"He should be better in a few days, though I have no idea what could of caused this" Moth wing told Uni who sigh in relief, "Thank you Moth wing, I will be able to sleep soundly tonight" he said making the medicine cat smile. Duni watched from a reasonable distance as he and Rain fall tended to the dazed king, "I think that's enough thank you" Cory said softly pushing the blue and white feline away who was changing the wet cloth of his head. "Get some rest my lord, we can't afford to lose our top soldier" Duni said softly before he was dismissed by Dawn who push both young healers out of the room, "I'll look after him, get some sleep" he said making both appiritance nod and walk back to their living quarters. The robot looked back at the archer, "Cory", "I'm fine". Dawn sighed, "No this time we need to talk seriously about Duni and the others, why that Corruption person was after Uni and how they are alive" he said making Cory sigh and nod slowly. "The leaders wanna know and so do we, so when you feel better you are gonna give us what you know and what what we know, the truth has to come out or more people will get hurt. I know you know more than you say", Cory stayed silent and nodded once more. Dawn sigh, "Get some sleep" he blew out the torch before leaving the room. Cory looked at the ceiling, when did his life begin to spiral out of control.

"Wait you really saw Ddawn" Dres yelled making Duni nod, "He..he was fighting for Sky and I wanted to go to him but Dawn said it was to dangerous so we were forced to retreat" he said making Dres growl in frustration. "We need to tell the others" he said, "But how Dashlie is half away across the country and Don is off on a mission with Lord Brice and Ty" Duni asked making Dres rub his head. Soon an idea popped into his mind, "I got an idea, it's risky but it's worth it. Follow me" he said taking Duni's hand and pulling him to where most of the dragons were stabled. Duni got the idea, "You sure we should do this", "We don't have a choice" Dres replied pulling a black piece of paper from a nearby drawer. He scribbled down a quick note before rolling it up, the scent of the two demons woke Nightingale who rose her head and craned her neck to spot the two. She tilted her head in confusement but once she saw the letter in the vampires hand she instantly knew her task, Dres unlocked her padlock and allowed her to walk out and stretch her wings. "Send this to Dashlie, she is in the middle east area with Dark stripe, please hurry this is urgent" Dres almost begged putting the message in her saddle bags, Nightingale softly nudged his face.

Dres rubbed her muzzle and nodded at Duni, the pug flipped a switch on the wall that activated the redstone in the walls opening the top of the room. Nightingale spread her wings before taking off into the star filled sky with a roar, "I hope Dashlie is okay" Duni said as he looked down. His first time in the battlefield almost scared him, seeing those soldiers in pain and those gruesome scars and wounds, he would of fainted if it wasn't for Dawn keeping his cool.

"Duni come on, the fort is under attack" Dawn yelled making the pug bolt up from his slumber, "Wait right now!!" Duni yelled getting up and grabbing his satchel, "The enemy never sleeps" Dawn spoke. Duni reached over his his band that identified that he was a medic but one of his allies stopped him, "They always aim for medics, don't wear that". Duni nodded slowly before running after Dawn, when the robot prepared a spell of frost Duni felt the air around they grow tense and hostile as they rushed out of the fort. "Duni stay low and get the wounded back here as fast as possible, don't bother with those who can't be saved" Dawn yelled before saddling his horse and riding out of the fort where the battle was happening. Duni took a deep breath to calm his nerves before preparing his own fire spell before running out there and was it chaos. He saw a warrior fighting with an enemy soldier, the smart felines were starting to learn how to get through the armour by hooking their claws under the helmets and yanking them off to expose the weak eyes and neck. Duni quickly rushed over to a downed soldier who was holding his side in pain, "okay okay where is the injury" Duni asked looking through his satchel and pulling out a potion of healing. The soldier groaned in pain but Duni forced him to drink half the bottle before hauling him on his back, the pug carried him back to where some others took him back inside the fort to seek treatment.

"Duni!!"

