Manga has a secret

Hey guys! Manga here. So, I will put some things in here that have actually happened to me in school, and I'll tell you the parts that happend by putting an Author's Note next to it. So enjoy the story and: Three Day Weekend!!!

"Buenos dias los estudiantes!" Anko came into the room smiling from ear to ear.

"Buenos dias," everyone muttered. She took role call and I sighed, looking at my workbook. So far we had already had homework and it was only the second day.

"Today we will be studying the forms of tengo, hacer, and poder," Anko announced, grinning at us.

She turned on a smart board and a video came up. She tried to play it, but it wouldn't work. She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion as she checked it out and a lot of whispering started to work it's way around the classroom. I zoned out for a little bit because I was bored, I also had a lot on my mind since I found out.....something....and I couldn't focus on my classes that easily anymore.

"-I'm going to burn in fire," Anko joked. I pressed my hand over my mouth, trying not to smile. It would just be rude and every time I thought I had a rude comment or a sarcastic comment towards a teacher, I would cover my mouth. Anko noticed me and smiled.

"I see you trying not to smile over there Manga. God can still see you, I bet he's like "What are you doing Manga, I can see you.You can't hide from me," Anko joked and the whole class laughed. I laughed along with them, my face turning red from embarrassment. I lowered my head and shielded my face with my hand.

"She's trying to hide," Anko laughed, walking over to me. She stood a few feet away and laughed a little more, "I can still see you Manga!" Anko laughed and I felt my face heat up even more.

"I don't know why I pick on her so much," Anko laughed and I nodded.

"I don't know why either," I said. Everyone slowly stopped laughing and we returned to the lesson. I had finally stopped blushing so I was happy. Mrs. Anko was really funny.

(A/N: So yeah, that actually happened today in class. I left out a lot of details because my memory is short like that. But yeah, my (Spanish 2) teacher is pretty funny and says he's going to make me come out of my shell by springtime....I happen to like it in my shell. He can stay serious for about a minute before he becomes funny again. He's awesome xD)

We all watched the video and laughed at some parts. I felt my mind drifting off again and I frowned. That was the fifth time today it had done that, I really hate it when I get distracted, I feel as if I'm just wasting everyone's time in doing so. When the video finished I looked up at the clock to see we only had three minutes until lunch time.

"Okay guys, the homework is on the board," Anko turned the smart board back to normal and we copied the assignment down. It was assignment 1-A and 1-B. What fun, we also had to translate. I looked at the first sentence and sighed.

1. Martin/ hacer la tarea.

Great, I had to form a sentence with this...

1. Martin/ do his homework: Martin tiene que hacer la tarea (Martin has that to do the homework).

The bell rang and everyone fled from the room, talking in groups. I watched everyone leave in such a rush and I sighed. I'm really different from these people. I packed up and said good bye to Mrs. Anko, stopping at my locker. Karin was once again there, but oddly her followers weren't with her.

"Karin," I nodded in greeting. She narrowed her eyes at me.

"Anxiety nerd. We need to have a talk," Karin sneered. I sighed. This was not my day.

"Sure Karin. Insult me, whine to me, I don't care. As long as I can get my books I'm fine," I shrugged, opening my locker and getting the correct books that I would need for the rest of the day.

"Lay off of Sasuke-kun. While you're at it, tell Lucy to not audition for the talent show and tell Sam to stop dating Itachi because she doesn't deserve him," Karin slammed my locker shut before I had the chance to do so. I looked at her. Her face was really starting to tick me off.

"Okay Karin, first of all: Sasuke is all yours. I don't want him. Second of all: Lay off of my friends. They're great people and you even speaking their names is a sin because you are the devil himself...I would like to say in girl form, but sadly girls are supposed to be sweet and there's not one nice bone in your body," I stated in a bored tone.

"You little b****! I don't know why people think you're so nice," Karin hissed. I shrugged.

"I don't know either. Can I go now? It's lunch time and I'm hungry," I pulled up the sleeve to my jacket to look at my watch.

