"Hey.. Dumbass.."

A weak broken smile slowly formed in my face as I watched the idiot's eyes widened in shock as soon she saw me, wet from the rain, crying and all messed up.

Seeing her face after a long time actually made my heart beat back in happiness again even after I stupidly broke up with her which I regret.

I missed her, I missed spending my time with her.. And here I am, wanting her back because I made a stupid decision of breaking up with her!

Her emerald eyes, they were not angered like before, instead they were just plain shocked..

I know she still haven't got over our break up and its probably a weak move for me to go run under the rain just to talk to her.

But I dont care, I may look weak and desperate in front of her right now but I will never let her go.. Not anymore!

Heck, they can hurt, insult or kill me anytime.. But I will not stop until I get Applejack to say 'were okay!'

The cowgirl still stayed silent, still not knowing what to do nor unable to speak properly. It seems like she still has her jersey on, I guess she just got home from practice.

Suddenly without any hesitation, Applejack immediately took off her jersey and pulled me closer to her, causing me to let out a gasp. Luckily she had another shirt underneath so I won't have to see her body..

Aj: "R-rainbow!" She gasped, wiping my face with her jersey. "What the hell? Why are you here? Are you okay?!"

Now that tears began to form in my face, she quickly cupped my cheeks and continued to wipe my arms.

Aj: "I-idiot.. Answer me!"

Instead of answering her, I can't help myself from giving her a tight hug, making her shirt wet from mine.

Aj: "Woah! R-rainb-"

Rd: "Im so sorry Applejack! Im so f*cking sorry!" I interrupted as tears freely flow down on my cheeks.

Aj: "D-dumba-"

Rd: "Please forgive me! I was an idiot for leaving you Applejack, Im an idiot for loving you.. Just please take me back!"

After Aj pulled away from the hug, she placed her jersey on my shoulder and looked away from my eyes, causing a heavy feeling hit my heart.

It was clear she wasn't happy to see me, she was angered but also sad now that apologized to her.

Im not expecting her to take me back as her lover, no. I just wanted us to be the same old rivaled friends that used to play volleyball all the time.

So I just waited for her response while holding a part of my shirt with both my hands. Suddenly, she let out a weak sigh before placing her hand on my shoulder.

Aj: "Go up to my room, let's talk.."

I slowly nodded my head in agreement, bowing my head afterwards to avoid letting her see my face afterwards.

Applejack on the other hand held my arm and leaded me up to her room, ignoring the fact that I was making a mess from my wet clothes.

It's embarrassing for me to see me like this, especially from the fact that she seen me for days because I left the club.

As soon we entered her room, she immediately ran up to her closet and grabbed one of her dry clothes, looking at me in slight disgust after.

Aj: "Here." She started, throwing me her shirt. "Change your shirt.."

Rd: "But.."

Aj: "But what?"

Rd: "Where's the bathroom..?" I managed to choke out.

Aj: 'The only one is being used right now, just do it here.."

Rd: "Then we'll talk?"

Aj: "Yeah.. Just change before you catch a cold dumbass!"

When the cowgirl turned around to face the wall, I lastly wiped my tears away before lifting up my shirt, placing it on a chair when finished.

As the thunderstorms outside overlaps my crying sobs, Applejack slowly turned around to check if I was done, still making that worried face of hers.

Rd: "D-done.." I muttered after I wore her incredibly huge shirt which reached down to my hips.

Aj: "Give me your shirt, I'll dry it for you.." She replied while walking up to me.

Rd: "Y-you dont have to- AH!" I gasped when she pushed me away to grab the shirt behind me. "Appleja-"

The blonde girl just ignored me as she grabbed a plastic on one of her drawers, placing my wet shirt inside after.

Aj: "What the hell were you thinking Dash? Running under the rain even there's a freaking storm today."

Rd: "I-I just wanted to talk to you.."

Aj: "I.. Just stay here." She growled while walking out of the room. "Im just gonna dry this.."

But when I realized something before left, this heavy feeling in my chest got even worse, seeing her eyes tearing up with slight anger.