The pug turned around to see Dory who was holding his bleeding arm, his bow in his other arm. "Dory just get back to the fort" he yelled making the archer nod before following those who were taking shelter behind the wall. A loud yowl made the pug turn to see a large dark grey feline yowling in pain, luckily the trashing cat was not injured as for as Duni can see, the pug quickly rushed over but the feline growled making him take a few steps back. "I"m Duni, the battle medic remember" he said making the cat calm down, "What's wrong" Duni said kneeling down and taking a look at him and was in shock when seeing the felines once dark green eyes know a pale green, "I can't see!!" he cried in terror making Duni freeze. How was that possible, "Okay okay. Stay close to me" Duni said taking a hold of the felines fur and leading him around the wall to the safer back entrance but a loud crash made him turn his head to see the stonewall know crumbling. Duni cursed to himself, if Hero didn't raise him so well he would of said something worse. "Whats going on" the warrior yelled making Duni look around and quickly spot the safe treeline, "Okay you have to trust me okay" Duni said to him as he heard the familiar horn to retreat. "We have to leave" he said hearing the sound of dragon roars from the clouds above them, he gave the feline to another soldier who tied a loose piece of rope around his neck and lead him away. Duni rushed back to Dawn who was treating another soldier, Duni dropped to his knees and helped Dawn stop the bleeding but something caught his eye.

"Ddawn?!", there was his brother, alive but fighting with the enemy? "Duni focus!!" Dawn yelled making the pug snap out of his trance, "But he's my-", "Who cares Stampy was also Tiger claw's brother and he betrayed him" Dawn growled making Duni freeze at the medics harsh tone but he nodded and hoisted the injured soldier on his back. Duni turned back one last time to see the enemy now trying to fend off the dragons who were distracting them with fire balls, Duni bit his lip before racing after Dawn. Why is this happening.

"Squad unit alpha take the left field, squad B attack the front"

Dashlie quickly registered the new formation in her mind as she pulled on the reins of her horse making the animal take a sharp right to stay in step with everyone else, "Okay guys take down the enemy on their mounts don't get killed" Winter moon growled before giving a sharp nod to Eclipse who pulled out a black splash potion and threw it at the group in front of them making a black cloud of smoke appear. Winter moon roared loudly before jumping into the mist with shadow, Dashlie made her horse stop as Aqua and Eclipse waited beside her before the smoke cleared away by the strong gust of wind from dragon wings to show the two animals have taken down the riders. This was the battle for the Kingdom of Diamonds, Tiger claw lead this attack himself and the result of this kingdom being captured will make a huge impact on the war. This kingdom supplies the Sky army with diamond weapons and armour from their large and plentiful mines, capturing this will be a free win for the moon army and a huge blow to the sky army and maybe just maybe they can finally end this war after almost 15 years of fighting. Dashlie quickly drew her sword as the loud roar of dragons filled her ears, above her the flying reptiles held large boulders in their front claws. As the leader gave two loud roars about a third of the twenty dragon unit dropped the boulders on the enemy below while the other fourth threw the boulders at the large rock walls. They were blessed to have a great strategist like Seto on their side.

"Forward formation, storm the castle grounds!" Tiger claw yelled as the rest of the army charge in while others stayed back to deal with stranglers. "Dashlie with me, Shadow you and Eclipse storm the castle. Aqua the wounded" Winter moon barked as he broke away from the ground and pouched on an enemy soldier his claws leave dents in the enemies diamond armour. Dashlie clashed swords with another soldier and quickly overpowered him, her horse reared up and managed to make the enemy fall to the ground giving Dashlie the opening to knock the other out with the hilt of her sword. Despite the moon army having the number advantage this kingdom still had diamond weapons and armour meaning no matter the number difference they still have a large chance to win this battle. While Aqua rushed to wound soldiers on the battlefield Shadow helped Eclipse over the broken down wall and into the fray of soldiers that were tangled up in large groups, them being in such close quarters gave the diamond one's an advantage with their much supporier armour and weapons. Eclipse on instinct reach for another one of his smoke potions but a loud crack rang through the courtyard, one of the main towers was beginning to sway lightly. "Scatter!!" someone yelled as both soldiers ran in different directions as the tower fell on its side straight into the courtyard, Eclipse didn't have time to process what just happened before Shadow lunged at him and pushed him out of the way as the ground shook slightly from the impact.

