I stopped at my house, opening the door and stepping inside, holding the wolf as I did. She was slumped against my chest, blood seeping from her shoulder. Her arms were still tied behind her back, and she had a large gash on the back of her head. Her jaw was at an odd angle. Zero really did a number on her, I better try to stop the bleeding.

As it was, the blood had almost turned her whole arm red. Laying her on the floor, I rushed around to get what was needed and set to work on her arm. As I dressed the wound she flinched and twitched, trying to pull away.

"Shh, it's okay." I say softly, trying to calm her down a little. Guess the whole beating Zero thing was out.

She whimpered as she moved, her arms still under her. Oh right. I untie her, setting her arms by her sides. She seemed to finally relax. Now time to call Shadow, he can help me with this.

A little later~~

The wolf started to slowly wake up...

"So you want me to question her?" Shadow was standing next to Sonic.

"Yeah, think you can get something out Of her?"

"I can try." He nodded.

"Great!" I clap my hands.

A growl came from behind us.

I spun around, "Hm?"

The female was sitting up, her arms... Healed?

"How are you....?"

She glared at me, "Where am I?!" Her jaw was also back to normal.

"You're healed?" I asked, dumbfounded.

"No shit." She spat, rubbing her jaw, "I always heal from a fight."

"That's amazing! Can you heal others?"

"What's it to you?"

"If you can that would be a big help."

"I'm not helping you." She glanced at Shadow, "Who is that?"

"That's none of your business." The dark hedgehog crossed his arms.

"Since you won't tell us who you are, we don't have to tell you who we are"

"Screw you." She stood, looking around. I ran over, quickly tying up her hands behind her again. She turned, kicking her leg at me. Yelping in surprise, I fall to one knee. Her foot had collided with the side of my head. This sent me across the ground.

"Ow!" I hold my head. I looked up to see her run at me, before being tackled to the ground by Shadow. I got to my feet. The hedgehog forced the wolf's head into the ground, gun at her back, "Stay down."

"Thanks Shadow." I sighed

"No problem." He huffed.

The wolf squirmed under him, "Get off me you freak!"

"Will you please talk to us?"

"Why should I?"

"We need to know why you attacked our friends." I said, hoping to get through to her.

"They're the ones that walked on my land!" She struggled more.

"Your land?"

"Yeah!"

"Mind explaining?"

"Simple, my home is there. Last time someone walked on that land everyone died. I'm not letting it happen again."

"That so...?" So that's why, I guess that makes since."

"Yeah, now you can let me go, and we never have to see each other again." She pushed Shadow off her, sitting up.

"Well... You said you were the last of your kind, correct?"

"You are NOT saving my species."

"Relax, that's not what I was getting at." I put up my hands, "I was thinking, maybe you could stay in the house? Not this one but the other one we took you to. Our goal with that place it to make it a home for those who need or want one."

"Well I don't want, or need one." She stood, "Now take me back, I have no clue where I am."

"You're at my house... Are you sure?"

"I have no clue."

"At least tell us your name..." I sigh.

She was quiet for a while, "Haven..."

"Haven... Alright, if you're sure you don't want to stay, I'll take you home."

"Thank you."

I picked her up, "Let's go!" With that I bolt out of my house back to the forest.

"Hey!" She yelled.

"Hold on!"

She grumbled, "I'm not a princess, I can run myself."

"I know, but if you want to get home fast, you'll live with this." Just as I finish speaking, I was stopping where Silver and I met Haven, setting said wolf down.

She dusted herself off, "Great, now you can leave." She huffed.

"Alright alright, I'll let everyone know to stay away from this area... But if you ever change your mind, you will have a place at the building."

"Right." She turned away, "Well, see yah.." The wolf ran off.
