Good math people I need you!
If it's 2016 when Adrien and Marinette are 15,
2019 when they're 18,
What year is it now for them? They're 26

Marinette woke up the next morning and looked at the painting of her family at the top of the stairs of when it just started. Adrien smiling, Marinette smiling and Emit smiling, even though he was asleep. She walked down the hall and saw how with every picture she was slowly disappearing. She came to the end of the hall, the most recent picture of them. Adrien was holding Lucas, Scarlett smiling next to Emit. Adrien was standing by himself behind his children and Marinette sighed.

She wasn't in the family anymore. "Oh Marinette." Conner walked down the hallway and stood next to her, not looking at the picture. "You have a nine o'clock with Madame Celina about her private collection, a ten o'clock with Mr.Gargoyle about his daughters ballet recital uniforms and then the afternoon-"

"Cancel all of my appointments." Marinette walked down the hallway to Emits room where he was asleep.

"What?!" Conner followed her, scrolling on his tablet. "I can't cancel all of your appointments! Most of them were scheduled weeks in advanced!"

Marinette took down the picture and showed it to him. "Conner, what do you see in this picture?"

"A loving family." Conner looked up and then back down.

"Right but what's missing?"

He looked at it again. "A mother."

"Right! I'm not in my family's life anymore!"

"And you think canceling all of your appointments will fix that?"

"Maybe? I'm not in their lives anymore, I need to get back in touch with my kids."

"I'll tell you one thing, that won't work. You're trying to hard. Small things will work." Conner crossed his arms while Marinette put the picture back up.

"Then what do you think I should do?"

"Small things. Make them breakfast, play games with them, take them to the park, but not all together. Take Emit to the park one day, then play tea party with Scarlett the next. Take care or Lucas the next. Make them feel special on their own, not together or else it seems like you don't care."

"What do I do with my meetings?"

"I'll move half of them to tomorrow and the day after. I'll keep your morning ones." Conner walked away and Marinette sighed. "Madame Celina will be here in twenty minutes!" Marinette walked to her office to find Scarlett doing something on her desk.

"Scarlett, sweetie what're you doing!" Marinette ran to her daughter and Scarlett stopped what she was doing.

"I just drawled you something!" Scarlett smiled and Marinette looked at her desk and saw a drawing of her family.

"Who's who?" Marinette asked as she in her chair and Scarlett sat on her lap and held it.

"That's Emit, that's Daddy, that's Lucas, that's me and then that's." She pointed to a stick figure on the other side of the paper. "That's you."

"Why am I so far away?"

Scarlett folded the paper and Marinette was next to them. "Daddy says that no matter how far away you are, you'll always be right here!" Scarlett smiled and Marinette hugged her.

"How about this, wanna work with mommy today?"

"Can I!" Scarlett smiled and Marinette nodded.

"Marinette, Madame Celina is here." Conner said and Marinette nodded.

"Send her in." Marinette smiled. "Sweetie, mommy has a meeting and you can stay in here as long as you don't disturb us a lot."

"Okay Mommy." Scarlett smiled and started drawing again.

Madame Celina walked in and Marinette smiled. "Mrs.Agreste! What is this!"

"This is my daughter Scarlett." Marinette smiled.

"I will not be dealing with such foolishness!" Celina exclaimed.

Marinette glared at her while Scarlett kept drawing. She didn't want to get in the middle of this. "Madame Celina, we will either talk about your private collection and one of a kind clothing now or I'm afraid you need to go to another company."

"I will not talk about something as important as my fashion sense in front of a child!"

"Then leave." Scarlett looked at her. "If it's so impor-impor-important then you'd still talk about it in front of me." Madame Celina huffed.

"You heard my daughter." Marinette giggled and hugged Scarlett and Scarlett leaned on her mom.

"This is incredibly foolish!"

"How you're acting is foolish. If your private fashion line is so important then you'll talk about it in front of my four year old daughter." Marinette smiled.

"Where is Gabriel! He will have something decent to say about this!"

"Gabriel gave me his business. Any problems you're having will be brought to me so unless you still want to throw a temper tantrum about a child who won't even remember this conversation in three weeks, then I suggest you leave."

"Ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!" Madame Celina stormed out of her office and Marinette giggled.

"How old was she?" Scarlett asked.

"I think she was in her sixties." Marinette giggled. "I have an hour until my next meeting. What do you want to do?"
"Can I help you make a dress?"

"Of course." Marinette smiled as they walked over to a mannequin. "Do you want it to fit me or you?"

"Me! I need a new dress!" Scarlett smiled.

"Okay stand right in that block and let me measure you." Marinette smiled and Scarlett stood up on the block and Marinette took the measurements. "What do you want it to look like?" Marinette asked and took out a dress template. Scarlett grabbed her crayons and lied down on the floor with her.

