Kongpob's POV

It's Saturday and I don't feel like my son is even present in this house. He only came down for breakfast that to after begging him to eat by P'Arthit because I know if I would call him he will not come. I don't want my son to skip a meal because of me. He didn't even glance at me once during breakfast, am I that unforgivable? Well I know that he had gone through so much because of me. But he always promised me that he will tell me whatever happened to him but this time why didn't he?! It breaks my heart when I saw my son's cold face. He only talked to everyone except me.  

I could always feel a hand on me whenever my worries cover me like clouds. P'Arthit was always beside me to give me courage and power. Where did my brave junior went?  Was the question P'Arthit would me to cheer up. Even I asked myself that question so much time, have I become that weak? A mother could become weak every time when it comes to their child right? And I am one of them too. Aroon is our precious gem that we will always take care of. No matter how big he becomes, he is still our little Aroon.  

I heard the door bell while I was at the kitchen. I sighed, I knew who it was. I moved to the hall and saw P'Arthit looking at me with a worried expression. I smiled at him and nodded. We went towards the door and opened it. I saw my cousin and friend there with their children. Nai and Chai waied at us, "Good morning uncles" they greeted us with their sweet voice. We smiled at them and greeted back. "Where is Aroon?" Chai asked excitedly. I looked at P'Arthit for a moment and said to them that he was in his room. I saw them rush towards upstairs. I sighed and sadness covered my face. I quickly covered it with a smile as I heard P'Arthit speaking with Wad and Rome. We greeted them inside, I knew that Chai and Nai had already told them about the situation by seeing their faces.  

Rome hugged me "Every thing will be alright Kongpob, don't blame yourself for what and happened. We know you too well" he said in a worried voice."Yeah man, everything is fine. Chai and Nai are on a mission for that. They really love Aroon a lot and both of you Kong. Just believe in them, they are going t fix it" I smiled bitterly to them and assured that I was okay. P'Arthit quickly changed the subject to lighten up the mood by asking where is his so called friends. Rome and Wad talked about their husbands complaining they are sleeping like logs in the house. We laughed at the comment, we know P'Bright and P'Pream much well. We missed our gang so much. It's been long time since we gathered together as most of our schedules doesn't match and we being busy is quite difficult for us to meet up.

Author's POV

Aroon's room...... 

Nai and Chai knocked the room and slowly opened it. They saw Aroon sitting near the window and gazing out. Nai and Chai looked t each other and shook their heads. "Aroon!!..." Chai and Nai called together startling the young boy. Aroon looked at them like they had two heads "P'Chai!! P'Nai!! Don't do that!!" he protested. Chai and Nai laughed at him and went towards their brother. They always saw Aroon as their little brother, they always cared for him so much. "Why did you guys come here?"  Aroon asked innocently to them. Chai raised an eyebrow at him "Why? Can't we see our cute brother??"she complemented as she pinched Aroon's plump cheeks. Aroon rubbed his sore cheeks and hummed and okay.  

"Did you tell uncle Kong and uncle Arthit about it?" Nai asked after a few minutes of silence. Aroon quickly looked at Nai and soon shifted his gaze. "I.....I....yeah, I told them" he said shuttering in the beginning. Chai and Nai sighed. "Dis you just say or did you argue about it??" Chai asked her brother. Aroon hung his head low, he know that he really argued on the statement that his friends made about him to his parents. "Aroon you should not come to your own conclusion after hearing your stupid friends words!! Do you know how much it must have heart you Mommy and Daddy??!! More over did you think how your Mommy might have felt??!!" Nai asked Aroon raising his voice a little high than who he usually speaks. Aroon looked straight to Nai's eyes. He know how much he might have hurt his parents. But I have a certain reason so why should I feel guilty? Was the thought in his mind. "Aroon said something!!" Chai said as she saw Aroon is just looking at them without speaking. Aroon sighed, "I know I hurt them but I have valid reason for that!! What I told them was true and I know that!!" Aroon told stubbornly. Nai and Chai raised an eyebrow at him. "And what is the reason that you think is true?? Huh??" Chai asked him coldly. She didn't like this attitude of Aroon. They Aroon that was familiar to them was always sweet, playfully and obedient. But this matter had changed him quite a lot.  

