Party for Lucy and Hidan

Mangareader90 here. Here's a fun guessing game! Which one of these people owns Naruto?

A. Masashi Kishimoto

B. mangareaer90

C. shiro_hamakai (Sorry if I spelled it wrong, Shiro)

D. samanthauchiha

E. ElenaKitteh

The answer is.......A! Here's your prize for winning: a brand new update!

"Tobi, no. Don't do that," Shiro ordered Tobi. Tobi looked back at him, his head cocked to the side.

"Why?"

"Because."

"Because why?"

"BECAUSE I AM NOT A F***ING FISH!!" Kisame joined in. I shook my head, pretending to not hear the problems that they were having. Tobi was currently trying to get Kisame to willingly stay trapped in a seven foot glass object that was filled with water.

"Manga, please help me out." Shiro begged. I shook my head. Nope.

"Manga, please. He wants to put me in a glass cage filled with water," Kisame joined in. I sighed, staring directly at Tobi.

"Don't do it, Tobi," I said. He still resumed that innocent position as he stared back at me.

"Why?"

"Because you'd be a bad boy. Not a good boy," I explained. Tobi looked horrified.

"Tobi is a good boy!"

"If Tobi wants to be helpful, Tobi should go get Lucy, Hidan, Sam, and Itachi," I smiled, tired. I want to sleep.

"Tobi will go get them!" Tobi ran out of the room, and immediately everyone relaxed.

"Is the moron gone, hmmm?" Deidara asked, sticking out his head to look at us.

"Apparently not," Shiro grumbled. Deidara flipped him off and Shiro returned it.

"Guys, please. I'm tired," I complained.

"Why? You haven't done anything all day except plan for the party," Kisame asked. I glared at him, holding up the clipboard that I had been staring at.

"This isn't exactly easy, Kisame. Especially when I have to babysit people!" I hissed. He held up his hands in a defensive state, backing away slowly. It was rare when I got angry. Okay, that's a lie. It was rare when I blew up for almost no reason.

"Manga, the cake is done. Are the tables set up to where we can place the cake on them?" Konan asked. I nodded, pointing to the side of the living room where the tables were set up. Luckily, we had been able to get a few things done.

"Hmm, I notice that the streamers aren't set up yet. Or the banner that says 'Welcome Back'. Whose a** do I have to kick?" Konan asked, bringing in the cake and setting it down in the middle of the second table.

"No one's. It's my fault, I've been too tired to do anything," I sighed. Konan shrugged, walking back to the kitchen to get more things.

"Just hurry up a little." Konan ordered, disappearing from the doorway.

"Okay. Kisame, I'm going to need you and Shiro to set the banner and streamers up because you two are higher up off the ground than I am." I told them. They both nodded.

"Sure. I can call Matsuri over to help. Would it help?" Shiro asked. He only wanted her over so that they could flirt.

"After everything is set up, call her over. Deidara, I need you to go check on Sasori-"

"No way in h***, un."

"Deidara, I just need you to-"

"No."

"-Check to make sure-"

"Nope, yeah."

"-That Sasori is done with the project."

"No. Way. In. H***. Hmmm."

We had a staring contest, neither of us looking away. This little b*st*rd thinks he can win. Is it really too much to ask that Deidara checks to make sure that Sasori is done with the project? I mean, come on!

"Deidara, it would literally take sixty seconds to check." I told him.

"Every time someone tries to check on Sasori when he's doing something with wood, nothing good happens," Deidara retorted. Okay, that much was true. Sasori wasn't patient, and he hated when people checked to make sure he was doing what he should be doing.

"Okay then, since you're a little pansy, I'll go check on him." I sighed. Everything was silent, the occupants in the room looking at me.

"That was hurtful, yeah. Since when were you a b*tch?" Deidara asked. Normally I would be insulted.

"I'm sorry. I'm just really tired. When I'm tired I tend to explode on people. Sorry. Just...help hang streamers and the banner. When you guys get that done, help Konan move things from the kitchen to the table," I instructed, leaving the room.

