Y/N'S (POV)

I wake to yet another day in the Safe Haven.. The first thing I notice is I'm alone in the medjack hut.. NO Jayden, Hope, or Tommy anywhere in sight.

I slowly get up to take a walk down to the shoreline..

As soon as I take a few steps towards the door I suddenly feel my knees go out from under me..

I'm expecting to hit the sand but I don't feel any impact..

I open my eyes and notice a pair of hands have caught me..

I look up and see Colter..

He smiles then says "I guess it's a good thing I was coming by to see if you wanted to get breakfast with the rest of your friends."

I laugh at his comment as he helps me to my feet..

"Wait where are Jayden and Tommy?" I ask.

Colter smiles again and responses "Hope practically dragged both of them to breakfast this morning then Tyler put them both to work. You know to keep them occupied."

I laugh. "Yeah I know what you mean those two can't sit still whenever I end up in there." I say pointing to the medjack hut just over my shoulder.

He then looks down at me and asks "So what are you doing out of bed? And unsupervised?"

As we get to a log and I sit down I answer his question..

"I just wanted to stretch my legs. That's all." I tell him.

"Uhh huh?" He says giving me a cocked eyebrow look.

As we are about to talk again I feel an arm wrap around me making me almost jump out of my skin.. then I look to see who it is..

"Woo take it easy Snowflake it's just me." Relaxing realizing it's Tommy.

I look as Tommy sits next to me and notice Jayden and the rest of the gladers are also with him..

"What are you doing out of bed?" Tommy asks..

"I.. I wanted to stretch my legs.. Tracker assisted me with walking to the log." I tell him.

The gladers and Jayden look confused.. "Tracker?"

Thomas looks at them then replies
"(Y/N'S) nickname for our old childhood friend his name is Colter."

Hearing me and Thomas have a childhood friend Laura and Logan come over with a sparkle in their eyes..

"Can you tell us a story Colter?" They ask..

I look over at him and see he's thinking.. then he responds.. "How about I tell you all of what (Y/N) and Thomas were like as kids?

After all we were neighbors." He says with a Big smile on his face.

I watch as the twins jump up and down in excitement..

Even the gladers have smiles on their faces and  are excited to hear about Me and Tommy's past before Wicked..

I watch Colter as he brings his hands up and tells everyone to settle in..

Laura sits with Newt, Logan sits with Jayden, Brenda and Minho are sitting together.. Teresa is sitting next to Tommy.. then Hope and Tyler are sitting together..  I'm laying my head in Tommy's lap..

As everyone gets comfortable Colter starts the story of our childhood together..
