Next morning Anika woke up holding her stomach. Her cramps grew unbearable but looking at her husband sleeping next to her so peacefully made her feel good from heart. He looked so handsome in sleep that she wondered if any superstar could have stood this much handsome next to him in sleep. But then after realizing her pain growing she got up and went to washroom to get freshened up. By the time she returned Shivay was awake and is nowhere seen in the room.

"Shivay" she called aloud.

"Yeah D coming, you just sit over the bed" a distant reply came.

She smilingly sat over in a relaxing posture and waited for her dear husband to come.

"Here I come" he came inside after few minutes with a hot water bag and smiled ever so bright.

He then adjusted the hot water bag over her uterus and relief spread through the muscles. She smiled, and seeing her smile he smiled too. These days he never allowed her to do any work and took extra care of her while she only rested and got bored. She complained at times but that made her feel special too.

"Next month I don't want these days rather a baby inside my womb" he chuckled and kissed the knuckles of her hand.

She is so cute, isn't she? He thought and then dropped another kiss over her forehead. He would love to be a father and have started to count days.

"That is a thing to think, discuss and plan"

"So let's do it hubby. Actually I just can't wait to hold a little baby in my arms who would call me Mumma and you Daddy" she shied while saying the last part of her sentence and looked down.

"You can also call me daddy if you want" he winked and she knew that his naughty ideas are right back in place.

"Eeww nope, never going to bring that fantasy of yours into life"

"I remember that you have said the same when I disclosed my chocolate bar fantasy of making love" smirk spread through his face and she just couldn't help her crimson hue that spread through her cheeks.

They have become so shameless over the years that she failed to match her own naive form from past. But he was forever naughty. She chuckled at that thought and he kept looking at her in awe. This woman is so cute, beautiful and everything special that he could think of. He drooled shamelessly over his wife even five years after their marriage, okay almost five years.

"Are you going to drool like this even now?" she scrunched her nose.

"Are you getting affected?"

"No" she looked away because how can she not get affected when this handsome person is her husband.

He giggled and got up from the bed and went to washroom to get freshened up. He has so much to do, firstly make breakfast for her, secondly drop her to office because in no way she would agree to take another day leave even if she is going mad with the pain in her uterus and third he will have to make her feel special. As thought so did. He got freshened up soon and got readied for office, he then went towards their kitchen to prepare both breakfast and lunch.

By the time his cooking completed she got dressed to go to office. Her heart asked her not to go while her mind said the opposite, but like most of the time she listened to her mind and went out of their bedroom getting completely ready.

"Here my queen comes" Shivay said as Anika approached towards the dining table.

Shooting up a smile she pulled out a chair and sat. He sat too pulling out another chair after serving the food for both of them. Also he packed their lunchbox because in no way he would allow her to eat outside, at least not on her bleeding days.

"This butter chapatti has my heart husband" she said licking her fingers and he grinned seeing that.

"So that means I cook better than you. Thank You fans thank you" he raised up his hands and threw flying kisses in air as if a huge crowd is standing in front of him while behaving like a rock-star.

Anika rolled her eyes and facepalmed in her head. How did she end up with such a drama queen nope drama king man? If she hadn't met Shivay then for sure she never would have come to know that men and specifically rude behaving businessmen can also do dramas.

"Now eat and stop acting as if the whole world knows you"

"Is this really true because as far as I know the whole world, okay at least most of them do know me for my charm and business skills and..."

"Okay stop my lord, Please stop" she said dramatically and folded her hands.

The next moment laughter rang through the hall in unison.

"Such a drama queen" she muttered under her breath trying not to choke on food while laughing.

"I heard that" and this statement increased more of their laughter.

Soon in laughter and happiness they completed their breakfast and got out of their home. And after locking the main door Shivay turned towards her, he looked serious and careful.

"Are you sure Anika that you want to go to office because in no way you can hide your pain from me and I know your uterus is paining hard" he held her face.

"Shivay I am fine and every time I say this to you that these days are normal in a woman's life. We should not create a fuss by dying over the pain and getting a topic to glorify women over men as we all are equal. Because in my opinion this is way too much natural and I am glad that mother nature chose me for it, to have periods and to hold a baby in my womb. Also not going to school, college or office in these days means we have chose not to work and for that we may fail to cope up with the work later which will be an add-on to our worries. Well! All of these are my personal opinion" she said but her own reply sounded hypocritical to her because unknown to everyone she was planning something else for her near future after having a baby that may prove all these wrong.

"If you insist then I may be your personal assistant for today" he winked trying to get her back into funny mood.

"Okkay PA just drive me to office" he smiled listening to her order and opened the car gate for her.

They reached Anika's office and he kissed over her forehead before she got down from the car.

