Before any of them knew it, it was finally a month. After weeks and endless nights, Jimin woke up the next morning of the arrival date and smiled to himself. He marked his calendar for this very moment and just couldn't hide his smile from the very second he woke up. It was one month ago Jungkook left him that early morning to go to space and with that, Jungkook grew sick and there was a chance that he wouldn't be able to go home. But one month later, he was finally coming home as strong as ever. Just then, Jimin recalled the nights he'd stay over in the monitor room to talk to Jungkook and little by little, the young man's health picked up over the endless days that turned into weeks.

          Jimin stood right outside the house wearing the same yellow sweater Jungkook gave him the moment they began to see each other, blue ripped jeans and black high tops. Right over his dark brown hair, he wore a black beanie to seal his look. Eventually, he waited outside for Namjoon and after a while, Namjoon pulled up by the house and allowed Jimin in. It was the day they've all been waiting for. Namjoon was dressed in his white dress shirt with his sleeves rolled up, his black dress pants held up with his black leather belt, matching with his classy shoes for work. The older even carried Jimin's ring box in his pocket so when Jungkook gets back, he can propose to his lover when the time comes.

          “Ready?” Namjoon asked as Jimin smiled excitedly and nodded his head happily. “It's been a month and I can't believe so much has happened in so little time. Taehyung and Jungkook is coming back… I can't believe this is it. In an hour, they'll be here. We better get ready to meet them at the field.” Namjoon mentioned and began to drive to the facility. “Do you… Remember what Jungkook promised you?”

           “About our engagement. Of course, we planned it like this. But I'm not expecting a ring. There was no way he had time to get one since he was in space.” Jimin replied and looked over at Namjoon. “But I'm not looking forward for that. I'm looking forward to seeing him and kissing him as soon as he finds me in his eyes.”

           “Do you know how much urin-”

            “Don't be silly, Namjoon. Astronauts brush their teeth in space too! I've done it before.” Giggled the young man as his eyes focused forward. “Oh Jungkook… I can't wait to see you…” Thought the older as Namjoon drove to the facility quickly. Knowing that any moment, they'll be landing soon. However, as Namjoon drove, Jimin's eyes rose up to the window where a black speck was spotted. The B400 was arriving early and at that moment, Jimin smiled happily and turned his head to face Namjoon. “HURRY! THEY'RE ALMOST HERE!”

            “Jimin, calm down! I'd give them a good thirty minutes.” Namjoon stated as Jimin looked out once more. Observing the second rocket, the B248, following in apart from the B400 to land on it's own launchpad. “It's amazing how easily we were able to gain the controls back for the B248… For the longest, I thought it was broken. Who knew it was just on power saving mode.”

           “They've had a long travel…” Added Jimin as the car took a good fifteen minutes to finally arrive to the parking lot. By now, the rockets were approaching and this made Jimin rush into the facility. Inside the unit, there were astronomers gathered at the center to look up the huge screen above all other stations. There, they streamed the rocket getting closer and closer. And before they knew it, the rocket was seconds away. The B248 arrived first and later on, the B400 finally landed after a long earth month in space.

           “They're here!” Called out an astronomer after a long wait of watching the stream. As soon as the smoke from the rockets cleared, the astronomers rushed outside. But the first ones to rush outside was the Head Chief Park, and Namjoon as the supervisor. As everyone made it out, Jimin was almost the last to run out. Technicians rushed over to the rocket and went over to pry the door open and set out the moving platform to help the astronauts out.

           Jimin rushed to the front by his father and Namjoon as soon as the door pried open. Colleagues rushed in to help the two out so suddenly. As soon as Jimin took one step forward, Taehyung was the first to step out followed with an applause from their team. But without warning, a tall man with a bright smile stepped forward. He had black dyed hair with an undercut style, black coat along with blue ripped jeans and boots as well. The man that approached the platform seemed to carry a young boy in his arms. The boy seemed to be two years old, dark brown hair, a pale face and red lips as well. He was dressed in a pair of blue overalls, white Gucci shoes, a red, green sleeved shirt under the blue overalls and he carried a brown teddy bear in his arms.

         Everyone gawked at the two approaching the rocket and even Jimin turned to Namjoon for an answer, but he was left speechless as well. Who was this happy, sunshine-smile like, tall man and a cute little, angelic boy? As Taehyung's eyes slowly met with the two waiting for him, he smiled and tears began to race down his eyes as he carried his own helmet.

        “Daddy!” Shouted the boy as the man carrying him made a big smile and blew a kiss at what seemed to be his husband; Kim Taehyung.

         “Daddy?” Namjoon repeated as the man holding the boy looked back and let out an adoring chuckle.

           “Hi, I'm Jung Hoseok, Kim Taehyung’s husband and this is Jung Taeseok, our adopted son.” Announced Hoseok and this alone caught many off guard. Everyone believed Taehyung was after Jungkook for the longest, but they never expected that the astronaut was married and a father. “You must be Namjoon!”

