The next day, ohm wasn't beside him when he woke up and the guy didn't show up at school. Bryce went to all the brunette's classes but the older wasn't around. He started to think the other was sick or something. Bryce was about to leave the university when the principal came up to him and asked him to come to the office.

Bryce stayed silent and followed the principal wondering what the hell he could've done wrong. He remembers he'd skip classes with ohm to go to the library or go get food somewhere but that's not that bad...right?

When they got to the office, a pretty brunette lady was puffy eyed and sniffling. She looked up and Bryce thought she looked familiar with her hazel eyes. She handed over a DVD and an envelope with his name on it. Before he could ask what it's for, the lady pulled him into a hug. He didn't want to be rude so he waited until she was finished then left. He put the items in his bag and went to check the library for his best friend.

To his dismay, the brunette was nowhere to be found. He went to their usual spot and saw a book with a sticky note.

Bryce smiled as he picked up the book with the title Peter Pan. Turned out the book wasn't part of the library's collection. Bryce chuckled thinking ohm probably bout the child's book for him..

Bryce continued to wait. And wait. And wait. Reading Humpty Dumpty just to bring back memories of the other. The librarian stated on the intercom that the library was closing and he felt his heart ache. He went to the front desk and asked the librarian if ohm ever showed up. She thought for a moment before replying. "Oh the handsome lad? You boyfriend I'm guessing? Well he came early this morning but left quickly after that. Hedid stop to thank me and say goodbyewhich was weird." She said. Bryce looked down. "Oh... thank you. He grabbed his stuff and the book before walking to his dorm.

It wasn't until he put his bag down that it hit him. His world crashed down on him in a matter of seconds. There were so many things Bryce realized he should've done, but now it was too late.
