Emit sighed as he looked at the bunny next to him. He missed Amber and wanted to hang out with her. They haven't seen each other in over a year and Emit was starting preschool today. He really missed her and couldn't forget her. Marinette walked into his room and he groaned as she picked him up.

"Come on Emit. You wouldn't want to miss your first day."

""I miss Amber." Emit mumbled and Marinette sighed as he held the bunny over her shoulder. He still remembered her and Julian.

"I know you do sweetie." She kissed his forehead and put him in his car seat. She drove him to the preschool with Adrien in the passenger seat. She pulled up to the small building and Emit held Annie to his chest while Adrien held his tiny backpack. They walked into the building and Emit immediately hid behind Marinettes leg.

The teacher walked up to them and he smiled. "Hi I'm Mr.Blanc." He smiled and Marinette giggled.

"Hi Ryan." Adrien hugged him.

"So, where's the little guy?" Marinette pointed down to Emit and he shied away more. Ryan bent down to him and he smiled. "Hi, I'm Mr.Blanc but you can call me Ryan."

"H-hi Ryan." Emit shied away more. He didn't want to be seen.

"He's shy, really shy." Adrien bent down to his son and smiled. "Emit, Ryan is a friend. You're safe with him, okay?"

"Okay Daddy." Emit looked at Ryan and gave him a small smile.

"Mommy and Daddy have to go now." Marinette kissed his forehead. Emits eyes started to water and he held her leg.

"Don't go!"

"We have to baby. Go make some friends." Marinette took his tiny arms off her leg and EMit turned into his fathers chest.

"Emit, we have to go."

"No!" Emit yelled and Ryan snickered.

"Emit, why don't you go play blocks?" Ryan pointed to a table with children playing blocked and Emit shook his head. "Trucks?" No. Ryan sighed and saw the bunny in his hands. "Wanna play house?"

"What's house?" Emit tilted his head and Adrien let him go.

"Emit, we're going to be back this afternoon to pick you up. We want you to make at least one friend, okay?"

"O-okay Mommy." Emit walked with Ryan to a playhouse by other girls and they all shrieking in horror.

"It's a boy!" They all yelled and ran to another corner of the room. Marinette sighed while Emit looked at his bunny. He sighed and moved the ribbons out of its face. "He's got cooties!" They all screamed and gagged while Emit moved to the corner of the room and sat down. He played with Annie and Marinette sighed.

She left with Adrien and they came back that afternoon to see him in the same corner. They walked to Ryan and he smiled. "Did Emit even try to make a friend?"

"No. Every time I asked him to join the other kids he refused to move." Adrien and Mairnette sighed and looked at their son. He walked over to them with his backpack on his back.

"Can we go now?" Emit hated school. The girls avoided him and the boys made fun of him and the girls would only talk to the boys who were mean to them and he knew that was wrong. "Please." He held Annie to his chest and Marinette nodded and took his hand. They walked out of the building and went home.

The next day Adrien dropped him off and once again he sat in the corner with Annie and his backpack. Ryan walked up to him and smiled. "Hi Emit. Why don't you talk to someone today."

"Okay." He looked down.

"Great now go talk to someone."

"I just did." He smirked and Ryan sighed. 'Obviously Adriens cockiness' Ryan thought and walked away. At recess Emit sat outside with the rest of the kids. He played with Annie and heard a small scream.

"Go away!" The little boy yelled and Emit recognized her face. He got up and ran over to her and stood in front of her, his chest pressed out and his arms spread wide.

"You go away!" Emit yelled at the boy growled and pushed Emit down, a rock cutting his cheek. He landed to the side of the girl and he grabbed Annie before the bunny could hit the ground.

"You play with dolls! Little girl!" All the boys chanted little girl and Emits eyes filled with tears. Ryan's started to walked over when Emit stood up and didn't cry. He helped the girl stand and looked at the boys.

"You bullies! Hurting nice people!" Emit yelled and Ryan chuckled a little. The boys started crying as their parents came outside.

They yelled at Emit and he didn't even flinch. Marinette walked in and gasped as she saw three mothers yelling at her son. "Well what do you have to say about yourself!" One yelled at him.

"I can see where your sons get their at-at-ati-attitudes from." Emit looked at Marinette and smiled. She gasped when she saw his clothes dirty and ripped. he stood up and hugged her leg and she rubbed his back.

"H-hi Emit. How was school?" She bent down to him.

"I pro-pro-protected." Emit smiled that he got the word without help.

"Protected what?"

