Rd: "F-fluttershy?!" I yelled in shock, getting the shy girl's attention.

Fs: "Hey Dashie!" She greeted back, waving her hand at me.

When I saw Applejack's hand was about to touch my shoulder, I immediately ran towards Fluttershy to give her a tight hug.

Rd: "I missed ya Shy! I cant believe your here with me now!" I yelled in joy, making Fluttershy's cheeks slightly redden.

Fs: "I told you that I like playing with you right? Not against you. So here I am in Canterlot High."

Rd: "Oh danm we have so much catching up to do! What is Gilda like when she's team captain? Why did you spike the ball back at the practice match? I thought you-"

Fs: "Hush now Dashie, everybody's looking at you." She giggled nervously as she glanced around the court.

As soon I followed her gaze, I saw the other upperclassmen giving us a teasing look so I quickly pulled away from Shy's hug and placed my hand behind my neck.

Rd: 'Ehm.. Sorry Captain!"

Ss: "Its okay Dash but you need to control your excitement, you two look like a couple when your together." Sunset teased with a laugh, making me blush slightly same as Fluttershy.

Rd: "N-no were not!"

Ss: "Just kidding with ya Rainbow."

Sa: "Ehem, now that we have new players, we might as well turn this training into another practice match." Shining armor declared as he places a hand on the captain's shoulder.

Ss: "Yes coach! You 4 change into your gym clothes. Twilight and me will get the practice jerseys in the cabinet." Sunset said before grabbing Twilight's hand and running to the closet.

As Fluttershy and the new players ran to the restroom, I happily skipped back to my team.

Suddenly, the idiotic cowgirl blocked my way while giving me a disturbing look.

Aj: "Why's the flower girl here?"

Rd: "Well I dont know cowgirl, get outta my way."

Aj: "She's clearly here to sabotage us. I mean why did she leave your dumbass team back at 6th grade?"

Rd: "I said I dont know goddammit!" I growled back in anger as I pushed Applejack out of my way. "And she's not here to sabotage us.. She's here to help me get to Nationals.. Without your help." I lastly added before running towards Rarity.

I then held Rarity's arm, making her look back at me in confusion. But as soon she realized that I was about to cry, her eyes widened before leading me into a private spot.

R: "What's wrong Darling?" She asked confused, kneeling down to match my height.

Rd: 'I- I dont know anymore Rarity.. Why is Applejack acting like this?"

R: 'Aww Rainbow dont cry!" She started, wiping the tears in my eyes with her hand. "I think its that Fluttershy girl.."

Rd: "What do you mean?"

R: "Whenever your with your friend, I always see that Applejack is pulling you away from her."

Rd: "Yeah the idiot does that.. But why?"

R: " I dont know too darling, Applejack is really hard to figure out."

Rd: "I know.. She's a goddamn idiot."

R: "But she's your idiot, Dashie." Rarity replied with a warm smile.

Rd: "W-what? No she's not!" I immediately growled back in slight nervousness.

R: "Rainbow Dash Darling its really clear that you like her but something's been bothering you.. Isn't it?"

Rd: "I.. I dont know Rarity, maybe? Its all kinda confusing me right now. I mean am I really becoming a lesbian for this girl I really hate and envy?"

R: "That's a question you must answer yourself, Rainbow. Now I better go back to Pinkie pie before she throws the ball at me again." Rarity lastly said with a sincere smile before running back to our Pink haired libero who was throwing balls at our teammate's faces.

After Rarity ran back with the others, I just sat down and continued to think what Rarity told me. Im feeling so weak and out of mood since Applejack and me had our moment a while ago.

But since Fluttershy is now here, I might be asking for her to toss for me.. Besides, Aj wont toss me any balls today cause "IM WEAK" right?

Finally, Fluttershy and the 3 girls returned back to the gym. Coach Shining Armor then gathered all of us in a circle to discuss the game rules.

Sa: "Alright girls, we will playing a 1 set game with 25 points. The first team will be: Sunset, Twilight, Coloratura, Pinkie pie, Starlight. While the other team has: Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack and Wallflower. Got it?"

Rd: "Why do I have to be teamed up with the cowgirl again?" I asked with a slightly angered voice.

Aj: "Is that a problem for you shrimp?"

Rd: "Yeah your a problem."

Ts: "Woah girls no fighting! Ahem, please continue coach."

After Twilight pushed me away from Applejack, I just walked beside Fluttershy so she can calm me down.