Eclipse coughed harshly from the dust in the air while Shadow gave an abidule groan of pain, the dust began to clear slightly revealing that the tower wiped almost both sides out. Those that survived were crushed under the stone bricks or just lying there in pain unable to do anything for either broken limbs or because they were dazed. Eclipse gave another loud cough and grabbed Shadow by the shoulders and started hauling him away from the scene hearing the loud footsteps of enemy reinforcements. Because of the tower collapse part of the castle wall was injured make it easy for Eclipse to drag Shadow into slight hiding, the enderman quickly checked the black furred creature and was revealed that he was injured and just a little dazed. Eclipse snapped his head up hearing the renfourments yell as more of his allies jumped over the broken wall to join the battle, he prepared a spell as he poked his head over the rumble to see a large ginger feline but this feline wasn't his ally. He saw the cat easily evade his allies attack and more easily take the down with a swift bite to the neck and by clawing their faces to blind them, Eclipse took a sharp intake of breath and slowly crept back into hiding. Shadow was now regaining his sight as he slowly tried to get back on his feet, Eclipse helped him steady himself while keeping an eye out for enemies. "We have to escape through the back, we can't do this we are outclassed" Eclipse whispered making Shadow nod in agreement as he saw how his allies were now dropping like flies, "Does anything hurt, feel broken" the enderman quickly asked but got a no from the bacca. Know that his friends injuries were off his chest Eclipse pulled reached into his satchel and cursed feeling nothing but broken shards of glass, his potions must of been crushed without him knowing. "We have to do this the hard way" Eclipse said preparing a spell while Shadow pulled out his duel axes.

Once they saw an opening they made a run for the hole in the wall, Eclipse casted a spell of flame to ignite a broken banner that contained the tattered remains of the kingdoms flag. The fire began to spread but didn't burn far enough to cause any damage, both moon army soldiers now scrambled over the remains of the broken tower. Eclipse yelled in shock as something grabbed his ankle and dragged him down, Shadow looked back to see a trapped diamond soldiers under the rubble was keeping his friend in place. The yell got the attention of the ginger feline making his green eyes land on the two escaping, Eclipse quickly used his sword to impale the enemy through his now shattered armour and into his chest. Once he was free he scrambled to his feet, "Eclipse hurry!" Shadow yelled making the enderman try to climb up. When Eclipse almost reached the top he yelped feeling a huge weight on his back as the feline pounced on him making him tumble off he heard Shadow shout his name as he hit the ground hard. He struggled to his feet, "Just go without me!!" he yelled seeing the other begin to climb down to get to him. But the bacca was stubborn and refuses to leave his ally, "You idiot" Eclipse whispered as the feline hissed. The enderman tried to prepare a spell but his energy was starting to fade, he saw Shadow drop down next to him and snarl at the feline. "Bring it tratoir" Shadow growl gripping the handle of his axes. The warrior gave a slow blink before chuckling deeply, "Traitor I no longer believe in the clans after what Tiger claw did to them" he yelled making Shadow narrow his eyes.

