Alex's PoV

We got dragged to the offices yet again. 

"I don't want to partake in anything mom!!" I complain

"Alex..it's up to other people to decide who is involved." my mom replies turning to her computer.

Dad was doing whatever, so I just walked outside to the back and sat on the concrete floor. There was a gentle wind and I just laid down a small sigh escaped my lips. It still really baffles me from the day at the adoption center to now.  I quickly flinched and shot up when a water balloon hit me in the face.

"HEY!!!!" I yell

"Run!" a female voice yells

I turn around and see my group of friends sprint away.

"Get back here nerds!!" I jumped up and chased them

They soon hid and I grabbed a water gun and quickly sprayed the person who moved.

"Nooo!! I've been shot!" A Ryan joked and falling over dramatically

Everyone else was laughing so I took that as an opportunity and got everyone else but not  my boyfriend. He just ran over to me and tackled me into a hug.

"THE SHIP IS IS STRONGG!!!" Lucina and Amanda scream

The two of us laughed and hugged. After a while all the adults walked out carrying pizza boxes.

"Food!!" we screamed

"We bought enough for everyone." Wy says

"Kimi is currently carrying three tables out as well." Lasercorn placed the bags of soda down for now

"Dad? Why didn't you help mom?" Emilo questions

"Eh...."  Joven replied

"Here are the tables nerds." Kimi placed them all down

We were eating pizza while the adults were setting up what looked like a slip and slide. Thank god there was some grass surround the concrete. 

"Are we having a mini party..since you guys are bored?" I ask

"Yeah..." they all replied in unison

"Well we get food and can have some fun." Nataly says

I just nod and decided to help with the slip and side. The rest of the day was pretty fun and messy for the slip and slide was covered in oil, whip cream, and chocolate sauce.

Ryan's PoV

It was later at night and I was up in my room that finally has a new door and I opened my window and jumped to the tree in the backyard. and sat there. I was texting a friend and listening to some music when I heard my mom yell to get my ass back inside the house.

"FIINNEEEEEE" I yell back and climbed back into my bedroom

I closed my window and climbed up to my bed which was over my desk and pulled out my lap top from the secret compartment dad installed and was playing on that for a little while before passing out and sleeping in well a bad position.