Sa: "You two done? Great. The team that will make it to 8 points first will have a technical timeout. Again, this is just a practice match for the 4 new girls to try out so be easy on them Sunset."

Ss: "I'll try my best coach." Sunset answered in confidence, causing the other upperclassmen to give her a scary look which made our captain jump in shock.

Ss: "But of course I need the help of my team!" She nervously added with a giggle.

Ts: "Good enough. Let's go!"

As both teams went to their side of the court, Sunset and Rarity was left behind to determine which team will serve the ball first. And luckily we get the ball first so Rarity ran at the back after she was handed the ball.

The fashionista then served the ball with her usual finesse, leading the ball to be received by Starlight.

Sg: "Its up!" Starlight yelled as soon the ball went flying back to the air.

Twilight immediately ran where the ball was about to drop so she can toss it to their Ace. But as soon Sunset spiked the ball, Rarity was already in mid-air to block her attack.

But instead of the ball going back to their side, it unexpectedly flew towards Wallflower, making her to do a slightly off receive.

Wb: "C-cover, cover!"

Fs: "Got it!" Fluttershy yelled as she perfected her timing to jump, tossing the ball for me to spike.

Of course I felt my excitement rising inside of me knowing that Fluttershy will always toss me the ball, and not not Applejack..

So I took a few steps back before running after the ball, closing my eyes and slamming my hand into the air afterwards.

When I fell back to the ground, I slowly opened my eyes and saw the ball bouncing in the other team's base.

"YEAH!!!" My team yelled in joy, running up to me and messing with my hair.

R: "That's the Rainbow i know!"

Rd: "T-thanks Rarity but I could have not done it without "Fluttershy!" I replied but when I mentioned Shy's name, I literally walked closer to Applejack so she can hear it.

Fs: "We still got it Dashie. Want me to toss to you more?"

Rd: "Bring it on!"

R: "Ahem, Im also a spiker too Darling."

Fs: "Oops, of course I'll toss to you ma'am-"

R: "Oh no need to call me ma'am, Im Rarity dearie, Nice to Fluttershy!" Rarity greeted with a warm smile.

Fs: "Nice to meet you too Rarity." Fluttershy happily replied while going back to her position before Flash continues to match again.

Since we won the last set, Rarity returned at the back to serve the ball again. She then threw the ball upwards as she slowly ran towards it, matching the ball's timing before slamming it with her right hand.

The ball flew towards Twilight, making her toss it upwards because she dint have enough time to counter it normally.

As the ball flew back up, Starlight tossed the ball back to Sunset so she can spike again but.. The ball was short.

Suddenly, Coloratura immediately dived in to save the ball, making it fly back in the air. Twilight took the chance to set the ball to Sunset because she was the most powerful attacker they had.

As soon Sunset noticed the ball was coming for her, she quickly ran and jumped towards it, completely perfecting her timing.

She then used her right hand to spike the ball downwards with mad force. Making the ball slam directly at the our base.

R: "Oh Celestia that's strong.. Don't, mind dont mind!"

Now both the teams' are tied 1-1, Flash blew his whistle again to make the other team serve the ball.

Twilight ran at their back after she was handed the ball. Of course she took a few seconds before serving the ball because she kept on figuring out the perfect angle.. Science stuff like that.

After she finally served the ball, it unexpectedly hits the top of the net, making the ball loose its momentum.

Since Fluttershy was the most closer to the ball, she nervously received it. But when I noticed that the ball was heading towards Applejack for her to toss, I immediately removed my stance, knowing the she'll toss the ball for Rarity.

Rd: "Heck, why am I still excited? She's not gonna toss it for m-" I thought to myself but I was interrupted when I heard someone calling my name.

It was Applejack..

She was looking at me as is she was about to toss me the ball. Suddenly, my legs started to move on its own again as I quickly ran beside Applejack and jumped at a right time.

I closed my eyes.. Hoping that my palm will somehow touch the ball.

At last.. I spiked it, it felt so good.

When I returned back to the ground, I saw the ball bounced back in our base, giving Sunset's team another point.

Rd: "What happened?"

Fs: 'You were blocked by the glasses girl.. You dint know?"

Rd: 'No my eyes were closed. "

Fs: "Oh.. Well we'll get the next one. I'll toss it to you again!" Fluttershy happily replied.

Rd: "T-thanks Shy.."

As I prepared my stance.. I was slowly loosing my focus because of.. Applejack.

Why did she tossed to me? I thought she knew I was weak..