Tears started to form in Aroon's eyes as he thought about the reason. He let out a sob "I....I am adopted just like you. And Daddy and Mommy never told me about that, they liked to me saying that I am their real child. It hurts every much when we hear the truth from somebody else P I have no problem when my friend tell that I have gay parents, I accept it but this....this I can't P." he said and started crying. Chai and Nai looked at Aroon with concern in their eyes. They know that what all Aroon had been hearing and believing is not at all true. They didn't know what to say or how to explain this to Aroon. "Now or never" Chai said to Nai, he nodded to Chai and gently placed his hand on Aroon. "Aroon don't cry na, P is sorry if we spoke harshly. Don't cry na" Nai tried to console him. Aroon wiped his tears but still the sobs could be heard. "What all you heard is not at all true Aroon" Chai said Softy after a few seconds. Aroon looked at her "What are you saying P'Chai? How can it be not true? You know that men cannot give birth so as that my Mommy is a man so how would I believe what all my friends say is not true?" he argued back. Nai took a deep breath and started to speak "Aroon your Mommy is a special person. He is not like others Aroon. You are really blessed to get parents like them. Your friends don't know what had happened really, they just say this to you for bullying you Aroon. What all they told is not true, your Mommy is special, Uncle Kong can give birth to a child" Nai said calmly to Aroon'. Aroon was too confused hearing all this, little did he know that this all was true and he was wrong but he didn't want to accept it until he find the correct reason.  

Tears started to fall uncontrollably from Aroon's eyes as Chai and Nai explained what had really had happened. Chai and Nai didn't really know to say this or not as everyone told that Aroon is too young to understand such things but.....they had no other choice than to say this. If Aroon understand or not they didn't thing any further, they just told what their I Uncle Kong and Uncle Arthit had told them. "I...I...I hurt Mommy!!! I am a very bad son!!! I hurt Mommy and Daddy P!!!" Aroon started to cry and moved to his bed burring his head in the pillow. Chai and Nai sighed in relief as they heard those words from their brother. They moved to Aroon's bed and sat on the edge "No Aroon, it is not your fault. Don't blame yourself but  I would say that you should have been more careful with your words Aroon. Your Mommy and Daddy love you so much, you are their miracle and they will never wanted to hurt you" Chai said to Aroon. "Do you know that your Mommy and Daddy had come to school yesterday?" Nai asked to Aroon'. Aroon quickly turned his head to see Nai and sat up "Really?? Why did they come??" Aroon asked surprised. "They wanted to report to your teacher that those so called friends of yours are bullying you. But we saw them and stopped them from doing that as we told we have to tell you about this first" Nai explained. Aroon's heart melted hearing how much they cared for him. Today the truth he really missed his Mommy. These days he only talked to his Daddy , for never once he did talk to Kongpob. Whenever Kongpob bid him good bye and gave him a kiss before he go to school he also wanted to kiss his mommy back and say good bye but his stubborn nature didn't allow him to do that. Aroon cried at all the thoughts, he had seen once his Mommy cry and that was when he had screamed at them telling this are not their real parents. When Aroon went upstairs he had  looked behind and saw his Mommy crying in his Daddy's arms, that scene had really hurt him. "I made Mommy cry P,I....I....I am sorry, I just blindly believed what all my stupid friends had talked without even asking Mommy and Daddy. I am sorry" Aroon apologized while crying hard. His eyes had become red from crying. 

Nai and Chai hugged their little brother and consoled him. "Don't apologize to us Aroon, go to your Mommy and Daddy, and apologize to them" Nai spoke to Aroon'. Aroon shook his head vigorously "No! I can't face them now P. Please give me time, I promise to talk to them please" Aroon said giving his puppy eyes to them that no one can resist. Nai and Chai  sighed. "Okay then. We will give you time Aroon, don't be too late." Chai said to her brother. Aroon nodded and gave a small smile to them. "Then we will go now. Take your time and relax, we love you allot Aroon. Don't doubt about the bond in our family." Nai said as he stood up. Aroon nodded and bid them goodbye. After he made sure that they had went, he went to the window in his room and looked through the window. Tears started to fall when he rethink about what he had told to his Daddy and Mommy during that day in dinner.

