Arthit was in utter shock when he saw Kongpob fainted body on the floor. He and Mr. Yan rushed towards Kongpob. Yan helped Arthit to take Kongpob to the hospital. Kongpob was still unconcious when they reached the hospital. For god's grace Priya was there in the hospital and she took care of Kongpob. She told Arthit that they have to take some test. Arthit was allowed to enter the ward Kongpob was sleeping. 

A few minutes later Priya came into the ward where Kongpob was lying. Kongpob had already woken up and was drinking his favorite ice coffee to get some energy. Priya smiled seeing Arthit and Kongpob. She cleared her throat to grab the attention of the couple.

"Swadee Kharp P'Priya" Arthit and Kongpob waied at her. "Swadee Kharp nongs" Priya waied back. Priya walked near to Kongpob's bed and just gave him a small slap on his shoulder. "Hey, Kong! Can't you take care of yourself! You have been lacking nutrients you know!" Priya scolded her cousin. Kongpob looked down to his hands that grabbed the white sheet of the hospital bed. Arthit looked at Priya apologetically.

" I am also sorry for that P. You know we have been facing some problem in the company now and it just got fixed today. I didn't get time to check on him. We both were really busy. I am sorry for not taking good care." Arthit apologized to Priya.

Priya looked at them and shook her head. "It's okay. But be careful too. Now Kongpob has to be more careful. He needs special care now, he should be healthy. Arthit, Kongpob; be careful and always stay healthy or else it would harm the little one inside you" Priya said grinning.

Arthit and Kongpob looked at each other confused. Kongpob suddenly remembered about his thoughts today morning. His cheeks started to form a tint of pink color. On the other hand, Arthit had no clue about what Priya was telling. He looked at the doctor confused. "What do you mean P'Priya? What happened to Kongpob?" he asked confused and concerned.

Priya smiled ear to ear. "Arthit be ready! You are going to be a Daddy again! Aroon is going to get a sibling soon! Your Kongpob is 1 month pregnant!!" As soon as those words were spoken out of Priya's mouth, Arthit held his breath. He looked at Kongpob who had the widest smile on his face. Arthit's shocked face turned to a bright face. The brightness occurred on his face would beat the brightness of the sun. Arthit knelt down to his husband and hugged him. "Thank you, Kong! I love you very much!" he exclaimed in happiness and excitement. Kongpob smiled and hugged his P'Arthit with all love and care. They broke the hug and looked at each other's eyes with full of love.

"I am very happy for you both. Finally, Aroon would be no more alone!" Priya said as she caressed her cousin brother's hair. Kongpob was just like a little brother for Priya. She always happy to hear anything good that cause Kongpob. But soon her expression changed and she said seriously.

"Kongpob please take care of yourself ok? This is your second pregnancy and so sometimes it could be complicated than the previous time because I checked the test results we took. It shows that your growth hormone-producing less than normal rate. So you have to take hormonal medicines and injection for the next 2 months." Priya said calmly.

"You should be more careful this time Kong. Don't stress out or overthink about anything. Try to keep yourself calm most of the time ok. We have to check next month if your uterus is weak or not because there are so many chances for your uterus to become weak because of hormonal change. No need to be panicked about it. It is normal in these stages." Priya then turned towards Arthit and pointed her finger at him "And Arthit you are the one to make sure that Kong is doing well, ok!" Arthit nodded his head with a smile. Priya wished them congratulations for the last time and walked out of the room. She also informed Arthit that he can take Kongpob home as soon as the kept trip is finished.

Kongpob was worried about what Priya told to him about. He knows that he has been stressing a lot lately. But finally, now he can relax as all the problems have been sorted out. Arthit had the happiest smile on his face where ever he goes or whenever he talked to others.

Arthit and Kongpob reached home around 4 in the evening. It was time for Aroon to return home now. Kongpob and Arthit have been excited to tell Aroon about this great news that he had been waiting a long time to hear. But they decided to keep in low for some time. They planned to announce it tomorrow as they planned to gather in Kongpob's home to meet up his parents and also Arthit's parents.

Kongpob caressed his still flat belly. Kongpob is now sitting in the bedroom waiting for Arthit to return from downstairs. Arthit had stubbornly told Kongpob to not enter the kitchen, Arthit asked him to take a bath and have some relaxed time. Kongpob refused to stay at room but seeing his husband's concerned and puppy eyes, he finally gave up.

Kongpob smiled to himself thinking about the time he was pregnant with Aroon. It was an experience, no, it was a feeling of love and care that was building up in his mind when he was conceiving Aroon. And now he is more than happy to carry another fruit of his and his husband. He can't wait to announce this happy news to everyone.

On the other hand, he can't believe that he didn't even notice or think that he was having nausea because of pregnancy. He thought many reasons behind his sickness except for the main subject. Kongpob was deep in thoughts when a boy rushed to him and hugged him from where he was sitting on the chair in their bedroom. Kongpob was shocked for a minute but soon smiled and hugged the boy back.