"A big bow on the back and then, then a poofy skirty part!"

"How long do you want the skirt part to be?" Marinette giggled as she drew it.

"Uhm here!" Scarlett pointed to the middle of her calf.

"Okay, what color do you want it to be?"

"Uhm." Scarlett went over to Marinettes fabrics hung on the wall for Mr.Gargoyles appointment and pointed to the lilac purple. "That!"

"What about the ribbon?"

"Black! No white no black no."

"Why not a black ribbon and white lace on the ribbon and on the bottom of the skirt?" Marinette drew it and Scarlett nodded.

"Okay! Can you make it now?"

"Yeah just stand on the block and put your arms out." Marinette smiled and grabbed the fabric. She did the measurements on the fabric and smiled at Scarlett. "Now sweetie, this part will hurt if you move so try not to okay?"

"Okay mommy but can you put on music?"

"Sure what do you want to listen too?"

"Anything!" Scarlett smiled and Marinette laughed and put on Jazz. Scarlett giggled as Marinette put the fabric on her and pinned it together.

"Do you want to ribbon apart of the dress or do you want it to come off?"

Scarlett thought about it. "Come off." Marinette nodded and continued pinning the dress.

"Marinette, Mr.Gargoyle is here." Conner stood at the door.

"Send him in." Marinette smiled and Mr.Gargoyle walked in.

"Mrs.Agreste, what on earth are you doing?" He asked.

"I'm working on a dress for my daughter. You can talk while I work, I'm almost done pinning the parts together." Marinette smiled and so did Scarlett.

"Oh well, my daughters ballet recital is coming and her teacher wants half of the dresses to be blue, the rest red and then eight of them to be purple."

"You'll have to show me sketches of the dresses for me to do anything." Marinette said and stuck her tongue out as she worked and Scarlett giggled. "Hold still sweetie, I'm almost done." Scarlett held still and Marinette finished pinning. "Done. Now don't move, I'm going to take this off of you." Scarlett nodded and Marinette carefully slide the dress off of her and placed it on her desk. "You can move now sweetie."

"Yay!" Scarlett ran to her desk and colored and Mr.Gargoyle laughed.

"She has energy."

"Yeah she does." Marinette giggled. "Do you have sketches of how she would like the dresses?" He pulled out his phone and showed Marinette the sketches. "I'm sorry but dresses like these would be hard to make and in the amount of time I'm given would be even harder, even if I got help. I'm sorry but you'll have to ask someone else."

"I understand. Thank you for seeing me." He smiled and left and Mairnette smiled back.

"He was nice." Scarlett smiled.

"He was wasn't he." She turned to her daughter and smiled. "Let's go get this dress sown." Scarlett nodded and Marinette carefully put the dress on the machine. She sewed it up and soon it was done. She sewed on the lace and put lace on the ribbon and smiled at her daughter. "Let's try it on and see if it fits."

"Kk!" Scarlett smiled and Marinette put the dress on her after she finished underdressing. She put the ribbon on her and tied it, leaving a big bow on the back. Adrien leaned on the doorway and smiled.

"Go look in the mirror." Marinette smiled.

Scarlett ran to the mirror and smiled. She ran back to her mom and tackled her in a hug. "I love it!"

"I'm glad you do." Marinette smiled at her. "Wanna go to the park? My afternoon is free."

"Can we play tea party?"

"Sure." Marinette smiled. Scarlett grabbed her hand and they walked up to her room and they played tea party. Adrien and Conner followed them and smiled as Marinette played with her daughter. At two o'clock Scarlett yawned. "Someone needs a nap." Marinette picked her up and undid the ribbon and took off her shoes and put her in bed. She tucked in her daughter and smiled at her. "Sleep well sweetie."

Scarlett yawned and held her stuffed giraffe to her chest. "I love you Mommy."

"I love you too Scarlett." Marinette kissed her forehead and left the room and Adrien and Conner quickly left. Marinette walked to Emits room and smiled at him. "Hi Emit."

"Hi Mom." Emit smiled at her. "Wanna play Legos with me?"

"Sure." Marinette smiled and played with Emit. they changed games repeatedly but she didn't mind. An hour later Scarlett woke up and Marinette smiled at her. "Hey, do you two want to help me make cookies?"

"Yeah!" They smiled and the three went to the kitchen and started making cookies. Adrien watched them as they made them. Soon they came out of the oven and Marinette gave them each one.

"Now be careful, they're still hot." They nodded and carefully took a bite. Adrien walked in with Lucas in his arms and Marinette smiled at him. "Want a cookie?"

"Always." Adrien smiled and ate a cookie with his family, feeding a little to Lucas.
