Noah

Ian was dragged outside while I and Twinkles' mother sat in Hall. Twinkle and her dad were having some discussion in the study room, maybe her dad was feeling guilty for blaming and forcing his daughter.

"Umm, we will leave then momma!" came twinkle's voice from behind. I stood up and turned around, I studied her face to see if she had cried again but her eyes didn't show any trace of sadness.

"Stop staring I wasn't crying okay" She shrugged while walking towards her mother. She gave her a hug followed by a kiss and bid her goodbye.

"My hand still hurts... That bastard is quite strong. " Twinkle commented rubbing her palms together.
Truth to be told, she kind of hit him really hard.

"Remind me not to mess with you." I  said snaking my hand around her waist.

"You better not Mister because I will not just slap you but I will strangle you if you play with me." She narrowed her eyes throwing a thug like look in my direction.

"I'm scared of you madam!" I raise my hand in air surrendering.

"You're cute and thank you so much..." She tiptoed and pecked my lips making my eyes go wide. I swiftly let my eyes roam around our surrounding to check if someone had seen this act of hers.

"Seriously Twinkle? What if someone had snapped our picture again?"

"Who cares? Now look at this!" She opened her Instagram and uploaded our picture with a caption

"Done! Now everybody knows who you are to me... " She gushed with her eyes gleaming with delight.

"Who am I to you?" I question, both of us know we are falling for each other but we have never really told the three magical words openly yet.

"Wait, you just saw my Instagram post... Isn't this the moment you are supposed to give me a long speech stating how much you love me and how will fight the world for me?" She asked pouting whilst placing her hand on her hips.

"Is it?"

She peered at me for good three seconds and huffed, "Let me remove this picture then." her lips twitched while she fluttered her eyelids mumbling incoherent words.

"Leave it Twinkle, what's the use now... Most of them had already seen it." I grabbed her phone and slipped it inside my pocket.

"You're so boring! Not even a single line confession even after seeing my post...God, I expected a lot from you, I had so many dreams." She rolled her eyes whilst moving forward but I grasped her wrist and jerked her backwards towards me.

Before she could speak I placed my lips on hers giving her a chaste kiss.

"C'mon now, I have to take you somewhere." I said pulling away from her. She batted her eyelids while a smile crept along her lips.

"Are you going to propose me? Have you planned something?" She asked abruptly making me stare at her.

"Seriously Twinkle? You don't even think once before speaking right? Sorry to burst your bubble but I haven't prepared anything... And about proposing,don't you think it's too early?" I slowly tuck a strand of her hair behind her year, I felt like laughing looking at her expression. Well, I had planned for our outing but I'm not going to tell her that now.

She bit her lower lip and lowered her gaze, "I feel like stupid now." She muttered burying her face in my chest.

She is so cute!

I chuckle earning a slap on my arm, "Stop laughing or else consequences won't be good... " She pulled away from me, her face was flushed and her nose flared showing her fake anger. I giggle kissing the tip of her nose.

"C'mon now" I pulled her along with me.

Twinkle

I and Noah made our way towards car. It was hectic day today... I had to deal with that arsehole Ian.

Finally, his matter is finished. I can now breathe in fresh air. Sighing I reclined backwards resting my head on headboard.

"Take a nap... I will wake you when we reach home." Noah said starting the car. I give him a nod and close my eyes. I really expected Noah to at least tell he likes maybe loves me but sad inspite of looking at my IG post he didn't say anything.

I heard a giggle followed by a caress on my cheek. I stirred in my sleep and turned my face to other side. Then again I felt a caress on my cheek and this time I also felt a warmth behind me. I unconsciously snuggled backwards wanting to be engulfed in the warmth.

"Twinkle... "

"Twinkle... "

Twinkle? The only person who calls me Twinkle is Noah. A small smile crept along my lips when I heard his voice but then again my head replayed the scene where Noah made fun of me saying - It's too early for him to propose me.

I don't feel it's early. You don't need time to fall in love. It just happens.

I don't know about Noah but I love him a lot; so much that today when dad asked me to choose between Noah and him, I said Noah's name in a heartbeat.

I felt a light pat on my cheek making me snap out of my dream land. I slowly opened my eyes and jerked myself away from Noah.

He looked bewildered because I pushed myself away from him. I will not get close to him unless he confesses his feelings. I'm sure he feels it too but why doesn't he say it out?

"What's wrong?" He questioned touching my cheek with his thumb.

Oh how much I love to snuggle back in his arms.

"What?Did we reach already? Why is the surrounding so dark?" I let my eyes roam around the place and I couldn't see a thing. It was pitch black, "Where exactly are we Noah?!"

He just smiled and switched on the car headlights and my eyes went wide when I looked at my surrounding. It wasn't his or mine neighborhood but instead we were at the lakeside. At the corner of the bridge a cute small boat house was tied with small light decorating the boat. The view so breath taking that I couldn't help but look at it in awe. The misty fog surrounding the boat made the sight more alluring.

"Uh? Wait! Please tell me that's our boat..." I gushed feeling excited suddenly, my eyes were narrowed and my lips turned into pout.

"Only if we get out of this car!" Noah said smirking.

"God Noah I love y- I mean that boat house I love it so much... " I bit my lip turning my face to look out of window.

Christ! I was about to say I love you!

I quickly jumped down the car avoiding Noah sharp gaze.