It only took me a minute or two to find Sasori's room. The door was shut, as usual. I wasn't even going to try the doorknob: if it was often locked (even if it wasn't, he'd kill anyone who came in without warning). I knocked on the door, rubbing my eyes after I did so.

"What?" Sasori's response was easy to hear.

"How is the project coming?" I asked. A moment's hesitation before another response.

"It will be done soon."

"Soon. Soon. Hmm....let's see. I know what five minutes is, I know what an hour is...but I'm not sure what soon is."

To my astonishment, he opened the door. He looked p*ss*d off. Ha. I have that affect on people.

"I said it will be done. Don't rush me."

"Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't. But, this is not normal. Lucy and Hidan are back after a year's absence, and I swear if everything is not perfect...well, let's not have it come to that."

Another moment's hesitation. Sasori finally sighed, also looking tired. Neither of us wanted to be talking right now.

"Give me ten minutes." He shut the door without waiting for my response. I stalked away, not caring. Maybe if this was some other day. But, it isn't.

**********************************************************************************************

"Awww!! This is so sweet!" Lucy smiled, hugging Sam, Konan, then me. I hugged back. When she let go of the hug, I turned to Hidan.

"You look like s***." Hidan remarked.

"I really missed the blunt insults from you." I smiled. He just smirked in response, tossing an arm around Lucy's shoulders.

"I'm surprised that you managed to get stuff done around here." Sam commented, picking some songs to dance to.

"Hey. I was here to help." Shiro remarked, insulted. Sam rolled her eyes.

"Great work, Shiro. I'm guessing you made the food?" Sam asked.

"I made the food, and helped put up streamers and the stupid f***ing banner that kept hitting my face." He remarked. Matsuri was standing next to him.

"That's nice, dear." Matsuri muttered. They began talking, and I turned my attention to Sam.

"I'm surprised that you didn't invite Sasuke and Shisui," I commented. Sam looked at me as if I was stupid.

"Of course I invited them. They're just late," she responded, muttering the last part. Before I could respond, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see Sasori apathetically staring at me.

"That took longer than ten minutes," I commented. He removed his hand, holding out his other one to show the project he had been working on. "Well, it is pretty great. So, props for presentation."

"Is it done? F***ing finally," Sam took the project from Sasori's hands, and made a whistling noise so that everyone knew to shut up. "LUCY AND HIDAN, WE GIVE YOU.....TWO FIGURINES-"

"FOR F***'S SAKE, WOMAN! TALK F***ING NORMALLY!" Hidan yelled. Sam glared at him.

"Ahem, that was rude. Anyway, I give you two figurines: one of both of you together and the other one of the Akatsuki. This way, if you ever leave us again, you'll at least have something to remember your family by. If you ever do f***ing leave us again, though, I will f*** you both up," Sam threatened.

"How heartwarming Sammy." Lucy stated. They both hugged each other, and I smiled. Hidan was currently having a drinking contest with Kisame and Deidara. It was good to have them back.

"Thanks. Sorry for being short with you." I apologized.

"You're lucky I had the patience to put up with it today." he remarked.

"Yeah, and you're lucky that everything turned out perfectly. Because, if it didn't...well, I would have chopped off your balls and shoved them so far down your throat that you would have choked on them. Good thing everything turned out perfect, huh?" I looked up to see that he was staring at me, eyes slightly widened.

"Starting from today on, you drink coffee."

"Relax, puppet-boy. I wouldn't really do it. No one wants to go near that area. Besides, I'm not that violent of a person. I'm just really glad Lucy and Hidan are back."

"Me too." Now it was my turn to look at him.

"What?"

"I said I'm tired."

"No, you didn't."

"Goodnight."

"Sasori, don't you dare, this conversation isn't over!"

Looking at Lucy and Hidan, both of them happy, I smiled. Nope. Nothing was over.