"Listen husband don't keep calling because I will be fine and the pain died too after listening my lecture" she chuckled.

"Okay wife but I will message you and if you get to manage early leave then do inform me because today I will be back home by the late afternoon" he said.

"Okay Shivay then listen you need not come to pick me up but go to Thomas's house to meet his little baby as  he was asking for you for few days while I will ask Thomas to drop me at home" she is like a superwoman who keeps a check on every matter and he felt good as the thought crossed his head.

He wondered that how much careful and great she will be as a mother because the bond she shares with every baby is beyond love and care. He just can't wait to be a daddy of their baby.

"Oh hello mister where are you lost?" he heard her voice and came back to the reality.

"Okay my queen, your demand is my order"

"Love you"

"Love you too but less than our baby" her smile reached her ears listening to that.

She felt so good and prayed to god to gift the new happiness in their life soon. After that she went inside her office and Shivay drove off to his office. Rest of the day she received so many messages from Shivay and all those messages only helped her smile to grow more and more and more. 

'Wife you know everyone say Disneyland is the happiest place on earth. Well apparently, who ever say this has never got to spend much time with you'

'Hey wife do you know you are so pretty also you say that I am cute, so according to me we together will be Pretty Cute. Isn't it?'

'Anika I am going back home but I just lost the way, so will you please give directions to your heart?'

And she broke into fits of laughter as this last message pinged into her mobile from Shivay. Her man perfectly knew how to make her smile when he is away and she definitely admired it. She then called him and waited for him to pick up. As he picked up she couldn't control her laughter and hearing her laughter she started laughing too.

"Shivay.... what did you... what message did you just send? You... you forgot right that I am... I am your all... already married wife" her laugh intervened between the words.

"I was just trying to impress you" he sound so cute.

"Impress? I... I ended up laughing" 

"That means you got impressed because someone said, if a girl laughed or smiled at you then she definitely got impressed over you?"

"What??" and her laughter continued.

"Okay stop now wife or else your stomach would start to pain"

"It is already paining because of the laughter I had. Shivay please you open a flirt teaching class because believe me, no one can ever be a pro flirt like you"

"Okay as you say queeny, now please come back soon. I already miss you" she knew that he would have pouted after saying.

"Love you too and I will be there with you soon"

And their conversation ended. She felt content and he felt content too. While she concentrated back over her official work he went to Mily and Thomas's place to visit their little one. 

The following hours passed soon and Thomas got ready to leave while Anika went to him to ask if he would take her along. He scrunched his nose then carefully read Anika's face.

"Dear Anika if you are asking this as a favour then no but if you are ordering it like a friend then of course yes. Now choice is your's" she understood that he might have felt bad as they never talked formally as the underlined friendship amongst them resisted from doing that.

"Okay my friend let's go" Thomas smiled and she followed him.

They soon reached home and as Anika's eyes fell on their main door she saw a lock hanging and understood that probably Shivay is at Thomas's place.

"My husband is at your place so I am also going there" after saying so she got down from the car and walked front while Thomas just nodded with a smile holding over his lips and went to park his car.

As Anika entered into their house she went awe by seeing Shivay playing with the little baby.

"Hey champ what would be better for you, a sister or a brother" he asked and the baby looked at him with wide eyes as if understanding the underlying meaning of his sentence.

"Sissss... broth... sisss" the baby made sounds and giggled as he failed to pronounce what exactly Shivay has pronounced.

Seeing that Shivay laughed aloud and held the baby up in his arms and swayed him in air. He then poked and rubbed his nose over the baby's stomach making him giggle happily. Anika kept on looking the scene until Mily came and brought her back in senses.

"Hey Anika come inside and today you and your dear husband is going to have dinner over at our place" Mily said smilingly and made Anika sit.

"No Mily why take..."

"Anika that's my order and not request" Mily made her eyes big and her face serious.

"Okay madame" and everyone laughed in unison.

Shivay and Anika had dinner at their place. Also Thomas and Mily got the chance to tease them as after a long time four friends sat together and had dinner. Anika felt great and Shivay too at their hospitality and were so very thankful to almighty for gifting them such great people as neighbours.

"Hey you both when are you going to plan a baby?" Mily asked holding up a smirk.

"Tonight" Shivay immediately answered and Anika choked on water.

After few minutes she got okay and could hear the soft giggle from her sides. She rolled her eyes over Shivay but then gave in. Overall the evening and dinner went into fun. As they returned back home Anika had no energy left in her. So she simply got freshened up quickly and changed into comfy clothes. Shivay did the same too after Anika got done and then both of them lied themselves over their bed. Shivay placed his hand over her waist and she shifted close to him and slept peacefully in his embrace. He dropped a kiss over her forehead and sleep took over him.
