"Just ordered the food. You need help in here?"

"No, I've got it. You go rest." Jessica says, standing at the sink, washing dishes.

Sam then walks up behind her and places his hands on her belly.
He places the front of his body, on the back of hers, and places soft kisses on her neck.

Jessica giggles and lays her head to the side.

"You smell so good." Sam says.

"No I don't! I'm all sweaty! Are you crazy?"

"I might be."

Jessica laughs and turns to him. She wraps her arms around the back of his neck, and stares deep into his eyes.

"You are so beautiful." Sam smiles.

"You think so?" Jessica smiles cutely.

"Mhm! I can't believe you're even with me."

"Why would you say that?"

"Because you're so hot!"

"Oh stop!" Jessica blushes.
"You're sexy.. how could I not be totally crazy about you?
.. It's been so hard keeping my hands off of you all these months.
  I've been so horny, Sammy!" Jessica pouts.

"Aw, I'm sorry!" Sam baby talks, and pinches her nose.

"Oh!" Jessica cries.

"What's wrong? Did I hurt you?"

"No! You just.. you always used to play with my nose.. it's the first time you've done it in a long time, and it just made me happy.."

"Aw.." Sam kisses Jessica's nose and she bawls.

"I'm too pregnant for this!" She sobs, laying her head on Sam's chest as she hugs him tightly.

"It's okay, Jess.." Sam rubs her back.

"I just miss being this close to you.  You have no idea how hard it's been, Sam."

"I'm sorry.  I can't imagine what a nightmare it's been for you.."

"It's made me stronger.. everything that's happened to me in my life has only made me stronger."

"That's why you're badass!" Sam's says grabbing her butt cheeks in his hands.

"I kinda am." She says making Sam, chuckle.

Sam and Jessica stand there holding onto each other for a few minutes before Sam begins to laugh.

"Why are you laughing?" Jessica asks.

"We just had sex on the couch!"

"I know.  Yucky." Jessica laughs.

"And here we are naked in the kitchen!"
Just then their doorbell rang.

"And there's the Chinese delivery man!  Nice."

Jessica laughs and pats his butt.
"I'll go."

"Like that?!  NO!"

"Relax!" She laughs. "I'll just slip my underwear on, and grab your shirt.  It's fine!"

After taking the food, Jessica closes the door and says, "That man totally knew I just had sex!  Isn't that great?!"

"Amazing!" Sam couldn't help but laugh.

"Are you full?"

"Stuffed!" Jessica sighs and rubs her bump.

"Well we still have our fortune cookies!"

"Yay!  That's the best part!"

Sam chuckles and waits for Jessica to read hers first.

"A fresh start will put you on your way." Jessica smiles to Sam. "That's perfect.  A fresh start.. to an old love."

Sam smiles and leans in to softly kiss her lips.

"Read yours now!" Jessica says.

"A lifetime friend shall soon be made." Sam then smiles to her belly and says, "I think I know who that is!" He places his hand on her bump, feeling the baby kick.

Jessica giggles and holds the sides of her stomach.
"The little baba!"

Sam then kisses the center of her bump.
"I can't wait to meet this little person."

"Me too!  I'm so excited." Jessica smiles.

"Have you thought about names?"

"You know, I haven't really!  Poor baby." She pouts.

"Well things have been pretty crazy.."

"They have." Jessica sighs.

"It'll come to us sooner or later.  We still have time."

"Yeah.." Jessica smiles softly and places her hand over his.

"Hey Sam?"

"Yeah?"

"Can we cuddle tonight?"

"Of course!" Sam chuckles,

"Cool!" She giggles.

The next morning.

Sam and Jessica had the day to themselves, so they went out and had a nice lunch, and shopped around a little before picking the kids up from school.

"Look at this, Sam! A little baby outfit!"

"Aw that's cute!"

"Isn't it? It's gender neutral, I'm gonna buy it! I'll buy the hat, and the bow so that way we're prepared!"

"I have a feeling we'll be using the bow."

"I kinda do too.. sometimes!" Jessica laughs.

"I love having girls, so another little princess would be great!"

"Me too. Though, it would be cool to see what our boy would look like."

"It would!  We've never a made a boy together, huh?"

"No such luck." Jessica nods.

"But it's okay! Theodore is my boy, blood or not."

"Aww!" Jessica pouts.

"I just love you!"

"I love you too." Sam smiles.

After their little shopping trip, they picked the kids up and headed home.

"Honey, do you need help with dinner?" Sam asks, slowly walking in with his cane. His legs were really bothering him today.

"No baby, I've got it." Jessica smiles. "Thank you though!"

"You're welcome.
Hey!"

"Yeah?" Jessica turns, and Sam captures her lips.

Julia gasps. "You guys started kissing again?!"

Jessica laughs

"Yes we started kissing again! Daddy's been a fool not to." Sam says.

"I want kisses too, daddy!"

"Yes, ma'am!" Sam walks over and kisses Julia.

"Mmmmuah! I love you, daddy!"

"I love you more, Juju!"

"DADDY?!"

"WHAT?!" Sam matches her excitement.

"Teach me how to write Shepard!" Julia said in her baby voice.

"Okay, okay!"

Jessica smiled at the two cutely interacting. It warmed her heart to see how close Sam has gotten to her kids.. again!

One week later.

After picking Theodore up from daycare, Sam and Jessica went to pick up the older kids.

"Dada, Dada, Dada!"

"What, Theo?" Sam kneels down to his level.

Theodore held Sam's face in his hands and smiled.
"Dada back."

"Dada's back? What are you talking about, silly?"

"Dada back!" He shouts.

Jessica smiled and said, "He is back, Teddy!"

"What are you guys talking about? I've been here the whole time." Sam chuckles.

"Yes but not like this. You're different, Sam. It's like we have the old Sammy back."

Sam smiles softly and kisses Theodore's cheek.
"I love you, buddy. I'm not going anywhere this time, okay?"

Theodore smiles and wraps his arms around Sam.
The feeling of this little man hugging him tightly, warmed Sam's heart.

Soon the kids came out, and Sam and Jessica noticed one of their children in tears.

"Juju! What's wrong, baby?" Jessica lifts her up.

"I quit!" Julia shouts.

"You quit?"

"I'm not going back to school No More!"

"Why? What happened?"

"They told me I wasn't Shepard!"

"What?"

"I did my work like a good baby girl, and at the top I wrote my name; Julia Shepard."

"Uh huh?"

"Well my mean teacher said I wasn't Shepard, and Mommy, I AM A SHEPARD! I'm not a Huston! I'm not a Huston!" Julia nods her head.

"Okay, shh, shh.. mommy will take care of it, Juju. Don't get upset."

"I'm not coming back here again!"

"It's school, you can't do that."

"No I not!" Julia kicks her legs.

"Stop kicking, Ju. Mommy will take care of it."

"I want my name to be daddy's name!" She cries.

"What?! You want us to call you Sam?!" Jessica jokes, bouncing her up and down.

"Mommyyyy! No! Shepard!" Julia giggles.

"I know, I know. I'll call when we get home and straighten this all out. But right now.."

"We're going to Chuck E. Cheese!" Sam says with a smile as he tickles Julia.

"Sam! That wasn't the plan!" Jessica says.

"Yes but my princess is sad!" He pouts.

"Aw my daddy! I love you!!
I love him so so much, mommy!"

"I'm so happy, Julia!" Jessica chuckles.
