"Danm.. Here we go~" I told myself while waiting for the other team to serve the ball.

As turned around and saw my team, they were giving up because if Crystal prep score this shot, its all over. The captain is supposed to be the one who cheers up the team but.. I feel like its no use.

But I wasn't giving up so easily. I watched the ball being thrown in the air and slamming it towards to derpy hooves, our libero.

She unexpectedly received it and passed it to Fluttershy. I took a few steps back while I waited for Flutters to set it to me, but my eyes widened when she toss the ball to Gilda on the other side.

As soon Gilda spiked the ball mid- air, Crystal prep's number 1 and 4 blocked it causing it to bounce back to our base.

But before the ball can hit the floor, our libero quickly received it as the ball flew back to the air.

Rd: "Nice touch!" I yelled in excitement before receiving the ball but it accidentally flew to the other team's base causing the ball to be tossed to their setter, the cowgirl.

Rd: "Block it!" I yelled to Fluttershy as soon I saw Crystal prep's wing spiker jumped and aimed at the ball.

Rd: "1 .. 2.. Go!" I yelled, perfecting my timing and hitting the ball back to their base.

G: "Nice block!"

Crystal prep then received the ball and giving it back to the cowgirl for her to set.

Cp #4: " Trixie!" The cowgirl yelled before tossing the ball to her teammate on her right.

Cp#2: "Got it!" She yelled back, taking a few steps back and running towards the ball, jumping at the end to hit the ball but..

She dint hit it..

The ball hit the outside of the court because the cowgirl tossed the ball to high and the girl named Trixie couldn't hit it.

"Yeah!" My team screamed in joy. I looked back at the other team and saw the cowgirl screaming at her team.

Rd: "Whats going on there?" I asked Fluttershy, she shrugged her shoulders and walked a little bit closer to the net so we can listen to their setter yelling.

"What the hell is wrong with you? I know my tosses are good! How can you guys not connect it?" She yelled in anger but her team looks seems like ignoring her.

Until their captain walked up to her and faced her with a threatening look.

"Even though your tosses are good, no one can connect or hit it because you lack team cooperation.. If you don't get your act up today I'll send you to the bench." Their captain told her which made the cowgirl pissed as heck.

Cp #4:"Why switch me if we only need 1 more point?! The other team's captain is gonna wreck you jerks if you remove me from the game!"

My eyes widened as soon I heard the cowgirl taking about me, I nervously looked at the cowgirl but our eyes met for seconds..

Her eyes was clearly filled with anger towards me and her team. I immediately looked away when I noticed.

Suddenly the whistle blew, we all turned our attention to the referee. He was doing this 'T' signal in his hand.

Rd: "They called a timeout?" I asked confused. Fluttershy nodded yes to my questions and pointed to the Crystal Prep returning to their coach to drink water.

"Regroup team!" Coach McIntosh yelled in the back. We all ran towards him and drank water to refresh ourselves.

Coach: "Listen, its their last point. If they scored one more point then its all over. Its clear that we cant catch up but.. I believed in all of you." He explained with a smile.

All of my team cheered in joy while I just stood there, holding the anger inside me. But I cant help myself from looking at the cowgirl from Crystal prep, she looks kinda cute when she gets all angry at her team.. Anyways, she was standing there silent while his teammates complained about her toxic behavior.

"What is this strange feeling?" I asked myself.

When the referee blew the whistle, we all ran back to our positions and ready our stance.

Berry punch then went to the back and bounced the ball on the floor. As soon the whistle blew, she did a underhand serve which flew to their captain.

G: "Nice serve!" Gilda yelled, waiting for Crystal prep to attack.

The other team's captain then receives the ball and passing it back to the setter.

Cp's #1: " Go for it Applejack!" She told the cowgirl..

Applejack.. So thats her name.. When she tossed the ball to the girl named Trixie, she spiked it towards our libero.

Rd: "Derpy cover!"

Derpy nodded and received the ball but.. It flew our of the court. My eyes widened and my feet started to move in its own. I glance around my team which seems to be giving up because they knew the ball is going to hit the floor.

G: "Its all over.."

Rd: "The ball hasn't touch the floor.. YET!" I yelled the last part as I jumped across the barricade and hitting the ball with my right hand before it hits the floor.

I then tumbled across the court but I immediately got up to my feet and saw the ball flying across to Fluttershy.

F: "Gilda!" Fluttershy yelled before tossing the ball to Gilda cause I was still running back the court at the time.

Gilda nodded and jumped, matching the ball's time. She then slammed it with her right hand but Crystal prep's libero received it.

Aj: "Lets end this!" The cowgirl yelled as she steals the ball from their wing spiker and dumping it across the net.

Rd: "Flutter-" before I could even hint Fluttershy that it was a unexpected dump, the ball finally landed at the floor..

I fell to my knees as soon I heard a buzzer ring. I looked to my team, Gilda was giving high fives to everyone while Crystal prep gathered into a circle and started to cheer.

When Fluttershy noticed how devastated I am, she approached to me and placed her hand on my shoulder.

F: "Hey Dashie.. Its go-" I interrupted her before she could even finish.

Rd: "We could have one I you kept on tossing me the balls!" I growled with anger making Fluttershy jump in shock.

F: "But coach said we need team cooperation.."

Rd: "Who the heck cares?! We lost for Celestia's sake."

F: "Im sorry.." Fluttershy cried before running back to her team in tears.

Rd: "Flutters.." I yelled her name but when I saw Coach McIntosh giving me a mad look. I stopped talking and stood up.