If Winter moon was here, the lion would of snapped. Shadow got a good look at his enemy, ginger fur and white stripes, "You, your the tratoir they once called Morning Dawn. Your Tiger claw's brother". The feline didn't seem shocked that this soldier knew his once warrior name, "Yes I was once called that name but I prefer the name my friend picked out. I am no longer Morning Dawn, my name is Stampy". Shadow would of spat in his face, he was angry this feline threw away everything that made him a clan cat and this shameful display was infuriating, more then able to snap the most proudest felines. "Enough talk" Stampy hissed unsheathing his claws as he leapt as Shadow, the bacca snarled as they both clashed. The feline clawed as his armour but his claws simply slide off harmlessly while Shadow used the handle of his axe to jab it into his enemies underbelly making Stampy jump back. Eclipse tried to get up but a flash of pain in his side made him fall back down, he began to notice the dark purple blood that stained his robes, how did he not notice this injury before. Did he receive this when Stampy tackled him, he looked back at Shadow who gave a howl of pain as Stampy racked his claws across his face, he was losing. "Shadow just run, leave me here" Eclipse yelled but the bacca being to stubborn and prideful didn't listen, Stampy finally brought his attention back to the wounded enderman. Eclipse held his bleeding side as Stampy gave Shadow a hard head butt before jumping away from his, the bacca fell back and hit the wall but his eyes open to see the feline now charging his wounded ally. Eclipse closed his eyes tightly awaiting his fate but opened them again hearing claws scrap against metal, Shadow somehow managed to dash to him and throw Stampy away for the enderman. "WE need to get you out of here" Shadow yelled but the enderman quickly got up and pushed the bacca down, Shadow felt time freeze around him as he was suddenly pushed to the ground. He slowly looked up to see Eclipse and the enderman gave a faint smile as the large feline racked his claws over his chest while his jaws clamped onto his neck.

When time returned to its normal state Eclipse let out a loud scream of pain, Shadow snarl loudly feeling anger pulse through him as he grab his axe and threw it at the feline and smiled hearing a yowl of pain. Stampy released the mage as the axe hit him in the shoulder blade, he growl in pain and was soon tackled by Shadow who clawed and bit his shoulder harshly making another pained yowl rip through the others throat. Stampy clawed Shadow in the face but the bacca refused to let go, Stampy snarled and dug his claws deeper making Shadow yelp in pain as he felt his eye being tore open by the felines long claws. Stampy felt Shadow release him and he instantly tore away before scrambling to the broken down wall, Shadow looked up to see the felines orange fur stained with his own red blood and his allies dark purple one. Stampy then disappeared over the wall making Shadow stumble to his feet, holding his injured eye and slowly walked over to Eclipse who was breathing heavily and holding his bleeding chest. Shadow quickly forgot about the pain in his eye and dropped down trying to stop the bleeding but he couldn't seem to stop the blood from pooling under the mage, "Don't worry Eclipse you'll be okay" Shadow said his voice shaking lightly. Eclipse looked at Shadow tears falling down his face, "D-don't, I'm already good as dead" he said making Shadow clench his teeth tightly, "No your not gonna die!!". Shadow froze when Eclipse raised his bloody hand to touch to face, "I'm sorry for f-failing" he spoke as he gave a small smile. "No NO, Eclipse!!" Shadow yelled holding the enderman close as the mage just smiled on, "I l-love all of you", the light in his eyes vanished and his purple eyes dulled over.

"No NO!!" Shadow yelled in disbelief, he knew he was gonna lose people in war but Eclipse of all people, he expected him to live through this war. That after all this hell they will be able to talk and spend the rest of their lives in peace, Shadow gave a loud sob as tears ran down his face his injured eye stinging from the salty tears. The bacca held his ally close before letting out a loud sorrowful howl catching the ears of his allies, "That's Shadow" Dashlie as Winter moon dug his claws into the dirt before rushing over to the sound, the wound in his side not hurting or bothering him. Dashlie ran after him, Aqua would of dropped his duties to join them but he had to focus on saving this soldier's life first. Shadow snapped his head up hearing the slight crumbling of stones and looked up to see Dashlie and Winter moon climbing over the broken tower, "I-I, I'm sorry" Shadow sobbed. Dashlie gasped loudly and covered her mouth when she saw Eclipse, Winter moon started with disbelief in his blue eyes as he really didn't believe his friend was dead. The lion clenched his teeth as a growl slipped through, Dashlie felt tears run down her face, this was really happening. Suddenly the group shook violently as another part of the wall collapse, more reinforcements we're pooling out as more moon army soldiers scaled the wall. Winter moon took a deep breath, "Shadow quickly retret, you can't fight in this condition". Shadow looked up at the white feline, "You gotta be fucking me, I'm not leaving him like this" he snarl but Winter moon roared in frustration. "Don't you think I'm hurt, Eclipse won't want you to die like an idiot Shadow. I'm your leader so listen to me!!" he yelled making the bacca look back down as Eclipse before nodding slowly. Dashlie saw him gently lay the enderman down before he started climbing back over the wall to get medical attention, Winter moon looked at Dashlie and she nodded sadly as she gripped her sword. They expected death but why does it hurt so much.

