Jhope opened his eyes and saw the celling as he sat up on the bed and rubbed his eyes. He yawned and got out of the bed, he was about to go to the washroom but he widened his eyes in shock by seeing the mirror infront of him

"Ahh!!" Jhope shouted in fear as he jumped from his place and sat down on the bed

"Y/n! Y/n! Wake up y/n! Y/n!!!" Jhope said as he shook y/n continuously which made her eyes open and sit up on the bed

"What happened?...why are you running my precious sleep?..." Y/n asked in a sleepy tone as jhope pointed towards the mirror

"Look at there! We.....we switched back!" Jhope said being shocked as y/n just blankly stared at the mirror

"Oh we really did, good then. Anyways go and get ready coz we have a flight to catch" Y/n said with a blank face as she got up and went to the bathroom

"That's all you have to say?....I guess..it really doesn't matter for you.....about us" Jhope said as he looked down and stared at his reflection in the mirror

•|Time Skip|•

After another 16 hours long flight both y/n and jhope finally arrived home but during the flight none of them spoke a single word to each other

There was a very awkward silence between them since they woke up, the others noticed it but didn't got the chance to ask anything as both of them directly came home from the airport

"Jhope, we need to talk right now" Y/n said blankly as they came inside the house and sat down on the couch

"Yeah....what is it?" Jhope asked with a gloomy face which y/n noticed but just ignored

"Do you remember that deal we both made when we met after switching souls?" Y/n asked as jhope nodded his head while looking down

"Now that we have switched back..... it's time that....we go on our own way. One month is almost over so you also have to go back to the university and me to my mafia work, so it's better.....if you leave as soon as.....possible" Y/n said looking away, trying to avoid jhope's gaze as she knows she will get weak if she looks at him

"Alright than......I will leave...right now" Jhope said with a sad smile as he stood up and went upstairs, few minutes he came back with his luggage

"I will close the door while going....bye" Jhope said but y/n didn't even turn back, seeing this jhope sadly smiled and went out of the house as he closed the door

"I am sorry jhope.....I am very....sorry but...it's for your own good so.....I just had to do it" Y/n said as she closed her eyes and tears rolled down her cheeks

•|Few Days Later|•

Few days have passed since y/n and jhope switched back and returned to their own lives but it felt like hell, jhope would always miss her and everyone could sense his gloominess

On the other hand y/n acted just like she did before but inside she was filled with loneliness coz just the next day jhope left srija and anulisa came to visit her

When they didn't find jhope anything they asked y/n where is he and she said they broke up so he went back, srija and anulisa couldn't digest this answer so they started observing her

By their observation they found out that y/n has changed a lot, she doesn't talk to anyone and doesn't eat properly. All she does was work and sleep, she literally isolated herself from everyone so srija and anulisa decided to confront her about everything tonight

"Hey y/n, we need to talk about something with you" Srija and anulisa said as they stood up while y/n came inside the house

"Please do that tomorrow, I am very tired tonight" Y/n said as she was about to go but srija grabbed her hand making her stop in her track

"No, we need to have a serious conversation right now!" Srija said with a straight face as y/n sighed heavily

"Fine, tell me" Y/n said as she sat down on the couch lifelessly, srija and anulisa looked at each other for a second and spoke

"Y/n, did you and jhope switch souls with each other in the past?" Srija and anulisa asked sternly but y/n just chuckled bitterly

"I guess you four already guessed it, yes we did but it was accidentally" Y/n said blankly as srija and anulisa widen their eyes

"That means what jungkook said was indeed true.....soul swap really exists.." Srija said in shock

"Yeah...but y/n....why didn't you tell us about it?.....why did you lie to us?" Anulisa asked in a gloomy tone

"We can understand it's illogical so we might haven't believe it at first but later on we would, you know how much we trust you then why?" Srija asked being sad as y/n sighed heavily

"I did that because I feared that something might happen to me and jhope, he doesn't know how to fight and if he dead I wouldn't be able to return to my own body. I wanted only two of us to know about it, that's why I didn't tell you" Y/n said as she stood up and was about to leave but anulisa spoke

"Then was your and his relationship fake all along?" Anulisa said as y/n nodded her head

"I had to say that so that you would let me meet him" Y/n replied

"But if it was fake then.....why are you so sad and gloomy? Do you miss him?" Srija said as y/n bitterly smiled

"Yes I do....I miss him so much that I want to ran to him and hug him all my life.....I want him with me but it's not possible" Y/n said as anulisa and srija frowned their brows