"What's that?" Karin asked, pointing to my wrist.

"It's my watch," I rolled my eyes and she glared at me.

"No idiot, this," she flipped my wrist over and there were three long lines on it. Two of them were slowly fading while the third one was newer.

(A/N:......I'm not gonna lie, my friends actually found out this way too. They were mad at me and made me go to counseling...it was embarrassing and sweet of them at the same time.)

"T-that's nothing!" I stammered, yanking my wrist away and pulling the sleeve down again. She widened her eyes before narrowing them again and smiling.

"So the nerd cuts herself? I guess little miss smarta** isn't so smart," Karin mocked.

"I don't cut myself! I...it's not cutting if there's no blood," I protested.

"Whatever nerd, just stay out of my way. You and your friends actually, if you guys know what's good for you," Karin hissed, beginning to walk away.

"Shut up. I may be a Christian and I may be nice, but that doesn't mean I'm a pushover. I'm smarter than I look. I can see through you too Karin, you're scared of Lucy and Sam because they're better than you. Lucy is more talented than you'll ever be and Sam is stronger than you'll ever be. You're so scared of them that you try picking on us because it helps you feel better. That's pathetic," I stated.

"....I know about your little secret. If you don't want me telling the whole school about it, than I'd advise that you'd shut up. Oh, and I'm not talking about you cutting yourself," Karin smirked at me before walking away again.

"The little-" I muttered, getting interrupted halfway through.

"Hey Manga," Sam tapped my shoulder from behind and I spun around and smiled at her.

"Hiya," I greeted.

"Lucy is meeting us in the lunchroom, so let's go," Sam started to walk, but then turned around to look at me.

"What?" I muttered.

".....You're still thinking about...you know?" Sam asked and I nodded.

"Yeah....I just don't even want to talk about it right now. Two people already know about it, and that's how I want it to stay," I sighed.

"Right. Well let's go," Sam then dragged me to the cafeteria and I smiled. My friends always knew how to cheer me up.

*Lunch room*

"Hey Manga, un!" Deidara waved at me and I smiled. It was awkward being around Deidara because Lucy used to date him and he cheated on her. But he was still a member and I didn't like being rude to people, so...

"Hello Manga. Are your classes better?" Kakuzu asked from counting his money.

"Yeah," I nodded.

"What classes are you taking anyways?" Lucy asked.

"English, Business/Personal Law (this semester), Algebra 2, Chemistry, Spanish 2, Geography, Drama, and Accounting," I named them off one by one, using my fingers as I listed them.

"Accounting? Great choice, you're never too young to know about how to deal with money," Kakuzu patted me on the head and I twitched a little. I was not a dog.

"Thanks Kakuzu," I smiled.

"Hey Itachi, I'm stealing your dango," Sam took one of Itachi's dangos and Itachi just stared at her, before shrugging it off. I swear to gosh if it was anyone besides Sam doing that then they would be dead.

"Hey Lucy, thanks for signing me up to participate. Even though I don't like standing in front of people," I smiled at her and she laughed nervously.

"You're welcome," Lucy smiled.

"At least it's not a musical," Sam pointed out.

"Well....." Lucy trailed off, eating a little of her lunch and I slammed my head onto the table.

"Lucy....you and I both know my singing is horrible," I sighed.

"I like your singing," Lucy defended and I lifted my face to stare at her.

"You like the sound of a dying cat?" I asked.

"Hahaha.....I mean, stop insulting yourself. Bad Manga," Sam shook her head  at me.

"Whatever, I don't see why I couldn't stay in the background. You and Lucy are really talented, especially you Lucy, and Sam, you're brave enough to stand in front of people and do this, but I'm not so," I sighed.

"You can't stay in the background your whole life though," Lucy frowned.

"One day you can be as awesome as us," Sam joked and I laughed a little.

"Sure....anyways, I'll be right back, I'm going to actually get food this time," I muttered, standing up and going into the lunch line.

I wonder what will happen next....most likely Sam will kill someone.
