4 months later...

Christina and Ciel were playing chess, "You will be due soon, Lady Christina." Sebastian said as he handed her milk and honey. "Indeed. I'm a bit nervous." She said. "Why, you'll be fine." Ciel said moving his piece. "I don't know, just seeing Mia giving labor. It just...scares me." Christina said looking at the ring her mother once wanted to give to her. "You never told me about that ring. You wish to tell me now?" Ciel said. "Of course, you deserve to know. When I went to see my aunt, she gave me the ring, the ring Henry wanted. But I didn't give it to him, my mother wanted to give it to me. It was her's, but she never did. My aunt took it so just in case if she ever sees me again. Now I have the two rings that mean to me the most, on my fingers." Christina said.

"Oh. Well at least you have it now." Ciel said getting up and stroking her cheek. Christina blushed, and also got up, "That's I true I-AHHH!" Christina fell to the ground as she cried in pain. Ciel and Sebastian quickly turned around, "CHRISTINA!?" Ciel Yelled and ran towards her. Christina groaned in pain as she held her baby bump. She looked down and saw that her water broke, "C-Ciel." She said reaching her hand out to him. "Sebastian! Get the doctors, bring her to the room! Change her clothes. Christina I'm gonna get Mia and Joker, I'll be back soon, hang tight." Ciel said Sebastian picked her and and brought her to the room, he change her really quick into a white night gown. "Hang in there My Lady." Sebastian said and went to get the doctors.

Ciel got on his horse and rode as fast as he could to Mia's house. As soon as he got to the house he jumped off the horse. He ran to the door and knocked, Mia and Joker came to the door hold their 4 months old babies. "What is it Ciel?" Mia asked, "Christina is giving birth, there is no time we need to go now!" Ciel Yelled. Mia and Joker looked at each other and got on their horses and they all rode to the manor as fast as they could. Soon they reached the manor, Mia gave James and Rose to Finny. They all ran to the room and saw all the doctors around Christina and Sebastian right next to the bed. Ciel ran to Christina, "Are you okay?!" He asked. Christina smiled, "I'm fine, it just hurts." She said frowning.

"I know it will, but we'll be here until we see our new children." Ciel said. Christina looked at Mia and Joker, "Mia." She said reaching her hand out to her. "I'm here, I won't leave until I see my god children." Mia said taking Christina's hand. Christina smiled, "Thank you sister." She said, then pain kicked in. "AHH! WHY DOES IT HURT!?" Christina yelled. The doctor came by, "Okay your gonna have to push now. Okay on the count of three, one..two..THREE!" Said the doctor. Christina squeezed Ciel and Mia's hands as she tried to push. The doctor's eyes grew wide, "EVERYONE OUT! THIS IS A EMERGENCY! Nina go get the scalpel!" Yelled the doctor, the nurse ran to get the scalpel. Everyone's eyes grew wide, "What no! I am Ciel Phantomhive! I am gonna-", "No time to yell right now Ciel! Just please do what the doctor saids...I'll be fine." Christina said kissing Ciel's hand.

Ciel looked at her and frowned, "Are you sure?" He asked. "Yes, I will be fine." Christina said. Ciel smiled, and stork her cheek, "I will be on the other side." He said then kissed her lips. "Go one Mia. Just in a couple minutes you'll see your god child." Christina said. Mia nodded as a tear slid down her cheek, "I love you sister." She said. "I love you too." Christina said, as soon as everyone left the room, Christina took a deep breath, she was scared but she knew she had to do it for her child. "Ok Mrs. Phantomhive we're gonna have to do a c-section on you. We're gonna turn you sideways alright. Just please stay still, we'll be done soon." Said the doctor. Christina nodded and she turned around on her side. Tears ran done her face, as she knew the pain will be unreal. The doctor lift her dress up, "Ok please My Lady, stay still. I am very sorry this would hurt." The doctor said.

Christina had a tear down her face, then the doctor cut open her baby bump. "A-AHHH!" Christina screamed in pain and in agony. "C-Christina!" Ciel said on the other side. "Please it's okay, my lady." Said one of the nurses. Two of the nurses grabbed Christina's hands so she wouldn't be able to grab her stomach area. "AHH!" Christina scrammed more as tears fell down her face. "We're almost done, please hold on a little more." The doctor said. "My god, I hope she's alright." Mia said. "She'll be fine, she's strong." Joker said holding Mia. "Nina, please take him." Said the doctor, as he gave the baby to the nurse. "B-boy?" Christina said quietly, "Laura please take her as well, I got to see her up. She's loosing blood." The doctor said.

"Please stay awake!" The doctor yelled. Christina felt herself dizzy but stayed awake, she wants to see her children. As the doctor stitched Christina up, the nurse cleaned up the blood on Christina. "Congratulations Mrs. Phantomhive, we welcome your new baby boy and baby girl." Nina said hanging the twins to Christina. "Twins." Christina said holding her children. A boy and girl, with blue eyes just like Ciel's, blue hair like Ciel's. The boy looks just like Ciel and the girl looks like Ciel but with her mother's beauty. The doctor walked to the door, "Mr. Phantomhive, please you all may come in." He said. Everyone ran into the room, Ciel stopped as he saw his new children. Christina smiled and looked up at Ciel, "Ciel, darling, welcome the new Phantomhives." She said.

Ciel walked towards his wife and children. "Twins." He said, as he kneeled down next to Christina. She nodded, "They both look just like you." She said. "You should hold them, they're also your children." Christina said. Ciel took the children and smiled, "My children." He said, then he noticed the contract symbol on their eyes. "S-Sebastian." He said. Christina raised her eyebrow, "What's wrong?" Christina asked, "Eh..nothing love..nothing."
