I'm back from my hiatus and I've been taking some classes for writing plot elements and some writing tips. So I hope you enjoy this chapter

"Its been to long since I've been in control" Ddawn said a tinge of disgust in his voice as black magic spark at his finger tips. His red slit like eyes narrowed at the sudden thought of the ancient mage who was his father figure for years, how long has it been since they've been like this, he remembers the newscape idiots looking much younger but now they look mature. Like there adults but how they were teens before, how how in the name of corruption was this possible. Yet out of these nagging thoughts came one burning question.

"Who is this Herobrine"

"That is non of your concern"

Corruption's voice suprised Ddawn, he didnt expected the God to be listening or even respond.

"When I was around this burning aura of power of authority was always around him, yet I could never read him. Who is he truely master"

"Herobrine was a student of mine in the dark arts well would of been if Notch didnt interfere. But that is not for you to worry, you need to find the rest of your siblings and bring them back to me. I'm sure the spell I've given you will suffice"

Ddawn snapped his fingers black lightening sparking, "it will and the new power Dawn gave me is a bonus. Honestly you spoil me at times".

"You are made from his soul, his power is your power. Now be a good boy and fetch the rest"

"As you wish, I do miss my siblings" he said with a twisted smirk.

Dres was on his end with this war, this was a mistake. His sister is scared for life, his brother is fighting agaisnt him and he has no idea if Don is even alive. But something has changed his allies opinion of his family, his allies once so kind now avoid and treat him like a demon. Rumors of his family being demons, the reason why they look like the Delta kingdom generals, it couldnt be true.

He and his family are innocent...right?

"Dres are you okay?"

The vampire blinked a few times looking at the enderman next to him, the worrying expression in his purple eyes said it all. "Stargazer I'm honestly okay" he spoke softly but the mob refused to belivie him, "no your not your acting like the king they say their fine when your not". Dres sighed, it was true everything was bugging him, where was Hero to come and and clean this mess up for them. "...this was a stupid idea, I should've of just stayed home"

Star gazer grabbed his hand making Dres blush lightly, "tell me the truth, were allies". Dres gaze soften no matter he always felt a sense of calmness from the enderman, "I don't know what I am anymore, I joined this war to help my siblings..but I have no part of this war". This war wasnt his to fight, "I dont know what to fight for, whos right or why I'm even fighting for in the first place!". He shouted in frustration everything was confusing him, stay strong for your family, but what about his feelings. No one bothered to asked him his opinion, he doesn't belong here, what is his purpose here...

"I know your confused Dres but most of us didn't join on a whim as well" Star gazer said squeezing his hand, "I was drafted into the army as well as many others, your not alone even I'm not so sure what I'm fighting for". He sighed softlt, "non of us do anymore but we can find out over time". Dres closed his eyes before re opening them, Star gazer did have a point some things aren't ment to be. "Yeah your right" he said as the enderman smile, Dres returned the smile he held back a chuckle seeing a light purple blush dust the enderman cheeks.

"Dres"

He looked over to see Jazz song, "We have training" she spoke sternly. "Right I'm sorry but I have to go but your right lets find our porpuse in this war" he spoke confidently, "yeah together" Star gazer said smiling. Dres pulled away and walked over to Jazz song leaving Star gazer looking back with a loving look, "...he said togehther, maybe we have a chance". He smiled at the thought, "..maybe I was wrong about him"

On the other side of castle ground Dashlie and her own team were there recovering from their last battle where she was deeply scared by her own leaders claws.

"Dashlie how you feeling"

"Much better dont fuss over me Winter moon" the albino said looking over to her lion leader. "I still dont think you should be training this early" he said shooting Dark stripe a glare who was watching apprentices practice in the training yard. "I'm okay, plus I should start early so I can get used to this new visions it's kinda blurry" she stated unsheathimg her sword. "Still I'm worried not just for you" his blue eyes went over to Shadow who was sparing with a fellow soldier, "he hasnt rest since he was confirmed to get back on the field. 