            “Y-Yeah…” Namjoon added and looked up at Taehyung as he approached the two. “You never told me you were married and had a child! I thought you were after Jungkook…”

           “You… n-never asked. Besides, I love to play around with you all like that.” Taehyung replied in a raspy tone to his voice as two astronomers held him up once he reached his little family. There, he gave his husband a kiss and pressed a gentle kiss onto his younger son's forehead. “I'm back~ I missed you both so much…” Added the man in tears while Jimin smiled happily at the three. Just then, Namjoon's eyes blew wide to see Jungkook as the crowd applaud the young man's arrival as well. Slowly catching Jimin's gaze right after.

          There Jungkook stood with his arms being held up by astronomers and his helmet sitting within the rocket. Jungkook was pale, weak, bags hid under his eyes but he was strong enough to hold on for so long. As soon as he looked up at the cheering crowd, his eyes desperately searched for his true love as he approached the bottom where his eyes finally met with Park Jimin.

          “Welcome to earth… Jeon Jungkook…” Jimin mouthed his words just the way Jungkook did when the older man arrived to earth for the very first time. In seconds,  their eyes teared up in sync. “My Little Prince…”

         “M-My Rose…” Jungkook whispered into a desperate weep and as they approached each other, they were quickly brought into each other's embrace as everyone watched. Even Chief Park stood by to watch this all unfold. “Oh I've missed you… My mochi…”

         “Jungkook… Honey I love you…” Jimin cried into the arms of his astronaut. By there, they finally locked lips and during the kiss, Namjoon chimed in and pushed forward to slip the ring box into Jungkook’s hand. As the astronomers stood by Jungkook to make sure he was balanced, Jungkook felt the velvet box in between his fingers while he kissed Jimin and pulled a smile. “I missed you more than anything…” Jimin continued and wasn't prepared for what came next. Even if Jungkook was weak and couldn't get down on one knee, he still attempted.

           Jungkook got down on one knee as the astronomers by his side helped him hold a great posture during this as well. “Jimin… My rose… My bright star…” Jungkook spoke up and finally locked eyes with Jimin and carried the box in his hands. “I fell in love with you under the stars that aligned before us, I kissed you when the biggest star was still at its highest peak, and I showed you love and this made our intergalactic galaxies intertwine… will you share the same galaxy clusters with me? Will your stargaze with me every hour? Will you share this universe with me? Dr. Park Jimin… Will you marry me? Oh Jimin…You might not see the stars aligned in the clear skies before us, but on my way here that was the only thing I found when I looked out the window to Our Universe..” Jungkook concluded and opened the ring box where Jimin's eyes didn't even dare to bat at the diamond ring. He only nodded his head in tears and smiled happily before crouching down to the level Jungkook kneeled on the ground.

           “Yes, yes I will marry you, Jeon Jungkook… My love!” Jimin replied gleefully and got on his knees where Jungkook quickly took the ring out and slipped it into Jimin's ring finger. “I'm yours… All yours..” Jimin whispered happily and locked lips with the crowd surrounding them after.

          Someday along the next year, it was a bright spring afternoon on the beach where the sun was close to sinking beyond the blue, calm, waves of the ocean. Underneath the rose arbor, Jungkook stood in his black and white suit with his black hair rolled back as he looked around the wedding ceremony to find Jimin up ahead, wearing a white suit that matched with his blond and curled dyed hair. Jimin was beautiful with the veil over his face and the rose bouquet fixed over his hands. Along with the ceremony and guests, white filled the chairs and only red rose petals fell down the aisle of the beach sand as Jimin was walking with his mother and father by his side.

            Sitting on the chairs all around them was Taehyung with his husband and son, Namjoon with his pregnant wife matching in black and red, many astronomers and family members as Jungkook’s parents sat on the front two seats. Once everyone stood as Jimin approached, Jungkook’s mind began to run as his eyes only guided over Jimin's. Locked in place as if the star before him grew brighter than any second.

            “My rose… My bright star and beautiful planet that became the only planet in our universe… You're beautiful, Jeon Jimin and you will forever be placed at the center of our galaxy alike. I love you so much… And there will never be a moment where my love dies out for you like stars reaching a supernova. Words cannot explain how much I want to hold you close as we stargaze together. My Jimin… Jeon Jimin…” Jungkook thought and teared up as Jimin met him under the arbor. By there, Jungkook took Jimin's veil off and looked into his eyes.

          At that moment, Jimin didn't even dare to pull his eyes away from Jungkook at that very moment and even he began to get lost into Jungkook's eyes and think to himself as well. “Look at you… Someone who never expected to love a rose but you looked at me and chose me not for my petals or my perfections, you found me in my weak imperfections and loved me through that. Even when this star didn't shine so bright, you loved me no matter what. We counted the stars together and outlined the constellations once we stargazed that very first night. And from that moment on, I knew you would always be the one I'd love to the moon and back…” Jimin thought in his head as well before moving in and joining hands with Jungkook.

           “Welcome to Our Universe…” Jungkook whispered as Jimin looked up. Watching his lover dry his own tears. Everyone took a seat for the wedding to begin and by there, their real journey to the stars began from that moment on.