Kongpob saw Nai and Chai coming down the stairs, he quickly stood up and went to them followed by Arthit, Rome and Wad. "What happened? Where is he? Is he okay?" Kongpob asked concerned looking upstairs at his room. "He is fine uncle Kong. Just give him time, he understood everything. He is feeling guilty that he had hurt you both so he said he need time" Chai told Kongpob. Arthit a hand on Kongpob's shoulders and gave him his best smile. Kongpob and Arthit thanked Nai and Chai and also Wad and Rome for understanding and standing by them. They are really blessed to have friends like this.  

After Kongpob's cousin and friend had left, Arthit quickly hugged Kongpob. Kongpob hugged back his P'Arthit. They knew what the hug was for. They never thought Nai and Chai could help them like this. Arthit also told to Kong in the hug that Aroon do understand us and he will feel sad if Kong cry in front of him. They slowly went near Aroon's room and found him wiping his tears. Kongpob's heart hurt seeing his son cry. He was about to go to him but Arthit stopped him "Five him time Kong" he said. Kongpob nodded and both of them went to their room. Hoping that their son would talk to them soon. 

*Knock* *Knock*

Arthit' looked up from the paper he was reading on the bed and Kongpob turned to his bedroom door from where he was arranging the cupboard. They knew who it was. Arthit' looked at Kongpob and smiled at him. "Come in son" Kongpob called out. Aroon slowly opened the door and entered the room without looking at his parents face. Kongpob and Arthit could clearly see the puffy eyes of their son because of crying, they saw the marks of dry tears on that plump white. Kongpob went forward and knelt beside his son "Aroon what happened? Why did you cry this long dear?" he asked concerned, he know why he cried but he didn't know how to approach the subject so he just put his worries in front. Kongpob was surprised when Aroon suddenly hugged him and started sobbing. "I am sorry Mommy, I hurt Mommy and Daddy!! I am sorry *hiks* Aroon is a bad son" he said while crying in his mommy's arms. Kongpob smiled hearing that Aroon was out of his misunderstanding but the fact that he crying blaming himself did hurt him. Kongpob shook his head "Who said my Aroon is a bad son, huh? My Aroon is a good son, now don't cry" Kongpob said as he led him to the bed to sit on it. Aroon sat in between his Mommy and Daddy and cried "No, Aroon is a bad son. Aroon saw Mommy crying. Mommy cried because of me. Daddy also cried because of me!! I misunderstood both of you just hearing my stupid friends words. I am sorry Mommy, I am sorry Daddy" he apologized to his parents. Arthit and Kongpob together hugged their son "No Aroon, it is not your fault. You are young, that is why you believed your friends. It's okay now that you understood  everything" Arthit said as he placed a kiss on Aroon's forehead. Kongpob also kissed his cheeks "I love you Aroon, we love you so much. Now if there is any problem that comes to you don't hesitate to tell us okay dear?" Aroon nodded and smiled to his parents. Aroon hugged his mommy, inhaling the motherly smell that he missed so much.  

"Okay !okay! now stop all this crying, it's weekend are we can't spend crying all day. Now let me see my Aroon smile" Kongpob said after wiping away his own tears then his son's. Aroon smiled widely at his parents and hugged them tightly. "Aroon do you want to see your Mommy's pregnant photos, when he was carrying you?" Arthit asked smiling and looking at Kongpob who had a small blush hearing it but a wide smile was plastered on his face. Aroon jumped up and down hearing it, he wanted to see that so desperately. Arthit stood up and went towards their drawer and took out a baby blue color book with 'baby boy' written on it in Golden color. He smiled happily taking the book and went to the bed. Aroon was sitting on the middle while Arthit and Kongpob was sitting on either side of their son. They saw how happy and how Aroon's eyes sparked seeing those pictures of himself and his Mommy caring him. Aroon had no doubt about his parents at all, despite that he was unhappy that he scolded his parents. 

Aroon slept in between in Mommy and Daddy together that night, he didn't wanted to leave them at all. He wanted to stay with them today, it has been long since he had slept in between those warm embraces. He promised to himself that if any troubles he had to face he will surely tell it to his parents and will never judge his parents ever in his life.

Aroon felt blessed to get parents like them ...........................
