and took hold of the laptop.

The way Shivay's smile reached his ears is beyond description. A new found joy swept through his heart and he got even more eager to know that what the surprise was.

"You go away I will say" Rudra barged in.

The two brothers from the other side of the screen literally tried to snatch away the laptop from each other's hand. In the process Shivay and Anika saw Ishana and Soumya standing at one corner and laughing.

"Okay stop it you both and say now, I am getting more and more curious" Shivay shouted.

He was probably feeling that Omkara and Rudra were fighting in front of him and he can easily hold their ears to stop them but alas! He waited as Omkara and Rudra steadied the laptop in between.

"Our company got the highest rise this year until now according to the data collected and..." Omkara again got cut off by Rudra.

"And to top it, the company I work for is willing to sell the maximum shares to our family company..."

"Not only that, also, Soumya is opening another franchise of her event management company in another state"

Three best news came altogether making Shivay's eyes wet. His little brothers have grown so much, they have become capable of handling big companies along with giving best business advice to their wives, specifically Soumya.

"I also want to show my surprise" came Sahana's voice from behind.

Shivay soon composed himself and wiped away his tears. He thought he has got such a great family, who always came together to celebrate happiness and fight the odds even if their mind is not supporting their heart. He had enough of the distance now, he wanted only and only togetherness and his mind started its work to plan the togetherness soon

"See I made the sketch of you both" Anika's jaw dropped as Sahana revealed the beautiful picture she made for both of them.

"Mumma said that she will frame this and put it up in your room if you have no problem" Sahana said further in her lovely voice.

Anika sniffed and tightened her grip over Shivay's hand. She was always grateful to god for giving her all the happiness of the world. She was at loss to say something and only shed tears.

"Why you crying?" Sahana asked, her voice was low and curious.

"I am not crying, see I am not crying" saying so Anika tried to wipe away her tears but the sweet gesture of that little girl made her so emotional that her eyes got clouded again "Sahana baby I love you so much"

"Hi hi, I love you too" and saying so Sahana threw a flying kiss at the screen.

That looked so cute. And as she got completed with her work of showing the surprise she ran away from there.

"Sahana, where are you going. Talk to me" Shivay called but she had no time to look back and just got vanished from the sight.

"She went to Omesh, as he is alone in the room and we all are here" Ishana explained with a smile.

"Our Sahana also grew" Shivay said.

The memories of little Sahana clouded his mind as he said so. Her small hands and tiny fingers, her half words and playful sobs, her attention grabbing squeals and innocent giggles, everything, every damn thing played like a reel of memories in his mind. He felt as if he missed the process of her growing up and can't wait for more to experience it all. He turned towards Anika and she turned towards him. Both were thinking the same, Anika blushed and looked away. Shivay grinned and looked back at the screen.

"Hey bhai tell us about everything over there" Om asked.

Shivay knew that Om is trying hard to behave as much normal as possible.

"Also tell us when you both are coming, because this time if you cancel the plan then we will boycott you both" Rudra said.

His expressions were seriously serious and that made all of them laugh in unison.

"The planning is going on and we will be there soon" Shivay answered.

"Shivay" Om called him out, he sounded so serious and his eyes looked so intense.

Everyone understood what was coming and said bye to Shivay as they exited towards their room. Anika too understood and got up.

"Where are you going?" Shivay asked looking at Anika.

"I have an official call to attend, umm... you both talk and if you need anything just call my name out" Anika went to another room.

Shivay understood that she wanted to give privacy to the brothers to sort out those little differences that arose amongst them unknowingly. Thus, he didn't ask anything much and concentrated back over the screen. Om was looking at him and was confused about how to start.

"Bhai when will you come here?" after releasing few warm breaths Omkara finally succeeded to ask "we all are missing you so much. Your presence, your laughter, your advice, your tease everything we are missing" 

"You know Om through what all our company went in these two years. We saw major downfall and now it is again back to position. I know I failed to go and visit Omesh after his birth but believe me I have always regretted this. I know I can never make these up by saying sorry but from my heart I am asking for apology. I know I have hurt you beyond repair but Om for the last time please forgive me" Shivay almost folded his hands.

"Shivay you never shared about the news of so many struggles that you and Anika went through. For once if you asked for help then no one would have become minor. We are brothers for god's sake Shivay" Om's eyes grew red.

"I never wanted to increase the stress for you after knowing how you single-handedly took care of Ishana, Omesh and our company over there. Om I know I should have shared about every detail but believe me, I was always worried about you all so thought..."

"So you thought that you would face it all alone. Why so much difference bhai? If I was in trouble then you were too. I had our complete family by my side but you..."

"I had my Anika, my love by my side and the strength came from there. Om can we please forget all these and I promise that from next time I will share everything, be it the most unimportant detail. You wanna know the colour of my boxer that I am wearing" Shivay chuckled as he said.

"Eww" Om made sound and chuckled too.

Omkara's elder brother has become dramatic over the years. The change was good in few cases but most of the time his PJs went overboard and that made everyone laugh at him. Both the brothers felt good. They have at last discussed their feelings and got much relived. Shivay made the promise from his heart to return to his own house forever and Omkara waited for that day. The call ended. Anika still did not come out from the other room. So Shivay got up and after shutting the laptop down he went to the room where Anika went previously.

"My D" he said inhaling her feminine cologne and softly hugged her from the back and dropped a kiss over her nape.

She arched back and rested her head at the crook of his neck. He tightened the grip and dropped another kiss but this time over her forehead.

"Sorted?" Anika asked smilingly.

"Yup everything sorted" Shivay rejoiced as he replied and sounded so very calm.

Slowly moving apart Anika turned towards Shivay. She held his face in between her palms and looked into his eyes. Those ocean of love looked relaxed. She slowly, very slowly traced  her finger down his face and his breathing became uneven.

"What are you doing?" Shivay asked moving his eyes from left to right and then right to left.

"Looking at this calmed and relaxed man. This man has been my forever favourite but only because of you I lost him for few days but now my man is back to me"

"Anika I am feeling so lucky today that I have you, I have a family to always rely upon. I have everything in my life..."

"Except this" Anika placed his hand over her stomach and said.

"Today when Sahana made us feel so special I wondered that how will it be to wake up next to our own baby every morning. How will it be to see our baby laugh for us and how will it be to spend our complete life with the baby. An unknown emptiness hit my heart as I heard Sahana's giggles and saw her love for her little brother. Shivay I want a baby" Anika's eyes had dreams.

Shivay too dreamt about their baby. He have even started to make plan that how he will ruin their bundle of joy. On the contrary he is worried, for Anika as the thoughts of previous time refused to leave her head. If Anika never underwent miscarriage then probably their own baby would have made their life much beautiful by now. But past is past, he thought  and engulfed Anika in a tight hug.

Soon they will have to start counting dates and decide their plans before having a baby. Anika snuggled close to his warmth and dropped a kiss over his heart feeling grateful to god for giving her such a gem as her husband.

So the time has come for the ultimate stage of Shivay and Anika's life. The family problems got solved and now I am confused, whether to send them back home before Anika conceives or keep them away from the family and write few moments of Shivay's pamper towards Anika in her pregnancy. You all let me know that what should I do.
