It was one of the biggest days for UMC Electronics. They would present the final details of the new project and promote the final designs to the public today. Everyone was excited about the promotion.

Arthit had to arrive at the company early for the meeting along with his father-in-law. And he would be staying at the company till night for the party that the company had organized for the successful development of the project.

But the issue that haunts Arthit the most is that his husband had been feeling severe pain in his belly and Arthit dearly wanted to stay with his husband. But he couldn't, Wad had promised him that he would keep an eye on Kongpob and would call him if needed.

But somehow deep inside Arthit, he felt something was not right at all. Something inside him told that something bad is going to happen. He didn't feel safe to leave his husband at the house itself. So he decided to take Kongpob and Wad along with him to the office. 

Moreover, his colleges have told him to bring his family to the celebration party. But since Kongpob is pregnant he had told them that he will bring his family only at the hour of the party. So now, since he had this weird feeling in his mind he decided to bring Kongpob earlier and for Aroon, his driver will pick him up after school.

"P'Arthit are you sure I have to come to the party?"

 Kongpob asked he felt that he would be a burden if he comes along with Arthit. He knows that his husband is overprotective towards him at the very moment. He feels like if he would be there, Arthit wouldn't concentrate on the project.

"Kong, don't think that I will not concentrate in my work if you come with me. I will concentrate on y work sure, ok? I just want to make sure you are ok na!"

"How did you know that I thought like that P?"

"Oh, Kong! How long have I been with you, my love? I know you well enough!"

Kongpob smiled widely and looked out of the window when the car started. Wad just sat there at the front seat hearing the conversation between the couple with a small smile on his face.

As they reached the company the first face that greeted them was Mr.Suttilak's.

Arthit got out of the car quickly and ran to the opposite side, opening the door of the seat where Kongpob was sitting and helping him to get out of the car.

Mr.Suttilak smiled seeing his son-in-law's caring nature for his son. 

Arthit had told his father-in-law that he would be bringing Kongpob and Wad to the company and also told the reason for his decision as he knew Mr.Suttilak was not very pleased about the idea since the day Kongpob had fallen in the restroom. But seeing the fear and insecurity in Arthit's eyes Mr.Suttilak had given his permission in the concept.

Kongpob and Wad are staying at Arthit's office while all the members in the company were waiting eagerly for the meeting to start.

Arthit was there in the conference room waiting for Merlin's Company's department heads to arrive.

Arthit and Mr.Suttilak kept on checking every detail of the projects and Merlin, on the other hand, was focused on Arthit's flawless handsome face, which always attracted her to him. A small smirk was decorating her face which was left unnoticed by both Arthit and his father-in-law.

"Arthit? Mr.Suttilak? Please excuse me for a minute. I will just check over at my co-workers and will arrive soon."

"Ok Ms.Merlin. But please make it quick! The meeting will start in a few minutes and your company mates have already arrived."

Mr.Suttilak replied to Merlin who just smiled sweetly and moved out of the conference room as she took a glance over Arthit who was still not looking over at her.

'You will soon accept me Arthit! Soon!'

Arthit looked over at Merlin's back as he heaved a sigh of relief. But Arthit had this bugging feeling inside him, that told him something was not right by seeing Merlin walk out of the conference room.

"Arthit? You okay?"

Mr. Suttilak asked with concern as he saw his son-in-law's worried and scared face.
Arthit looked over at Mr. Suttilak and smiled sweetly nodding his head telling he was fine.

"Arthit, if you are worried about Kongpob, don't be son. Wad  is with him right? If anything happens he will inform us. Don't be panicked, my son."

Arthit smiled slyly before nodded his head and started to check his presentation before connecting it with the projector.

Merlin came into the conference room just before the meeting was going to start up. 

"Sorry for being late! Please get started with the presentation!" 

Arthit eyed Merlin suspiciously as she took the seat right opposite to his with her company department heads. Somehow Arthit felt uneasy as he saw a small smirk playing over Merlin's face.  

Mr. Suttilak looked over at his son-in-law and saw that Arthit looked disturbed. 

"Arthit, relax son! Your husband is right there, just five rooms across! He will be fine, there is Wad with him." 

Arthit nodded his head as Mr. Suttilak assured him by putting on his arm on Arthit's shoulder giving him a warm smile. 

Arthit took a deep breath before he stood up from the chair and moved forward to the front of the conference table with a gentle smile on his face. 

"Good morning to everyone present here! I would really like to thank RICS Company, especially it's CEO Ms. Merlin for giving us an opportunity to work with you for a great project like this. And secondly, I thank all the co-workers who helped this project to lead up to its maximum results. So here, let's get started with the project information and design." 

As soon as Arthit finished his words, the conference room turned to a dinner black shade while the projector turned on. 

Arthit started to explain everything aspect of the presentation along with Mr. Suttilak's and Merlin's occasional interruption to describe specific parts or questions asked by the members. 

Merlin, on the other hand, was deeply enjoying the role of Arthit being all sexy and manly in front of her wearing the black suit with sky blue shirt underneath it. She was not mainly giving importance to the presentation that was going on, rather her attention was on the person who was conducting the presentation. 