"Aw !y dear son, you made Mommy startled." Kongpob joked as he placed a kiss on his son's cheeks.

Aroon laughed mischievously "Sorry Mommy. J didn't see you downstairs, only Daddy was there and he was in the kitchen. I want to see you to show you this!!" Aroon said as he lifted up a paper towards Kongpob.

"What is this baby?"

"Check it out, Mommy!"

Kongpob chuckled seeing the excited Aroon. He opened the paper and it was a congratulation certificate telling Aroon won the quiz match in the school and he got a free token to watch a movie in the theater next weekend.

Kongpob was more than happy reading it. He was Soo proud of his son who had made him always happy.

"Wow, Aroon!! This is so great! Thank you for making us, proud parents. Come on let's show it to Daddy!"

Kongpob said as he kissed his son's both cheeks and a cute laugh was here from the young boy. Kongpob took Aroon's hand and went downstairs. He then saw his husband making some snacks which were some sandwiches for Aroon. Kongpob called out Arthit's name from the hall. Arthit switched off the stove and came over to the living room to find what was the reason his husband called him.

"P'Arthit see this!! Take a look!!"

Kongpob said with lots of happiness while from the side their son was chuckling seeing his Daddy's confused face. Arthit took the paper from Kongpob's hand and read them. His eyes sparkle as he read each and every line. He looked at Aroon and hugged him tightly.

"I am so proud of you my son! We are so proud of you!"

Arthit exclaimed in happiness as he kissed Aroon's cheeks. Aaron smiled and hugged his Daddy back.

Kongpob smiled seeing the scene. He walked to the kitchen to take a look at the cooking as now Arthit and Aroon were both trying to find out what to give Aaron as a gift for his great achievement.

Kongpob walked into the kitchen and the smell of perfectly cooked bacon for to the sandwich hit his nose. Kongpob felt uneasy and started to feel something weird. Not soon after he covered his mouth and rushed to the restroom downstairs. Arthit and Aroon who just made a hi-five decided to buy a dark chocolate bucket ice cream saw Kongpob running towards the restroom.

Arthit stood up from his seat and rushed to his husband followed by Aroon from the back. As soon as Arthit reached the restroom he saw Kongpob throwing up very badly. He hushed him by putting on his back. After a minute Kongpob panted after just throwing up all he had eaten. His face became pale and he looked so tired. Aaron looked at his Mommy in worry, on the other hand, Arthit knew what was happening since he had seen this once when Kongpob was conceiving Aaron.

"Mommy! Are you ok? You look so tired?" Aroon asked concerned. Arthit slowly helped Kongpob to stand up and moved out of the restroom. Kongpob smiled hearing his son's concerned voice. "It's okay my dear. Mommy just needs some rest." Aroon nodded his head hearing his Mommy's reply. Arthit slowly took Kongpob to their bedroom and sat beside him asking him to take rest. As soon as Kongpob's head hit the pillow his eyes closed as he was really tired. Arthit smiled and kissed his husband's cheeks. He then looks down to the still flat belly of his husband and kissed it. "Daddy and Mommy are waiting for you our little miracle. Come soon, your brother is waiting for you" he mumbled as he once again kissed the flat stomach and then on his husband.

Kongpob and Arthit along with their son Aroon are now going to their grandparent's house. It is weekend today so Arthit had asked for a get together with all the family members. Kongpob's parents said they would arrive at Arthit's house since it has been a long time since they visited there. And also Kongpob's both sisters are also coming. Aaron is so happy to go and see his grandparents. He wants to play with his cousin too.

As soon as they reached Arthit's parent's house Arthit's Mae opened the door and rushed outside smiling widely and Aroon came running towards her and hugged her. "Aww, my dear grandson." She whispered as she placed a kiss on his both cheeks. Aroon laughed a little at the sudden affection he gets to feel (but not as much affection he gets from his mommy and daddy). Kongpob a d Arthit smiled seeing the scene.

"Oh my dear sons"

Arthit's Mae called out as he hugged both his son and son-in-law. Kongpob and Arthit do miss all these affection and love that they used to get from their parents. How beautiful it would be to always stay with our Mommy and Daddy without any disturbances. They missed the time they used to spend time with their parents.

Soon after they heard a giggle. They looked back and saw Kongpob's Mae hugging Aroon and smiling. The three-person standing smiled at the two. Soon after Kongpob's, Mae released the hug she came rushing towards both her son and son-in-law.

"I missed you both so much." She exclaimed in happiness.

"Ok now don't stand outside. Come inside, everyone is waiting for you." Arthit's Mae said after the couple hugged their mother's.

Arthit and Kongpob nodded their heads and smiled at them. Arthit's Mae smiled and took Aroon in her arms as they entered the house.

Kongpob started to feel a little dizzy though and Arthit noticed the change in his husband's condition. Arthit got worried and took Kongpob's hand in his.

"What happened Kong? What happened?"

"Nothing to worry P, just a bit dizzy. I think I have to sit soon somewhere."

Arthit nodded and cached him by his waist and moved inside the house. As they came further inside try hard the noise of children and elders. The living room was filled with noises of children and parents.