G: "Nice going Dash, you made Fluttershy cry." Gilda whispered in my ear with hate before running to the team.

I slightly bowed my head and formed my hands into fist. " I cant believed we lost, I thought we can handle this.. I thought I CAN HANDLE THIS?!" I muttered to myself with anger and regret.

"Regroup scouts!" When I heard Coach McIntosh yelled, I wiped the forming tears in my eyes and ran to my team.

Coach: "You all did great out there, we will all meet at the buss at 10 minutes okay?" He said with a warm smile as he handed our water bottles. "Oh and Rainbow, we need to talk." He lastly said before leaving.

I sighed and nodded in agreement, I then took my gym bag before running to the women's bathroom.

When I got there, i dropped my bag down on the floor. I turned on the faucet and washed my face with the water.

Rd: "Where did it go wrong?" I asked myself..

"Hey short stuff."

I turned around as soon someone insulted me. My eyes widened when I saw the cowgirl setter from Crystal Prep. She's still clearly angry at me for some reason.

Rd: "Hey?"

Aj: "Your team sucks.."

Rd: "Gee thanks, comming from the person who missed her tosses to the Wing -" But before I could finish, the Cowgirl angrily grabbed my shoulders and slammed me to the wall to pin me with angered force which made me gasp in shock.

Aj: "I will crush you next time! People like you pisses me off." She growled with pure hate.

Rd: "What did I even do to you?!"

Aj: "Heh.. Showing off your skill doesn't make you scary at all.. You talk too much about winning but you loose at the end. Anyways, Im always better than you~" She replied with a grin while removing both her hands on the wall.

Rd: "I dont care! Im gonna beat you someday!" I growled in anger to defend myself.

"See you around Pipsqueak."

She lastly said before stepping out of the bathroom, leaving me in shock.

Rd: "What was that all about?" I asked myself.

"R I N G ! "

I then took out my phone as soon I heard it rang a notification at my bag. When I opened it, I saw 22 messages coming from one person.

Gilda: "Where the heck are you Dash? Everybody is here on the bus."

- "Danm Coach is gonna yell at your ass if you dont come here right now!"

Rd: "Well crap." I said in a state of panic. I immediately closed the open faucet, grabbing my bag and running out of the bathroom.

"How can I forget the goddamn time? Its that cowgirl's fault.. She thinks Im scared of her? Pff~ what a loser, im just glad I can never see her again." I thought to myself while running through the crowd to make it outside the building

When I finally made it outside, I saw my team waiting on the buss. I sighed knowing that were going home and its all over before walking towards them.

Coach: "Where have you been Rainbow?" Coach McIntosh worriedly asked

Rd: "Sorry sir.. I just freshen myself at the bathroom."

Coach: "Your really taking our defeat too much.. Come here." He sighed before taking my hand and leading me on the back of the buss.

Rd: "What are you taking me sir?"

Coach: "I need to talk to you.' He said with a warm smile, kneeling down to match my height and placing his hand on my shoulder. I was confused at first so I just waited for him to talk.

C: "This might be your last match before graduating for Highschool.. But you have skills Rainbow, I can see that in you but you have a long way to go. Team cooperation is a part of volleyball."

Rd: "I know th-" He interrupted me before I could even finish talking.

C: "But you don't know how to handle it. Anyways, Im happy that I get to train the upcoming Ace~"

My eyes widened as soon I heard the coach called me the next ace. I gave him a surprised look while stuttering in my words.

Rd: "Sir.. I- i.."

C: "I know Dash. Listen, Im recommending you to a powerhouse school for your 1st year in highschool." He said while handing me a photo with words on the back of it.

Rd: "Whats this?" I asked as I took the photo from him and saw a school with its exact location on the back.

C: "This.. Is Canterlot High, they are known as the Fallen heroes because.. I honestly dont know. I know you have potential and spirit in volleyball so Im sending you here.. If you want to."

Rd: "Sir.. I dont know what to say.. Thank you!" I yelled in joy as I gave Coach McIntosh a hug, he laughed and patted my hair before standing up.

C: "Lets go, dont tell this to anyone okay? The others are already waiting at the buss."

I nodded in agreement and followed him enter the buss. I walked to my seat which means I'll be passing by Gilda's seat.

G: "Looks like someone got scolded for her immature attitudes." Gilda yelled with a teasing tone.

Rd: "Shut it Gilda." I replied before taking a seat next to Fluttershy. I slowly looked at her and saw her eyes tearing up.

Rd: "Hey Shy.. Im sorry about a while ago.. I dint mean it." I apologized with a soft voice.

F: "No its okay Dashie.. Im just sad that your moving schools next year and this will be our last match together."

Rd: "Aww Fluttershy ~" I mumbled while I pulled her into a hug. "Its okay.. We'll play together again, I promise." I lastly whispered in her ear before pulling away.

F: "I hope so, what school are you entering anyways?" She asked with a smile.

"Oh crap.. Should I tell her that the coach recommended me to Canterlot High? I mean she'll be devastated when she finds out that coach only recommended me."

Rd: " Its.. Its a secret shy, but you will know if you come with me. " I replied to her question with a warm smile.

F: "Oh certainly not, Im staying at the same school for the Highschool department with Gilda and our team."

Rd: "Oh.. Well I'll miss you." I said in sadness.

"Alright, is everyone here?"

"Yes sir!"

"Okay, let's go back to the campus to celebrate!" The coach yelled in joy.

My team started to cheer but I just looked at the window beside Fluttershy while the buss is slowly moving.

"I'll get to see this place again.."