An evil smirk formed in the corner of Merlin's lips. She looked over at a person who was sitting across her towards the end who was also looking at her. Even through the dim light, she could see the droplets of sweat dripping through his forehead. 

She turned away and looked at Arthit who was still doing his job with a gentle and attractive face. 

'Arthit is only mine! No one will come in between me and my dear Arthit. Not even that bastard.......... Kongpob!"

The meeting was going very smoothly and everyone was amazed by the work that came out. With Merlin's and Arthit's inelegance and teamwork, the work had come out pretty much better than expected. 

"So this is the product value base that we are planning to come up with. So if anyone of you have any suggestions please ask forward as I move on with the purchasing and economic details." 

Arthit then clicked the space bar of his laptop and soon the next slide appeared on the screen.
Arthit was about to call Merlin for her part of the presentation, but,  Wad suddenly came dashing into the conference room. 

He was sweating and panting and couldn't utter a word. 

"Wad! What happened?! Where is Kongpob?!" 

Wad took a deep breathe controlling his breath. 

"P'Arthit.....Kong....He...He.... He fell down in your room! He...he is.....he is bleeding!" 

"WHAT!!??" 

Arthit's eyes grew big as he heard the news. Mr. Suttilak stood up from his chair and looked at Wad in horror. 

"P! We should take Kongpob to the hospital! He is crying in pain P! He is losing blood!" 

Arthit didn't think about anything at all. All that matters for him at the moment was Kongpob and his three babies who are in his husband's belly. 

Arthit rushed forward to Wad and was about to go out of the conference room when Merlin stood up in anger and spoke to Arthit. 

"Khun Arthit! Stay here! Your friend and other members of the staff will take care of it! A big project is going on here and now you are going back of your husband!? It's not right Arthit!" 

"Sorry, Ms. Merlin! I have to go to my husband! He is in a critical stage please leave me! Mr. Yan will take up my position!" 

Arthit opened the conference room but was not able to go as Merlin called him again. 

"Arthit! If you are going out this time, I will withdraw my contract! I don't want a person who is irresponsible like you now!" 

Arthit had no other choice. Arthit looked over at Mr. Suttilak who had a neutral expression on his face. 

"P'Arthit don't be worried! I will take care of him P! I will take him to the doctor now itself!" 

Wad dashed out of his conference room. 

Arthit looked at Wad's running figure and turned towards the Merlin who had a smirk on her face. Arthit felt anger seeping into his mind as he saw  Merlin's face, his blood was boiling inside.

 It was like the head hazer character which was buried down in him was ripped out suddenly after the news of Kongpob being in danger had ringed through his ears. His expression turned into a fierce one and he had a cold aura around him.

He walked back to the presentation stage and spoke after he took a deep breath.

 "Ms.Merlin will explain the rest. Please Ms.Merlin"

Arthit called out Merlin from her seat to continue the rest of the presentation as it was her part.

Merlin smiled widely and stood up as she moved towards the position where Arthit had been standing. She smiled sweetly at Arthit.

Arthit didn't even glance at her as he sat near his father-in-law when Merlin took over his position.

Merlin's anger raged as she saw how disturbed and cold Arthit was behaving towards her. She clenched her fist but soon covered up her face with a smile as she remembered they were in the conference room.

She took a deep breath and proceeded with the presentation.

On the other hand, Arthit's mind and heart were in turmoil. He couldn't think straight. His mind was filled with how Kongpob and his babies were.

He wasn't at all concentrating in the meeting. His whole body was still feeling numb from the news that he heard from Wad's shaky voice. There were drops of tears at the corner of his eyes and it slowly started to flow. He was thankful that the room was dark or else someone might see him crying.

Arthit felt a warm hand on top his own. He looked toward the owner and he could see worry and fear in those eyes.

"Son, please be strong! After Merlin's presentation, the meeting will be over and I promise that we will leave at once! I will also be with you! You have to be strong Arthit! Pease! I have sent a message to Kongpob's Mae and she and your mother had already reached the hospital. Don't worry, they said Kongpob is in the ICU and Priya is with him"

Arthit nodded his head and wiped away the tears from his eyes. Though his father-in-law had informed his husband was alright, he was not able to digest it. Something inside him told that it was not true, he felt like his Kong and the babies needed him. He could feel the pain Kongpob was feeling somehow. He knew that his husband was in a painful state. Arthit felt guilty for leaving Kongpob for a project like this. He couldn't bear it.

Arthit looked at Merlin who was doing the presentation with a very peaceful face. Arthit ground his teeth seeing Merlin. If looks could kill, Merlin would be 80feet under the ground.

Arthit took a deep breath and was about to stand up against Merlin to tell her that he was going to leave from the meeting. Nothing was important for him other than his husband and his babies.

Suddenly the ringtone of Arthit's phone ringed through the meeting room. Everyone's eyes were on Arthit at the moment.

Arthit looked down at his cellphone and his heartbeat started to rise, his hands became shaky as he saw the caller ID. He looked over at his father-in-law who only assured him by squeezing his hand on Arthit's shoulder.

Arthit took a deep breath and slide the answer key.

