Alex's POV

I got up early, making sure I'd be awake before Via.

I had to win her back, fair and square. If I told her that I heard the conversation she might fess up, and break it off here. That's why I came up with the genius idea, of impressing her.

I hear a small grunt come from the cacoon of bed sheets.

"Morning, sunshine"

She smiled up at me, with that beautiful mouth.

Waking up and not seeing that smile, ever again, it would be impossible. I couldn't do it.

"I was just about to go down to the buffet and grab breakfast. Want anything?"

This was the first step in the plan.

"Okay. Just some waffles and milk"

I nodded, sent her a smile.

God, it hurt me to do this. It hurt me to think about life without her. I know plenty of things about her, like how she drinks milk in he morning and everyday before bed. But considering the fact that whe- if we break up, this knowledge will be useless.

Waking up, and wanting to cuddle but realising no one is there.

Making a cup of hot chocolate in the middle of summer.

Smiling when I see her face.

None of that would happen anymore, if we broke up.

Most things are weird. I guess that's why I like - no, love her.

I grabbed breakfast for the both of us, and headed back upstairs.

Via's POV

While he was gone, I sat in bed, fiddling with my hair.

The boys ran back, from the park. They were both panting, sweating, clearly out of breath.

They both stopped a bit away from me, catching their breath.

"Hey, Via!"

It was Colby, he waved me over.

He was around two years older than me, and a bit intimidating.

Trey followed close behind him.

"Hey, we were just at the park with Alex and Lucas."

I nodded.

"Yeah, sorry you couldn't come"

I nodded again, telling them it was fine.

"Did you know. .."

Colby started off.

I raised my eyebrows in curiosity. But I kind of backed away a bit, incase it was a trick.

"Alex likes you"

What? No this is a trick, right?

"Haha, yeah I know. He's nice, I'm his friend"

I chuckled, trying to make it look like I didn't care.

"No, not like that. "

Trey pitched in .

"He likes you, like alot. He's got a crush on you"

I just stayed silent.

"Yeah, he's kinda weird. Anyway we thought you'd like to know"

I of course didn't say anything weird because they'd think I was a dork.

"Yeah okay. See you guys later"

My heart raced, as I walked home.

I've never liked a guy that liked me back....

No, this can't be happening. People don't love me. I don't love people.

But he's weird. .and funny...and has that hair that makes him look like Chucky.

Gah stop! I don't like him!

Ok maybe just a little. But I'm not telling anyone that.

I snapped out of my thoughts when the door opened.

It was him.

"Thanks!" I grabbed my food and sat back down.

Maybe he's just doing all this for me while on vacation. He doesn't want to spoil my mood. I bet when we get back, he'll break up with me.

But the jokes on him, I own our house so he'll have to move out.

But I don't want him to go...

Soon it was lunch time.

"After this, do you want to go for a swim? Just me and you.."

He's being so nice to me. Nicer than normal. It's kind of .....creepy.

"Okay. That'd be fun!"

I couldn't help the voice crack.

I finished my food quickly, and sat chugging my juice. Yeah, very lady like.

The beach was nice today. There was a soft breeze, getting tangled in my hair.

"It's really nice out here."

I walked a bit ahead of Alex, taking in all of the amazing things around me.

I stood on the shore, letting the tide roll up and tickle my toes.

"If you want anything, any food, or want to go anywhere you can tell me."

It was him, I didn't realise he was standing behind me.

What's with him? He's been acting super weird. I guess I'll see if he keeps this up, and if he does, I'll ask him about it at dinner.

"I know. It's fine this vacation is heavenly already"

I might have sounded a bit more annoyed then I wanted to.

But then the breeze got cooler, and I shivered a bit.

"Let's go back inside.."

He wrapped his arms around me, and awkwardly took me back to the hotel.

Ok yeah sorry it's a bit short. But just wanted to get another chapter out.