Winter moon ears pricked up as a loud roar caught his attention, "Leader" he yelled rushing past Dashlie forgetting everything else that tore at his thoughts. Dashlie had no choice but follow the feline dodging soldiers locked in combat and following him into the castle to where the battle has now moved, "Winter moon be careful!" she yelled as the lion looked back at her before running faster then before. Dashlie cursed the gods for making lions so fast before she finally caught up to the lion who forced the doors to the throne room to reveal their two commanders locked in harsh combat, Tiger claw was battling a blue haired male while Dark stripe pinned a pink hair female mage under his claws. The male turned to look at them giving Tiger claw the opportunity to pin the male under his paws, the male's breath hitched as he felt the feline's claws at his throat. "Don't move" Tiger claw growled deeply before looking at Dashlie and Winter moon, "Report" he asked making Winter moon step back. "The battle is turning on our favour but some of Sky's recruits were cleary here, sir I saw and heard that Stampy was here" the white lion's voice dropped to a whisper at the last part but Tiger claw heard it clear as day. His green eyes narrow and were filled with a burning hatred as his claws almost tore out his enemies throat, "Was he killed or not" Tiger claw growled. Winter moon shook his head afraid to say something, that made Tiger claw furious as he roared loudly raising his claws to tear out the blue kings throat.

"Leader no!!" Winter moon yelled rushing forward knowing how important Dan's survival was, Dashlie also ran forward and tried to pull the feline off. Tiger claw snarl, "Don't interfere!!" he roared as he swifted turn around and used his spare paw to claw at the nearest person. Winter moon froze as a scream of pain from Dashlie made his eyes widen as the albino fell back holding the right side of her face with her hands screaming in agony. Tiger claw snarled as the female backed away from the large cat trying her best to stop the blood, but her blood started to run through his fingers and down her neck. Winter moon ran up to her by now Dark stripe stepped in, "Tiger claw calm down, killing him won't kill Stampy but worsen our chances. WE need him alive!!" the dark feline yelled making Tiger claw take deep breaths to calm himself, he looked back at Dashlie and Winter moon but his gaze stopped at the pick hair mage. He walked away from Dan who didn't bother to move, Dark stripe slowly got off the mage as other soldiers rushed in and restrained the diamond king. "We need him alive but we don't need you" Tiger claw said his voice cold as ice as he put a paw roughly on the mage's throat making his struggle in vain. "No!! Lizzy!! Don't you touch her!!" Dan yelled struggling but the feline just looked back his glare sending shivers through his soldiers as he bared his fangs before looking back at the mage who had tears running down her face. "No mercy in war" he hissed before unsheathing his claws and slashing through her throat with no effort, she didn't a chance to scream for her vocal chords were easily shredded. "Say hello to your pathetic god for me" Tiger claw said coldly to her watching the light fade from her eyes, "NO!!, I'LL KILL YOU...YOU BASTARD!!!" Dan yelled in pure rage Tiger claw turned to look at him. "Lock him up and kill those who won't surrender" his gaze dropped to Dashlie, "And give this girl medical attention" he said raising his bloody paw up and licking it softly making the soldier mumble something before going their task. "Dash you'll be okay" Winter moon said to the albino who was now being to feel dizzy from blood loss, "I..I can't see" she spoke out.