"Hello, P'Priya?"

"......................."

"WHAT!??"

Arthit stood absurdly from his chair. The chair that he was sitting slide off from its position and hit the wall behind. The lights of the conference room were turned on by someone and everyone could see the fearful and shocked face of Arthit.

"P'Priya please don't joke around!"

"................"

"Me?Now?"

".................."

"Yes, I will come right away! Kong and the babies are fine right?"

"................."

"P is there any problem? Why are you in such a hurry?"

"...................."

"WHAT?NOW?DELIVERY?!?"

"...................."

"P please say that Kong and the babies are fine?"

"...................."

"Why P? Why?"

".................."

"Okay, I will be there soon as possible!"

Arthit hung up the phone and looked over at his father-in-law who had a confused face.

"Pa P'Priya had told me to go to the hospital now! Kongpob need emergency delivery! They said it is necessary! We have to go! P'Priya told me I should be there to sign some documents! Pa please let's go!"

"Yes, son! We will go! Come on hurry!"

Mr.Suttilak stood up from his place and apologized to all the members and told Arthit's secretary Mr. Han will continue with the proposal.

"Khun Arthit! Stop! This meeting is more important than any other thing! Cant to show some respect to our work!? We have been working on it for months Arhit! Months!"

Arthit who was about to leave the room changed his face towards Merlin. Merlin gulped her saliva as she saw the rage in Arthit's eyes. Everyone in the meeting room looked at Merlin in disbelief clearly shown on their faces.

"I have only worked on this project for months Ms.Merlin, but the person who is now at the hospital have been with me in my worries and happiness for 10 years after marriage and 5years before marriage! I can't lose that person even if anyone gives me the most valuable jewel in this world. You don't know Merlin what Kongpob means to me! So back off, I have to go now! I have to see my husband!"

One of the members of the meeting from Merlin's company stood up and spoke.

"Khun Arthit, please don't mind Ms.Merlin. You can go consult your time with your husband. We have already seen your works and we are quite pleased, don't worry about the project, we can handle it. Please go meet your husband."

Arthit smiled sincerely at the man and thanked him for his understanding.

Merlin who was hearing the conversation lost her mind.

Merlin clenched her fist and ground her teeth. She dramatically punched on the table gaining everyone's attention, including Arthit and Mr.Suttilak who was leaving the room.

"That's it! I am done here! Do you get me Khun Arthit and Mr.Suttilak! We are done here! If Arthit is going to give more attention to your stupid husband who is now at the hospital than this great project that we have worked on with will give millions and millions of money in the future, I withdraw from this project! UMC Electronics have to pay the penalty to me! I can't stand in with a very irresponsible CEO like Khun Arthit! Now it's your option Khun Arthit!"

All of the members at the conference room along with Arthit and Mr. Suttilak was frozen on their place hearing the threatening and murderous way Merlin was talking towards them.

"I don't care if we have to pay the penalty or not! I am going to my husband and Merlin! If you dare say any words about my husband! You will pay! You will pay for that!"

Arthit opened the door and walked away but a hand pulled him inside.

Everyone in the room was shocked seeing the seen including Mr.Suttilak.

Arthit closed his eyes and took a deep breath before looking at the person who held his hands.

"Ms.Merlin leave my hand!" Arthit commanded in his head hazer voice.

"No!"

"MERLIN LEAVE MY HAND!"

"NO! You can't go like that Arthit! We have spent our sweat and time on this project and you can't just leave like that!"

"Merlin! You are the only one who is having a problem here! No one other than you have! Now let me go! I have to see Kong..."

"Don't you dare speak that name again Arthit! Can't you understand the sacrifices I have done to let you be mine! You are leaving for that fucking Kongpob other than this beautiful woman who is standing just in front of you! What do you see in him Arthit? He is just a man no matter what! Even if he can give your kids! He is just a ma...."

"ENOUGH!"

Mr.Suttilak break out in the middle.

"Ms.Merlin! I still respect you as a woman and please don't let me cross the line! This is our family matter and who are you to interfere in it! Please stay back and let us leave!"

Merlin glared at Mr.Suttilak who spoke and then at Arthit who roughy pulled away his hand from Merlin's grip.

"That it! I am withdrawing this project and Kun Arthit! Your company have to pay double penalty for their investment I have made in this project!  I will not let you go Khun Arthit! I will make you mine!"

Arthit's face turned red in color with anger and his hand rose up to slap on Merlin but a hand stopped it. All the members of the room looked at the employee who had stopped Arthit's hand.

Expect for  Merlin who had a shocked and fearful expression on her face, everyone was in a confused state.

"Sir Arthit! Please listen to me! I have to tell you something! I can't betray you anymore! I am sorry for everything I have done! Please, Sir! Please listen!"

The employee begged as he knelt down before Arthit.

"John! What the hell are you doing!?"

Merlin busted out in fear. John just ignored her and asked Arthit's forgiveness.

"John, what are you telling? Why should I forgive you?"

"Sir Arthit.....that.....it is...."

John took a deep breath and closed his eyes before uttering the words which shocked all the people who were in the room.

"Ms.Merlin is the one who did this all"
