Laksh was sleeping on the bed, when he heard the argument of Ragini and Shafaqat.

"Ragini enough!"

"Shafaqat why don't you understand. If I can find it out so can they! I need him now!!!"

Laksh rubs his eyes. Each muscle of his was paining due to the hits of Jamal, but he didn't mind it, he stood up and opens the door.

Shafaqat was very kind, he gave him a proper place, better say an own room to take rest, "Hey, calm down. I'm here what's wrong?"

RagShaq turned to him, "Laksh!" Both shouts and Ragini turns immediately away, he was in shorts, Shafaqat rolls his eyes and hits his palm on his forehead, "Beta she doesn't want to see your spandex, get into the room and wear something."

Laksh felt a heat, his cheeks turned into reddish and he closed the door to hide everything what was visible.

Stupid me, how could I be so irresponsible. Oh no what she will think about me? He was cursing himself, only as long as needed. Wait she has changed my clothes once, but she said she hasn't seen it... I will trust her that time and I trust her this time. She won't have minded it as I'm not myself. 

He wore his clothes and came out of the room, "better?" He asked and they looked at him.

Both nodded to him, "yes, you can stay like this." He was in full clothes and Laksh asked them, "why you both were shouting, has something happened?"

Ragini took a deep breath, she almost forgot it. The real purpose of hers to come was to inform him, "Laksh last night I couldn't sleep as this case was to confused. Whatever I do won't change the fact that you have to go to jail."

Laksh looked at her, "this is not fair...." he repeats it for himself. Oh that's what she meant, I didn't hurt her like I thought. My secret is always safe.

"Laksh the Indian or any military sentences their soldiers for their crime. You have disobeyed to a clear order, you have to take the consequences for it. I told it to Ammi, she said it's better to sent him home then keep him here." Ragini looks at him, she was waiting for a reply, but he remains silent.

So he wants to go back. I will do everything possible what is in my hand to sent him back home.

I don't want to go, I want to stay close to her. If I leave I won't be able to return ever.

Uff, can't believe it, this stupid game of hidden love. Even a blind man would see this with his inner eyes.

Ragini took the file out, "Laksh I was looking at the file Abbu have me. It has included all the names of the injured soldiers of foreign countries, there are a few Indian soldiers, one of the could be your brother." She said and he looked at her, "are you sure?"

Ragini took his hand, "come." There wasn't a way out of her grip, she pulls him to the next best possibility to sit.

The stairs

Laksh was having problems to sit as the stairs were so hard, Ragini didn't bother as she didn't thought of it, she took out the file and starts to check her marked pages.

"Here Laksh look, can you identify one of them?" She was looking at him with big eyes.

Laksh smiles, "sure." He took the file and turns the pages, he was looking at each of the pictures.

Shafaqat went downstairs, he was in the kitchen preparing the breakfast, while the two were looking at each other.

"I found him." Laksh said and Ragini widen her eyes, "you sure?"

Laksh nodded, "I'm sure, here you can check. This is my brother." He gave her the file back, the open page shows an unconscious man.

"Shafaqat!!!!!!!" Ragini shouted as loud as possible, the dishes fallen from his hand and his hard work on the food got wasted.

"Ragini!!!!!" He shouts back to her, "get yourself down here and clean the mess!"

Ragini shrugs, "I don't want to clean the mess. I hate this, I can cook isn't it enough?"

Laksh nods, "yes, cooking is enough. Someone else can do the rest."

Ragini smirks, "right, like you. Shafaqat Laksh is coming to help you I will get the order for the DNA Test, bye bye." Ragini left the house and Laksh went down to Shafaqat.

"You found your brother?"

Laksh nodded, "I wonder how she could find him? The list and file I saw yesterday was three or four times bigger than the end result I just saw in her file she made."

Shafaqat nodded, both were bend down and cleaning the kitchen ground, "she made a check list or a comparing list of you and your potential brother."

Laksh frowns, "like? She just thought of age and status?"

"Kind of?"

Ragini reaches the court, she was waiting for a judge, who could grant her approval, but it seems difficult as Jamal had already started to defame her.

The judge was looking at her, "Ragini Siddiqui I should arrest you for your betrayal."

Ragini remains calm, "again I want to repeat that until his crime isn't proved he is called innocent. Don't judge him before you have seen all the evidences and about me, sure you can arrest me if you want, but after I will have defend my client."

She again asked for the approval of her DNA test, the judge agreed and Ragini immediately called LakShaq.

Both reached the military quarter this time with a judge, lawyer and police officers.

Laksh was under watch, there was a government doctor, who took a sample of Laksh saliva.

"This is the patient room, you have asked for."

Ragini nodded, "yes."

They opened the door and his brother was laying on the bed unconscious, "Bhai?!"

He was hold back, "stay here." They gave him a warning and Laksh nodded, "sorry."

Ragini could feel his emotions, "Doctor, please take the sample of Sanskaar Maheshwari, Major of Indian army."

Laksh looked at her. Someone did her homework.

The Saliva sample of Sanskaar was taken and the result came out by the next day.

They were all at the court, the reports clearly proves that Sanskaar and Laksh are blood related, "your mission was?" The judge asked, but Laksh kept silent.

Ragini knew it will cause only problems, but as the accusations on him turned wrong he was 'free'.

"Your honour, my client came for his brother, now it's time to sent them back, he will get his punishment in his country there is no need to ask for his real mission as we both know, He won't say it. He won't cheat on his own country."

Laksh looked at her, his eyes were thanking her, both had to live with upcoming consequences, he got to know about Ragini's words with the judge in the court to get the order, the judge nodded, "fine. Release the patient and Major Laksh Maheshwari. They will dispatched to India."

Ragini nodded, Laksh was hold in military custody till his plane would be ready as there were still some formalities to do.

Ragini was looking at Shafaqat, "can I meet him?"

Shafaqat nodded, "yes you can, but it's not good. They already have this doubt on you of betraying the country, why do you want to meet him? To confess?" He smirks and she hits him.

"No, I need to talk to him. It's important about his mission."

Shafaqat nods, "fine, get up."

They left went to the military jail, where he was under security, Ragini was confused, "what the hell?!"

Shafaqat hold her back, "wait Ragini let me check." He talked to the supervisor and returned to her with a smile.

"Uncle ordered it for his safety, come."

Ragini smiles, they went inside the jail, there was a secure room in which Laksh was kept, they opened the door and she met him for the last time.