Winter moon paced back and forth, he wasn't gravely injured as the others but waiting still killed him inside. His head rose up to look at Aqua who walked out of the medical tent, "Give it to me Aqua" he asked making the squid healer sigh. 'Shadow is okay but he'll be out of it for a while, Dashlie will recover but will have gruesome scars. She was lucky Tiger claw missed her eye or she would of been blind', Winter moon sighed deeply and dug his claws into the earth. Aqua looked at his squad leader, 'Is Eclipse really dead'. Winter moon nodded sadly make the mute healer gaze sadden, 'oh I see...allow me to check your wound now', the feline allowed the squid to examine his wound. Inside Shadow was hunched over bandages over some of the scratches on his face and his injured eye, he won't be seeing out of it very soon. Dashlie was watching him, the entire right side of her face was banaged she reached up to touch it but flinched at the pain, Tiger claw must of been infuriated to attack his own soldiers like that. "Shadow who is Stampy" Dashlie asked making the bacca look up at her, "Stampy was once a clan cat who went by the name of Morning Dawn, he was Tiger claw's brother". Dashlie squinted her unbandaged eye, "I thought Darkstripe and Moth wing was his siblings" she said making Shadow shake his head. "No Tiger claw was born outside of the clans in a fur farm, he biological brother is Stampy who betrayed him right at the beginning of the war"

"We have taken over the Diamond kingdom from what these reports say" Uni said showing the reports that they were given, "That's great maybe with their supplies down we can finally end this war" Cory said making Uni chuckle softly. Dawn look over at his friends, he was making potions with Duni while Moth wing and Rain fall are out collecting more herbs. "Though I doubt Sky will go down without a fight" Uni said picking up his papers and stacking them neatly, "The sooner we end this the better, I really don't care if the battle to storm the city takes forever as long as it's done" the archer said sitting up. "One more day and I'll be back into the field", Uni chuckled, "You love your bow don't you" the pug said with a smile making Cory laugh lightly. "I better get going, I have a meeting with Seto on our next attack, see you tonight" Uni said picking his papers, "Yeah see you later" Cory waved bye as Uni walked out of the medical area. "Whatever your thinking isn't gonna happen" Dawn said to Cory making the king laugh, "Dirty thoughts Dawn" he said with a smirk making the robot blush deeply. "Shut up" he yelled but he stopped to look at Duni who began coughing harshly, "You okay kid" Cory asked the dark pug held onto the counter edge before falling to his knees. "Duni deep breaths" Dawn said kneeling down next to him as the pug removed his paws from his mouth and was shocked to see them covered in blood, Cory quickly got up and opened the door to find Uni in the same state as he doppelganger. "Uni!!" Cory yelled rushing over to him and holding onto him as Uni looked at him before he leaned against him breathing heavily. "What the hell is going on" Cory yelled to Dawn who was trying to find the reason of both of their coughing fits, "I don't know we have to wait for Moth wing" he said making Cory growl in frustration but he froze all of a sudden.

"When the time comes I will take their essence for me", "Cory what" Dawn asked confused as Duni held onto him. The archer raised his hand to grip the heart locket around his neck, "Cory??". Cory quickly took the necklace off, his eyes widen as he saw the red being eaten away by the black color spreading over the jewel. Dawn could do nothing but watch as Cory gripped the locket in his hand and threw it to the ground yelling in frustration making Uni look up at him as the archer punched the wall, "Cory calm down being mad isn't helping" Dawn said softly but Cory just gripped his hair. "Why was I so stupid!!" he yelled, Dawn looked up hearing more people entered and was just as shocked to see Jon and Dres. "Something is wrong" Dres coughed as Jon held onto the vampire, he looked ready to faint. "Cory what's wrong" Uni asked softly still holding onto him, "This....This is all my fault" Cory said softly making everyone in the room look at him. "What is your fault, nothing is your fault" Dawn said trying to reason with the king but Cory looked at him, his expression was serious. "This, these demons. It's all my fault" he said making Dres tilt his head, "What do you mean" Uni asked. Cory took a deep breath and picked up his locket, "I....I made a deal with Corruption"
