"Zoe! Hello!"

"Hi! Let me see that beautiful grand baby of mine!"

Jessica's heart was pounding as she handed her over.

"GAMMA! GAMMA!" Theodore ran to her.

"Hi baby boy!! How are you today?"

"Baby sissy!" He smiles proudly and points to his sister.

"Aw, you're so cute!"

Jessica takes a deep breath and looks at Sam.
He nods and says, "Theo, your lunch is ready, bud."

"FOOD!" He takes off running.

Zoe laughs. "That boy is so stinkin cute!"

"Thank you." Jessica smiles softly.

"And so are you, baby girl!" Zoe looks down and kisses the baby's forehead.

"Zoe.."

"Yes, sweetie?"

"There's something I have to talk to you about."

"What is it, honey?"

"Um.. why don't we put the baby down and talk somewhere more private?"

"Okay.. is everything okay?"

"Uh Yes! Everything's fine!" Jessica fakes a smile.

"Okay.."

Jessica and Zoe go into one of the guest rooms and by now Zoe was a little worried.

"Zoe.. I loved your son.. it was obvious, I loved him so much.." Jessica says beginning to cry.

"There were so many things I ignored because I wanted to see him as this perfect husband.."

"But he wasn't."

"No.. but.. there was a time where I wasn't a perfect either.."

"What do you mean?"

"Last August when Danny was on another one of his.. business trips.. I was staying with my parents and um.. well one evening I had dinner with Sam.."

"Okay?"

"And I um.. well he spoke to me so so sweetly.. he truly meant every single word he said.
.. and uh—"

"You slept together?"

Jessica takes a deep breath and says, "Yes.."

"I mean.. I can't be mad. Not after what Daniel has done. Why are you telling me?"

"Because.." Jessica's breathing changes and her entire body becomes hot.

"Wait.. August? Is she.."

Jessica swallows hard and says, "She's Sam's baby."

"Oh.. oh my! How long have you known?"

"The results came back this morning.."

"Does Danny know?"

"He does.. he was there when they told us."

"Oh gosh.. I-I don't know what to say..
I'm completely heartbroken.. but I can't be mad.
Daniel has two kids with another woman.. but I love that little girl!" Zoe cries. "I love her so much!
.. This sucks."

"I'm so sorry!  And I know that you might not want to, but you can still see her.  You've spent the last nine months buying things for her.. falling in love with her!  And I'm so so sorry!  You can have everything you bought back, I—"

"No honey!  No, that's all for her!
.. I still love her. Danny hurt you and my grand babies, I cannot be mad about this.  I'm just happy that Evangeline has a father that loves her.. because Julia and Theodore.. they were abandoned.. they don't deserve that.
But I'm happy they have you and Sam.  I apologize on behalf of my son."

"Thank you.. thank you for understanding and just being happy for us.  I didn't want you to hate me.."

Zoe smiles and gives Jessica a hug.
"Now I can't speak for the rest of my family, but I definitely don't hate you." She chuckles.

"Good. I still love you. Danny and I are going through some stuff, but you're always welcomed here."

"Thank you.  Well, I better go now.  I'm just gonna run into the kitchen to give those babies some love.
Is that okay?"

"Of course!  Go ahead." Jessica smiles.

...

"Bye babies!"

"Want some sketti gramma?" Julia grabs a handful of her naked spaghetti.

"I'm full, thank you though, sweet girl!"

"You welcome!"

"I will see you kiddos soon!"

"Bye bye!" Theodore waves with spaghetti sauce all of his face and shirt.

"Bye bye, cutie!"

"Bye, Gigi!" Autumn smiles.

"Bye, pretty girl!"

"Bye, Sam.."

"Goodbye, Mrs. Huston."

Zoe then walks into the living room and says goodbye to Dorothy. She then looks down to the baby and smiles.

"I still love you so much, beautiful.
You can call me Gigi if that's okay with your mommy and daddy." Zoe smiles up to Jessica and now Sam who has joined them.

Sam places his hand on Jessica's shoulder and says, "Of course that's okay!"

"Good! Thank you." She smiles.
"Oh and uh.. she has your eyes." Zoe says with tears in her eyes.

"She does." Sam chuckles. "Thanks."

Zoe nods her head then leaves.
Jessica takes a huge sigh of relief.

"She took that well." Sam kisses the top of her head.

"Yeah.. the one really I'm worried about is Anjelica."

"Oh she's a bitch!" Dorothy says.

"Mom!" Jessica laughs. "I mean she is! But still!
I wasn't expecting to hear that from you." Jessica chuckles.

"Just speaking the truth." She says lightly bouncing the baby.

Quickly changing the subject, Dorothy says, "Can you believe this beautiful baby was born just one day after your birthday? Poor thing, you had to be in labor on your birthday!" She pouts.

"I know! But it's really cool how this all worked out.
On my birthday last year we found out I miscarried the twins, and this year I had a baby!" Jessica smiles.

"She and julia are my rainbow babies!"

"Aw." Sam looks at her with tears in her eyes.

"She's yours too, huh?"

"Yeah.."

"Aw babe.." Jessica wipes his cheeks and places a soft kiss on his lips.

"I've been thinking about her a lot lately.. I think I want to visit her and Megan soon."

Jessica smiles. "We can all go with you.. unless you think you should go alone first."

"No.. I want you all to come with me."
Sam wraps his arms around her body and buries his face in her neck.

"Sam!" Julia laughs.

"Juju, why aren't you eating?" Jessica asks pulling away from Sam.

"I spilled it on the floor!" Julia lifts her little hands.

"Oh no!" Sam laughs.

"Well clean it up!" Jessica jokes.

"What?!  I'm so little!  I'm only three!"

"You tell her, Juls!" Sam says in a serious tone.

"Yeah, and I'm gonna need more! My tummy not full yet!" She says rubbing her pudgy belly.

"I'll get you some more, Ju." Sam chuckles.

"Thanks! Why you hugging my mommy?"

"Because I like her."

"Oooh!" Julia smirks.

"Stop." Jessica chuckles.

"You like my mommy?"

"No."

Julia gasps.

"I LOVE your mommy!"

"WOOOOOAAAH!"
Julia runs into the kitchen and says, "Guys! Sam loves mommy!"

"Tell me something I don't know, Juju." Autumn says.

"I lub mama!" Theodore says.

Sam and Jessica chuckle as they walk into the kitchen. Jessica sits beside Autumn, while Sam gets Julia a second plate of food.

Dorothy then joined them and handed the baby to Jessica. Jessica smiled down to the baby then at each one of her family members.

"This is the life, huh, guys?"

"It sure is!" Autumn smiles and hugs her mother.

Danny's POV.

"Dan, I'm due in just a couple months, we have a son!  Why are you going to try to bring those kids into our home?"

"Because they're MY kids!"

"You've said before they don't matter to you!
You're doing this just to spite Jessica!"

"They're my kids and I want them here with us.
That's it, end of discussion."

"Fine but we get custody of them and they're you're problem!  That little one that can't see or hear is an embarrassment!  And the other one looks too much like her mother from what you've showed me.  Don't expect me to do shit for them!"

"FINE!"

"And you can't ignore our kids!  They always come first."

"Of course.  You know I know that, baby." Danny says wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Don't forget it!" She looks into Danny's eyes.

"I promise." Danny says just before their lips touch.
