My eyes were still widened in shock as coach Macintosh continued to explain even more details about his intention about me and Applejack.

Still not knowing what to say nor respond, I just stayed stayed silent while I slowly place all the events and speeches together in my mind, making it clear for me to fully understand it.

It was clear that Coach McIntosh's voice started to get in a worried tone as soon he saw tears flow down my cheeks.

But even though he kept cheering me up with that positive attitude of his, nothing stopped me from making newly formed tears in both my eyes.

I can't believe it, the only reason why me and the cowgirl met was because of my old coach. He didn't even know that all of my problems relate to her.

Heck, he doesn't even know that im lesbian for her sister! But after he finished explaining everything, I realized he did have a point.

It was true that Applejack is still a complete jackass from the first the day with met till today, but we're both lacking.

With her miserable yet flawless tosses and my quick speed.. We created a weapon that only CHS could ever had, and that weapon is the one we called-

Rd: "The freak duo.."

Bm: "W-what?" He asked, confused.

Rd: "Our freak duo.. Where is Applejack? I need to talk to her!" I yelled back before standing up.

Bm: "Woah hold on kid!" coach Macintosh started, making me seat back down in the bed afterwards. "Calm down, what's wrong?"

Rd: "W-where's your sister, coach? Where's Applejack?!"

Bm: "I think she's downstairs with someone but calm down! Tell me what's wrong.."

After Coach sat down beside me, I lastly let out a weak sigh while wiping my tears away with both my hands, looking back on the floor after.

Bm: A lot of things changed since you left Saint's academy, Dash.. Its true that you've improved when we had that practice match but something's odd.. Its like you lost your passion for the sport."

Rd: "A lot of things did changed coach, its because of your goddamn sister."

Bm: 'W-why? What did Applejack do to you?"

Rd: "Well believe it or not, we used to hate each other's asses at first." I chuckled, wiping my tears again. " but when I first connected her toss, I felt something that made me.."

Bm: "W-what?! That son of a bi- I mean.. 'That made you'?"

Rd: "Feel good and excited, her tosses were perfect and I feel like- Its kinda hard to explain coach."

Bm: "True, but what did Aj do to you?"

Rd: 'Heh, that jackass used to beat me up, insult me, and even yeet me out in the ocean but I got used to her when we got.. " I started after looking up to face Coach's eyes. "We got some kind of connection towards each other.."

Bm: "Connection? Like a friend thing right?"

Rd: "Y-yeah.. As friends."

Bm: "Continue."

Rd: "Right.. As time passes, I slowly for this weird feeling for her but I think it just made our friendship worse. Plus me and my team's drama, not to mention family problems!"

Bm: "R-rainbow.. I-"

Rd: "I don't know what the hell is going on anymore coach.. The only reason I ran over here was to was to make things better with Applejack.. But I instead got to talk with my old coach."

Bm: "Hm, I supposed you did something stupid to make my sister be this pissed, as usual Dash."

Rd: "Heh.. You know me well Coach, remember how I used to piss the sh*t out of of Hilda back at 4th grade?"

Bm: "I do and your too young to curse this much."

Rd: "Hell yeah. " i  nervously chuckled.

Suddenly, I felt Coach Macintosh placed his hand on my shoulder again, letting out another disappointing sigh.

Bm: "Kid, whatever my sister did to you.. Im sorry, she hasn't been the same till the incident last year."

Rd: "What do you mean?"

Bm: "Do you notice that she always wears a cowboy hat then takes it off before playing in her match?"

Rd: "Yeah, that stupid hat of hers. She even sleeps with that thing on."

Bm: "Well you see, that stupid hat of hers was own by our father before he got into an accident when we were kids.. And that item is the only one found at our parents scene.."

Rd: "I-im.. So sorry to hear that."

Bm: "Its okay kid.. But you know, our parents fought in the name of Equestria in the volleyball league back at their day."

Rd: "Equestria? That's so awesome!"

Bm: "Eeyup, now that our parents died, me and my sister vowed to make this sport our life.. But Applejack, yeah, she's one special gal."

Rd: "Eh? Yeah she's special alright.."

Bm: "No, what I meant was.. She was passionate about this sport from the very beginning, just like you."

Rd: "But she doesn't shows it at all! She only makes ou- I mean disturbs me from my practices!"

Bm: "She always does that to her love ones, but Im pretty sure you were about to say 'make out'." He replied, arching an eyebrow at me.

Rd: "Making out? Pfff- nah why would I say that?" I nervously denied as a weak smile finally form in my face.

Bm: "Anyways, Im sorry about how Applejack behaves, Dash. She just needs someone to understand and take care of her, and that's you."

Rd: "W-what?"

Bm: "Think about it, you didnt have any setters back at Saint's Academy aside from Fluttershy. And Applejack didn't have any ridiculously fast spikers to connect her attacks. But if you two combined, you two can be unstoppable."

Rd: "But why recommend me in CHS in the first place? Its known for its fallen heroes in its girl's volleyball club but its just a hell hole filled with drama!"

Bm: "Well its the school that Applejack enrolled in and its obvious that Hilda and the rest of our team in Saint's are.. Well you know.."

Rd: "Weak? HA! take that Hilda you f*cki-"

I was cut off when I saw Big Macintosh giving me another one of her scary looks, causing me to shut my mouth in a hurry.

Bm: "As I was saying, you have potential kid. And Im proud to have train the next Ace of CHS and soon to be the Ace of Equestria."

Rd: "C-coach.." I mumbled, pulling him into a quick hug afterwards. "Thank you sir.. Thank you!"