"Good Morning Pa! Mae!" both Arthit and Kongpob waied at their parents. Soon two women came running towards them and hugged them.

"Oh, our little brothers! We missed you guys so much!" Tina and Line hugged them tightly as the couple chuckled. It's true that Kongpob really missed his sisters and it can be clearly seen through his face. It's almost 1year since they met each other. Kongpob's sisters have come back to Kongpob's parent's house because to help their Mae when the company was bankrupted.

"Missed you too P'Tina, P'Tina!" both of them exclaimed. Kongpob suddenly felt like fainting and he held on to his sister Tina who hugged him more tightly. Tina realized the strong grip on her back; she released the hug and could see Kongpob's pale face.

"Kong are you ok? You look pale!" she exclaimed and everyone in the hall except for the children looked at the couple.

Kongpob lost his grip and he might have fallen down if not for Arthit to balance him. Kongpob's and Arthit's Mae rushed towards Kongpob and helped him to take a seat on the couch. Lina rushed back to Kongpob from the kitchen bringing a glass of water. Kongpob thanked her as he drank the water.

"Kong what happened? Are you okay son?"

Kongpob's Pa, Mr. Suttilak asked his son concerned.

Kongpob smiled and answered. "I am okay Pa, just a bit tired. Just needed some rest." He assured his parents.

"Oh Kongpob, you have been working constantly for the company when it was at a crucial stage. Thank you for your presence dear son" Mr. Suttilak paused "But son you should take care of your health too. You really look thinner than the last time we saw you and you look....pale. Please take care of him Arthit" Mr.Suttilak said the last line looking at Arthit who nodded his head.

Soon they engaged in small talks telling how they missed these family gets together and all. Arthit and Kongpob after a few minutes looked at each other and nodded their heads. It was the perfect time to tell everyone as everyone is smiling and laughing with each other, and also Aroon was sitting on Kongpob's lap now since he was tired from so much playing. So Kongpob and Arthit decided to declare the big news.

Arthit cleared his throat to get attention from their parents. Their parents looked at Arthit and Kongpob who had a very serious expression on their faces.

"What happened, son? Why are you both looking so serious?" Kongpob's Mae asked concerned.

"Do you have anything to tell us sons?" Arthit's pa asked them.

Arthit and Kongpob looked at each other and sighed. Kongpob asked Aroon to go and sit with his grandparents who was sitting on the opposite sofa. Aroon didn't say anything, he just obeyed what his parents said after seeing those serious expressions.

"Son, you are making us worried," Arthit's Mae said as everyone was tensed with the sudden change of atmosphere.

"Mae, we have something important to tell you guys," Kongpob said in a very serious tone. Arthit's and Kongpob's parents were getting worried a lot.

Then Kongpob took a letter from his pocket and gave that to Tina who was siting next to him.

"I have written everything that we want to tell you. Please read it patiently till the end. P'Tina please shows them."

Their family members looked at their sons confused. Even Aroon was confused with their parent's actions. Tina came and sat in the middle in a way that everyone can read it. Even Aroon came and sat near to read it.

Thanks for always been there for us in our hardest and happiest times. You all had been a great help to us this past month. Thank you for helping us takes care of Aroon and being there for him. Thank you for not making Aroon feels the absence of his parents.

Just after they all read those words, they snapped their heads towards the couple who had the widest smile on their faces.

"Kong...you..." Kongpob's Mae asked not sure of what she just read.

Arthit and Kongpob chuckled.

"Yes, Mae. I am pregnant!!! We are going to have a baby!!!"

As soon as those words came from Kongpob's mouth, Aroon stood up and rushed to his Mommy with a wide smile plastered on his face.

"Really Mommy!!!! Am I really going to have a sibling!!!!!???" Aroon asked enthusiastically holding his Mommy's hands while jumping.

Kongpob laughed and nodded his head.

"Yes, my Aroon. Be ready to welcome your younger sibling!!"

Aroon hugged both his Daddy and Mommy while creaming a big YES!

"OMG!!!! Kong you are really pregnant!!!! Congratulations brothers!!!!" Tina and Lina rushed to their two brothers and hugged them tightly. Kongpob and Arthit smiled. 

"Oh God Kong! You made your both mothers in fear!! We were so worried about what was going to happen!" Arthit and Kongpob's mae touched their fast beating hearts while Kongpob chuckled seeing it. 

"Congratulations sons!!! We are very happy for you!!!" Kongpob's and Arthit's pa said as they hugged Arthit and Kongpob warmly. The two mothers shed happy tears seeing the scene in front of them. 

"Can't wait to see the little one!! Come soon to your grandparents na!!" Kongpob's mae said as she stroked Kongpob's still flat belly. Kongpob's eyes were shining from the tears formed in his eyes. Arthit hugged Kongpob through his waist and placed a soft kiss on his cheeks watching their all too excited parents and sisters. 

"I love you Kong! Very much that what you can imagine!" 

" I love you too P!! Very much!!"
