Max's POV

We were beat. "I-I can't believe Giru would betray us like that." Lucy stated.

"Why that conniving little robot-" Pan said before losing her anger.

"Well we can't just sit here and mope about it can we?" I asked with some determination. "We're Saiyans, and we can't quit. The guys are in trouble and we're the only ones who can save them." I then raced my fist into the air. "Now, are with me?"

"Yeah!" The others responded with their fists high in the air.

"But Max, how do we get inside the building where they're being held?" Callia asked.

I scratched my the back of my head. "Um, I'm not really sure," I answered, making the others fall over. "But I'm sure I'll come up with something.

Turns out, Pan came up with something. We used bushes to sneak to the entrance and crawl into the air ducks. As we snuck around, there was still no sign of the guys. "What're we going to do?" Pan asked from inside the air ducks.

"Well we have to figure out where they're keeping the guys at," Lucy said. "My hunch is that Dr. Myuu is where they are."

"Yeah but how are we going to find them?" Callia asked.

"Guys, this way," I whispered as I climbed down from the ducks. I led everyone into one of the rooms where they had parts for building the larger robots. "Anyone ready for a costume change?"

Pan, Callia, Lucy and I got into our disguises as robots and followed the real robots around to try and figure out what was going on. Soon we ended up in a huge room where a blue man came out and the other robots called him General Rildo. "He must be in charge." I whispered to the girls.

"Come forward T-20O6." General Rildo said. That's when Giru came forward. We had to restrain Pan from going up there and strangling the robot. "T-20O6 has not only brought back 3 dragon balls but 4 specimens that Dr. Myuu can use for his experiments."

"Experiments?" Lucy asked with a worried tone.

"As such I wish to reward T-20O6 with a medal of honor." Rildo said as he placed a medal onto Giru.

"Long live Dr. Myuu. Long live General Rildo." Giru spoke and the other robots repeated.

"Why that little bot." Callia growled.

"Let's focus on finding the guys and then we can strangle the little traitor, okay?" I whispered.

We were about to leave when a robot stopped us. "You 4, go for the changing of the guards."

We had to do what he said or we were going to found out. So the robot led us straight to a wall where the other robots stepped right through it! We couldn't do that. When Pan tried to step through the wall, she fell flat on her back and we were the hauled to some sort-of junk room where defective robots were stored.

"This can't get any worse." Pan grumbled.

"I'm afraid it can." a voice said from the trash.

All 4 of us turned to see a robot that seemed to be working in the trash. "What is this place?" Callia asked.

"This is where all of the defective robots go," the bot said. "The ones that don't fit into Dr. Myuu's dream."

"Well there's got to be a way out of here." I stated.

That's when the walls started closing in. We all screamed as the walls came closer and closer. "We're getting out of here!" Pan yelled as she blasted down the door.

"Thank you for saving us!" the robot said after we escaped. "I know where your friends are."

"You do?!" The four of us asked at the same time.

"They're in the lab on the second floor."

None of us wasted a moment before we started running down the halls towards the second floor. However, we ended up setting off an alarm.

"Oh great," Callia groaned. "Just what we need."

"There it is guys!" Pan pointed out.

We were almost there when several missiles came towards us. They hit us and sent us to the ground. "Ha-ha." one of the Sigma force robots laughed. "You four are out-classed. Surrender now."

"Never!" we all yelled as we went to try and hit the robot. He kept mocking us as we tried to hit him and it was really ticking me off.

Pan almost hit the little jerk but she missed. We tried every technique that we knew but nothing worked. "You're probably wondering how I knew all of your moves," the bot said. "Well you can thank the little robot you know as Giru." We gasped. "He downloaded all the files on you so now I know all of your techniques."

I couldn't believe it. I knew Giru was a trader, but I didn't expect him to go as far as selling us out so he could get some stupid medal!

That's when Pan stood up from her spot on the ground. "Pan?" Lucy asked.

Tears were running down Pan's cheeks. "Giru, how could you?" she whispered. The robot was laughing the whole time, which was not good. Pan suddenly got really angry and she had huge energy blasts forming in each one of her hands. "I was your friend Giru!"

"Duck!" I told the others as Pan fired her attack.

When the dust settled, the robot was beaten. "Wow." was all we 3 could say.

"Error," the dying robot stuttered. "This...was not in...the file."

"Yeah I know why," Pan told the robot as she wiped the tears from her eyes. "Giru's never seen me that mad before."

"Remind me never to make Pan that angry." Callia said.

Lucy and I nodded in agreement. "Okay, let's go get the guys." I said as we all continued towards the lab.

When we found the lab, the door was locked up good and tight. "How about we all make an explosive entrance?" I asked with a smirked.

The others nodded in agreement and we used energy blasts to break down the door. When we got inside, we found the remaining Sigma force there with the guys- who were knocked out in these strange tubes. "Okay, where's my grandpa?" Pan asked with confidence.

"How did you 4 find the lab?" the leader of the Sigma force asked.

"We just had to follow the little trail of oil you left for us." I said sarcastically.

"Girls, behind you!" Goku, who was awake, told us.

We weren't quick enough to react because one of the Sigma force robots hit us and slammed us into the wall. This enraged Goku and caused him to power up and break out of his prison. In doing so, he broke the others out too.

"I've had enough of this," Goku told the Sigma force. "You won't hurt my friends anymore."

I smirked weakly. "Get him, Goku." I said before passing out.