Dashlie sighed, greif has turned to rage and Shadow shows his determination to get back on the field and avange Midnight. Aqua was keeping an eye on him thank notch, "we have to trust him right now come on lets spare" Dashlue said getting in a sword stance. Winter moon was unsure but the burning determination in her eyes slowly forced him into a warrior fighting stance. He didnt want to hurt her, she was still recovering the scars in her face could easily open with one harsh hit.

Winter moon dug his claws onto the earth before unsheathing them and nodded. Dashlie took the first move trying to knock him off balance with a a jab in his side but Winter moon dodged nimbly to the side hooking his paws on her legs and knocking her onto her bottom. "See this is why I need to practice" she yelled making him laugh softly, "using your smarts is another way to win agaisnt enemy forces".  Dashlie gave a playful punch at the lion who took it, "come on then let's train" he said backing a few steps away and getting back into position. Dashlie smiled standing up, the fighting spirit of a lion roaring for a win and she will answer the call to fight.

Dres smiled seeing his sister so confident even after her indecent she still had the fighting spirit of the lion, the spirit that will never be slain. No matter how hard the enemy tries, maybe this war was his porpuse. To save his siblings and keep them safe and to get Ddawn back.

But why is everything going so wrong

Dres shoved the memory of the training yard as arrows flew him as his feline allies snapped the necks of the enemy in their jaws, the sound of steel agaisnt steel, the overwhelming stench of blood that would make aby vampire vomit this is war. Dres has never been in battle as his siblings were, his group was always kept back with the supply group but now everything hes training for he couldnt be less prepared.

He saw the same felines who killed those soldiers get killing by an arrow threw the neck. Dres stumbled back a sharp pain in his head, why is this so familier he thought. He shoved the thought in the back of his head as he was in the middle of a battle field, his orders were to recover the wounded and only engage if neccessary. He lost Jazz song and Star gleam at the start, he was alone. Dres dodged an attack for an enemy soldier and tagged out with a feline who came to his defense.

The vampire threw on of his axes getting an archer in the shoulder who shouted in pain giving their enemy time to stab them in the throat. As the battle roared on Dres dragged wounded soldiers to medics and battle medics, 70 out 200 wounded didnt make it. This night ambush was costing them good men and Dres thought a traitor is among them. As he dragged a warrior to safety a flash of red caught his eye, enemy soldiers normally wear gold not red was his first thought.

"Jazz song take him" Dres yelled to the dark ginger feline. "Dres wait!" She yelled as the vampire ran into the fray, dodged past soldiers locked in combat only one thought ran through his head. Ddawn, it has to be Ddawn. If he only got to him and convinced him to go home they can all leave this war, go back to Hero and live their lives in peace like when they were children. "Dres!" He stopped to see Star gazer run to his side, the ender mage had blood running down his face. Some the red of his enemies others his own purple blood.

"Help me get my brother!!" He yelled scanning the battle field for that flash of red, "dres this isnt the time we have to defend the point!" Star gazer yelled but Dres ignored him. Ddawn was more important, at last he spotted the red mage as he struck down a warrior who lunged at him. Dres took note of his powerful magic, "please star gazer !!" Dres practically begged his ally who clinched his fists. Until he gave in and nodded scanning the battle field seeing their target.

Ddawn was skillfully holding his own but was getting pushed into the thick tree line and that was the goal. They ran threw the battle field, Star gazer used spells of wind to kept the battle away from them. Ddawn must of saw this as he retreated to the tree line, Star gazer stopped at the edge something was off. "Dres wait!" He yelled as the vampire rushed in with no second thought leaving his ally to follow.