Emit giggled. "Not a what. A who. I protected a girl from bullies."

"Is that why your clothes are messy?" Emit nodded and Marinette gasped at the cut on his cheek.

"Baby, you have to be more careful." The mothers walked up to her with their sons who were still crying.

"Is this your son?" One scoffed.

"Yes." Marinette stood up and looked at the mothers.

"Well he hurt our sons. Why did you teach him to act so cruelly." All of the mothers were at least in their late teens. Sixteen to twenty years old.

"I didn't. You act like your better then everyone else. What you see is what you learn." Marinette explained and they all rolled their eyes.

"Do you not see how messed up our sons clothes are!" One girl yelled and Marinette sighed. None of their clothes were ruined.

"Excuse me but none of your sons clothes are ruined while my sons clothes are down right ripped." She looked at the bunny and gasped. The arm was ripped and covered in dirt. "And you ruined his bunny."

The three mothers scoffed. "You let him play with girl toys? Your forcing him to be like you, how disgusting."

"I let him play with what he wants to play with." Marinette was done arguing and waiting for Adrien. He dropped her off while he went to go grab something. "I don't force him to do anything, unlike you."

"Excuse me! You will treat me with-" Emit cut her off.

"Miss."

"What?!" She yelled at him as Adrien came through the door.

"If you don't get what you want, fix it. Don't whine about it." Emit smiled and turned around to see Adrien. "Daddy!" He ran to Adrien and Adrien picked him up.

"What happened to you?"

"He protected a girl." Marinette smiled. "We should get home soon. Someone need a bath."

"Okay." Adrien kissed her cheek and kissed Emits dirty forehead. Marinette picked up his bag and they left, the three mothers gapping at them. The next day Emit went to school with a bandaid on his cheek. He sat in his corner and played with Annie, her arm fixed and looked like nothing happened.

The girl walked up to him, holding a teddy bear and smiled. "Hi Emit!"

He looked up and blinked before smiling and hugging her. "Hi Amber!"

She let go and sat across from him. "Thanks for helping me."

"Your welcome." He smiled and she smiled back. All day they played and soon Julian joined them. "Amber, this is Julian."

"I know silly. He's my cousin." Emit tilted his head. "Your parents had no brothers or sisters so you won't know." He nodded and they played for the rest of class until their parents came to get them. When Adrien and Marinette went to tuck Emit in he told them all about his day.

"Then, then, me and Julian hugged Amber goodbye and then we got here." Emit smiled and they smiled back.

"You seem like you had such a nice day." Marinette kissed his head and he soon fell asleep. They left the room and Marinette sighed as she looked into the empty baby room a few doors down from Emits room. she leaned against the doorway and sighed, messing with her hair.

Adrien hugged her waist and she sighed. "You know, we could always try again."

"W-We could?" Marinette looked into the room and imagine a little girl playing in it right now.

"Well yeah. It's been half a year Mari and the doctor said that you can still have kids, only if you want to that is." She turned to him and kissed his nose.

"Of course I do Minou." She wrapped her arms around his neck and and he laughed and held her waist. They walked into their bedroom and Adrien tried not to have Marinette moan so loudly.

Marinette hummed as she walked out if the kitchen and played with Emit in the living room. Adrien walked through the room and kissed his cheek. "Hey Adrien, I left something in the oven, can you get it?"

"Yeah sure." Adrien walked into the kitchen and opened the oven. "There's just a bun in the oven." He gasped and ran to her and swung her around. Emit giggled as Adrien kissed her senseless.

"Adrien not around Emit." Marinette giggled while he kissed her one last time and hugged her tight.

"I'm going to have another child."

"I'm having a brother?" Emit asked.

"Or sister."

"Yay! I'll be a brother!" Emit smiled and Marinette laughed. Emit blinked then tilted his head to the side. "How are babies made?"

The adults gulped and nervously laughed. "Well uhm uh." Adrien nervously laughed and thus began the 'babies came from storks' lie.

Marinette dropped the plastic cups in her hands and Adrien ran to her. "Marinette! What's wrong?"

"M-my water just broke." Marinette yelled and took deep breaths and Adrien ran to her and she gripped his hand.

"W-what do I do?"

"Take me to the hospital you stupid cat!" She yelled and he quickly grabbed their overnight bag, put Emit in the backseat and rushed off to the hospital. Marinette was rushed into a delivery room and Emit sat in a waiting room with Alya, Nino and the rest. Hours later they heard crying and coming from the room and Adrien walked out with a giant grin on his face.