After she left me alone in the room, even more tears began to form in my eyes as I held her Jersey, placing it on my face to cover my mouth.

Rd: "What have I done? What have I done?!" I asked myself repeatedly.

Just holding her jersey makes me remember the warmth of her skin every time we have our time, the safety that I love when I rest in her arms.. All of those memories, can't be faded nor erase in both my mind and heart.

And now I can no longer feel her comfort anymore. Heck, she might reject me and kick me out of her house afterwards.

But something's bothering me, why did she even let me in her house in the first place? If she truly hates me I know she will just slam the door shut in front of me to leave me back in the rain..

All of this happened because of Fluttershy's lies to make me break up with the person I love the most till this day, but I freaking believed her and yet she took advantage of me.

When I heard the door creaked open, all of my thoughts suddenly vanished after I looked up to the door, only to see a man wearing a red saint's uniform.

My eyes then widened at the man before covering my face with Aj's jerseys, causing him to let out a weak chuckle.

Rd: "C-coach Macintosh!" I gasped, backing away from him.

Bm: "Heh, I thought I heard a familiar voice some where. Howdy Rainbow, what are you doing here?"

Rd: "I.. I just need to tak to your sister."

Bm: "But your wearing her favorite shirt.."

Rd: "W-what? No, no she just borrowed me it because mine got wet in the rain!"

Bm: "And I guess you two are gonna talk about your volleyball plans eh?" He started, closing the door behind him. "How are you kid?"

Rd: "N-not this time.. But Im fine, I guess." I replied after looking back to the floor.

Bm: "Hm? What do you mean, you're in my sister's team right?" He asked before seating down on Applejack's bed.

Rd: "Not anymore.. I left the club."

As soon Coach Macintosh heard that, his eyes immediately went wide as he faced me with a shocked look.

Bm: "W-what?!"

Rd: "Yeah, its not that shocking coac-"

Bm: "What do you mean its not shocking?! Why in tarnation will you do such a think kid?!"

Rd: "Its personal coach.. Its just, there's too many drama happening and yeah.."

Bm: "Drama, Between you and your team? How, I mean your probably their best player out there!"

Rd: "Y-yeah but not anymore.. I cant deal with this crap anymore sir, especially your sister." I replied in a weak voice while seating down next to him.

We just stayed silent for a few seconds, not knowing what to say or do next. But it wasnt long when I finally spoke up, causing him to look back at me.

Rd: "Coach.."

Bm: "Yeah?"

Rd: "Why did you recommend me this hell hole of a school in the first place? Why didnt you tell me that it will be filled with some goddamn drama?!"

He just sighed as he slowly stood up from the bed and knelt down in front of me to match my height, looking into my eyes afterwards.

Bm: "I thought you will never ask about this.' He chuckled, placing a hand on my shoulder. " Rainbow, kid.. Listen to me. "

"When I was watching my little sister's matches last year, I noticed something odd about her. Of course she was unusually gifted for a junior high student, and yet, her records ain't that good."

Rd: "Pff- tell me about it."

"Shh! Let me finish. The way she's going, she'll continue repeating that till she makes her way to the top of the setters leaderboard all over Equestria. But with that attitude of hers, she can hold back any team she's in from losing. But my perspective changed when I got to train you."

Rd: "M-me? Why?"

"You, Rainbow Dash, have skills and fast reflexes. You can chase any ball that was tossed in your way. But back at our tournament last year, you didnt have any setters to give you perfect tosses aside from Fluttershy. And Applejack needs a spiker with incredible speed for her toss.."

Rd: "What do you mean by all of this coach? Your not making any sense!"

"Heh, you and my sister.. Are lacking, Rainbow. But when together? You two can put Canterlot High back on the map.."

After all of that, tears began to form in my eyes as I soon realized the true meaning of it..

Shocked and yet surprised, I finally looked back into my ex- coach's eyes to face him.

Rd: "So.. You recommended me this school.. Just for me work with Applejack?!"

All this time, Coach McIntosh planned it all..

But he didnt know that his intentions made me fall in love with her sister..