Bm: "No problem Dash, feel better now? Stop crying alright?"

I just nodded my head in agreement as I quickly wiped the dried out tears in my face.

But something's still bothering me..

Rd: "Wait, coach." I added after he stood up from the bed.

Bm: "Yeah?"

Rd: "Are you really fine that you gave your greatest weapon, aka me to another team? I mean.. I shouldn't have left Saints Academy."

Bm: "No need to worry Dash, your future means a lot to me because I know you'll fight for our land one day. You have potential kid, Remember that."

Rd: "I will, thanks for believing in me coach.."

Bm: "Of course." He started before walking up to the door, pushing it wide open afterwards. "Well, I don't wanna hold you back from talking to Applejack."

Rd: "Where is she?"

Bm: "Probably downstairs, you better check on her, I think she has a guest."

Rd: "that's probably me." I replied with a smile.

I then quickly made my way out of the room, but something in me made me stopped walking halfway outside the door as the irresistible grin went up my face.

Rd: "Hey coach." I said, still looking to the hallways.

Bm: "What is it this time?"

Rd: "Im gonna- actually, me and my team with kick your team's asses at Nationals.."

Bm: "Hm, we'll see about that. See you at Nationals, Dash." He chuckled.

And just like that, I immediately ran downstairs, leaving my coach in a amused yet amazed expression written in his face.

Because of my mentor, Im slowly starting to regain my passion. Its all because of the people of supported and believed me throughout my journey.

Rarity, Coach Macintosh, my mother, heck, even my stupid sister. They all made me the strong woman I am today.. Especially Applejack.

And I know I can't just give up now! I still need to fix things up with Applejack to get that problem out of my never ending list.

What took Applejack so long anyways? She just went down to dry my shirt then didn't come back after, and what's up with the 'guest' Coach mentioned? He didn't even know that I was in her sister's room until now.

Aside from my dirty footprints that leads up to the stairs, I noticed another pair leading into the kitchen.

Maybe its Applejack's, so I just shrugged and followed it, bringing this amazing feeling in my chest which honestly brings me back to life.

Heh, who knew Coach is the true reason why I met Applejack. He's even the reason that I met and fell for her hot sister.

But something's odd.. Those footprints on the floor were smaller compared to Applejack's, making me stare at them in confusion.

Without any hesitation, I slowly placed my hand on the doorknob in front of me, twisting it open to peek inside the room.

But what I saw inside, truly shocked me as my heart felt like it broke into a million pieces, again. My eyes just widened, still watching them doing it.

And just as I thought I had my determination back again after me and Coach Macintosh's conversation, it felt like it drained back to zero.

Rd: "C-countess.." I muttered, making the two stop kissing and look back at me, shocked and blushing.

Cc: "Rainbow? What are yo-" She was suddenly interrupted when Applejack immediately pushed her back before running up to me.

Aj: "Rainbow!" She gasped, closing the room's door where Coloratura was left inside.

Rd: "Heh, I thought you were just gonna dry my shirt?" I asked with a forced broken smile as tears slowly form in my eyes.

Aj: "D-dumbass.. I told you to stay in my room."

Rd: "Yeah but your brother luckily comforted me before you can.. Thanks." I growled back before turning around to walk back to the front foor.

But as soon I made it halfway, I felt the cowgirl pull me back and look into my eyes. Seeing her emerald eyes, really just breaks my heart at the moment..

Aj: "Rainbow come on I-"

Rd: "Hey, no need to get worried okay?" I started while tears freely flow down my cheeks. "Were not a couple anymore, right? You can do whatever you want."

Aj: "But what are you doing here in the first place?!"

Rd: "Wow.. I just came here, running under a freaking storm and almost got ran over by a car beforehand. Just to say Im sorry, to apologized to you!"

Aj: "For what? For believing Flutterass's lies instead of me?"

Rd: "Yes! Im so f*cking sorry!"

Aj: "I.. No need to cry that much come on.." She replied in a sudden worried tone.

Rd: "I was fool for believing her, Applejack! She told me everything, she only wanted to take advantage of me now that we aren't together!"

Aj: "S-she what?!"

Rd: "Dont act like you care dumbass.. I regretted breaking up with you, I miss your goddamn voice, your insults, your warmth and even your pleasure!"

Aj: 'Keep your voice down goddammit.. "

Rd: "But no, you clearly gotten over me and decided to bang Coloratura instead." I replied before continued walking to the door. "Take care of her for me okay? At least I got to say sorry at you.."

Aj: "So what? Do you think I'll forgive you and make you mine again?!"

Rd: "No, I don't expect for you to take me back. I just want you to forgive me and start back as friends.. But that will never happen, will it?"

After I finally opened the front door, I felt her hand pull me back to make me face her again.

Rd: "What the hell do you want this time?"

Aj: "Rainbow.. Please listen to me."

Rd: "No need, have fun having sex with your new gi-!!!" I was cut off when-

When I felt her smash her lips against mine, making my cheeks to turn into a new shade of red like last time.

Feeling this sensation again, makes me remember the fun times we had during practices. It might be a pardon whenever she pulls me out of practice just to make out with me.

And it honestly feels so good doing it with her.. It makes me forget about my problems.

But why strike now, Applejack? Why kiss me now if you already have another lover?!

After she pulled away with the kiss, a painful feeling struck my heart when I looked up into her eyes, only to see her crying..

Aj: "I stil love you dumbass.. But Im not gonna be over our break up that easily!"