"Why? You could've just asked him out or confessed your feelings, I am sure he feels the same for you" Anulisa said as y/n shook her head in no

"Even I wish that but I can't do that....if he stays with me his life can be endangered.....I am a mafia and he's just a normal professor and I don't want to hurt his feelings later on by accepting it now so it's better...if I make him feel I don't care for him but yk.....it's hurting like hell" Y/n said with a smile as tears filled her eyes while srija put her hand on her shoulder

"It's okay y/n, everything is gonna be alright" Srija said with a fake smile as she comforted y/n

"Anyways I will see you later, bye" Y/n said as she went back to her room and sat down on the bed

Y/n saw the photo frame of her and jhope she made yesterday, she took it in her hands and stared at it with a smile but then she realised one thing

"Oh shit.....srija must have misunderstood me...no I have to go and fix it" Y/n said as she stood up and came out of her room only to find anulisa going to her room

"Hey anulisa! Where is srija?!" Y/n asked anxiously

"She's at the rooftop, she said she needed to sort out something" Anulisa said as y/n hit her forehead

"Looks like I fucked up real bad this time, anulisa come with me" Y/n said as he grabbed anulisa's hand and headed towards the rooftop

•|Meanwhile|•

Srija was roaming around the rooftop with a upset expression on her, she was thinking about what y/n said and it made her think that y/n didn't trust her

"Am I that untrustworthy that even y/n doesn't keep things within herself only? Before she used to tell me everything but now...she doesn't even show her true emotions" Srija said overthinking as she looked up in the sky

"Am I that useless that I can't even comfort y/n and tell her it's okay? Am I that worthless that she even lied to me?" Srija asked herself as tears filled her eyes

"Do my words mean nothing to anyone? Does everyone finds me annoying? That's why nobody tells me anything? But what have I even done? I did nothing wrong to deserve this....I just wanted my friends to trust and love me....is it too much to ask for?" Srija said as tears rolled down her cheeks and she started crying but then she felt someone hugging her

"No, everyone trusts and loves you srija so do I. I didn't tell you about it because I feared you would get in trouble coz of me. I didn't want you to worry about me when you had your own problems" Y/n said as anulisa continued

"And remember nobody finds you annoying, everyone adores and admires you for the way you are plus I am one of them so don't ever think you are unloved" Anulisa said as srija looked down with her eyes widen in shock

"Y/n? Anulisa? What you both doing here?" Srija said as y/n and anulisa finally let her go and chuckled

"Did you really think we would let you be alone and let you overthink? That's never gonna happen bish!" Anulisa said with her hands folded

"Exactly! Plus how dare you think you are worthless and untrustworthy?! Yk you literally mean a whole universe to us and I trust you to death bish!" Y/n said as she hit srija in her shoulder

"Then...why didn't you tell me that after I wake up from a trauma attack I forget everything?" Srija as she sniffed trying to control her tears while y/n sighed

"Coz I knew you would overthink like you are doing now plus a psychologist told me that it's normal and the moment you get over your trauma, you will be absolutely okay" Y/n said while hugging srija who was sobbing

"I don't know who tf told you that we don't love you but let me tell you, we love you so much that we wouldn't even mind dying by your hands. Do you understand now you bish?" Anulisa said as she also hugged srija who happily nodded her head

"Yes I understood....thank you so much guys....for being with me.....always....I really can't afford to lose you.....I love you both so much.." Srija said with a wide smile as she hugged them back but the next moment her phone buzzed up

"Srija, I think you should pick up the call" Y/n said but srija cutely shook her head in no

"No the call can wait, our group hug can't" Srija said childishly

"I think it might be important coz it's from jungkook" Anulisa said as srija sighed and pulled out of the hug

"Uff...I swear if this isn't important I am gonna break his bones tomorrow" Srija said as she took her phone and picked up the call

"Hello srija, it's yoongi. Jungkook is here at the bar with me and he's very drunk, he's calling for you so please come here quickly" Yoongi said as srija's lips formed a straight line

"Oh gosh this guy is so troublesome sometimes, ok wait for me I will be there soon" Srija said as she cut the call and looked at the girls with a frustrated look on her face

"I know it's annoying but you have to go darling~" Anulisa said with narrowed eyes as y/n also did the same

"Exactly~ afterall he's your future husband~" Y/n said teasing srija who was already so done

"Weird creatures" Srija said as she walked away while y/n and anulisa burst out into laughter