"Ddawn!! Ddawn!!" He yelled trying to locate his brother in the thick forest, the sounds of war still raged in the backround loud and clear. "Ddawn please it's me your brother! Please come out!" He shouted into the trees, "..Dres?". The vampire stopped and turned around to see the red mage behind him as he slowly lowered his hand his spell vanishing. "Ddawn!" He yelled in pure joy running over and hugging his brother tightly.

"I we thought you were dead but your alive how" he shouted, "...I dont know". Dres hugged him tighter, "its doesnt matter we could get the others and go home" he cried in joy as he brother chuckled darkly. "Why leave" he growled, "what do you mean br-" he was cut off as a huge bolt of pain ran threw his body making him fall to his knees. Dres panted looking up as dark magic crackled at the mages fingers, "d-ddawn?".

"So this is what has become of you pathetic" he growled snapping his fingers more black lightening striking him making him scream in pain. "Dont worry brother I'll fix you" Ddawn with with a smirk, "Dres!". He couldn't move the shock was overwhelming he didnt knkw what he was thinking till he screamed it, "Star gazer run!!". The enderman prepared a spell of fire, "oh no you dont!" Ddawn yelled snapping his fingers making thorns vines grabbed the mage who shouted in pain as the thorns dug into his skin and dragged him to his knees.

"How amusing all of this is, isnt that right Dres" Ddawn said looking at the vampire frozen in place. He was frozen in place, "how pathetic you became and how weak you are how dull. You arent this your a hunter, a beast!" He shouted making a sharp pain shoot through his skull. Dres heard a loud growl in the back of his head as Ddawn grabbed his shoulders roughly, "be a hunter" he growled into his ears.

Dres shouted as something inside his screamed and shouted, Ddawn fished something out of his pocket. A vile filled with black liquid, "this might bring you back" he said the to shouting vampires. "Leave him alone!"Star gazer screamed but Ddawn ignores him opening the vile. Dres looked up at him as Ddawn forced the black liquid down his throat.

Something woke up he screamed in anguish as Ddawn stepped back, "Dres!!". Star gazer's screams were blocked out, his heart pounded in his ears as his breath came in quick short burst. The scent of blood became stronger, he could hear his enemies heart beat. He covered his mouth his fangs almost enlarging as he growled lowly fighting the urge to hunt and kill. "What did you do to him!" Star gazer yelled as Ddawn walked over pulling a dagger out, "I made him better"

"I'm sure your hungry Dres, how about a meal" Ddawn smirked as the enderman frozed as he dragged the dagger over his neck making blood run down his neck slowly. Dres snarled gripping the grass, "you know you want to". Star gazer watched in horror as Dres stood up, he struggled agaisnt his bonds as he walked over. "Dres dont please!!" He yelled as Ddawn stepped back, the vampire grabbed both sides of his face his claws digging into his skin.

Tears ran down the enderman face, "i-im..s-sor-" the message was cut off by loud feral snarl. "....i-i love y-" Dres bit down harshly on his neck making the enderman go silent as pain flood through his body. The vampire bit down harder blood flooding into his mouth but tears ran down his face as his slit like eyes narrowed. Ddawn relased the enderman as Dres crushed his windpipe killing him quickly but no painlessly.

"Ugh always so messy" Ddawn groaned as he watched Dres feed like he was starved for years. He pulled away minutes later and tossed the body aside wiping the blood of his chin, "manners" Ddawn growled. "No welcome back" the demon snarled as Ddawn chuckled. A smirk appeared on his face, "please you arent that type Dres but welcome back hunter of the weak"

"Its good to be back" the demon growled with a wicked smile as he licked the blood off his fangs.

He woke up screaming, Dres screamed bolting up and holding his head as he was pushed back down voices around him shouting. He ignored the pain in his body as he was being restrained, the terror in his eyes was overwhelming. Star gazer csnt be dead he screamed as the nurses and doctors restrained him as Duni watched from the door way his hes eyes wide with horror.

What is happening to his family he thought as Dres screamed into the darkness

Somewhere the devil laughed
