Anamika falls unconscious in her sister's arms. Ruhana is astonished to find that there are rashes on Anamika's hands and legs as well. Her body is warm due to fever. Vineet calls for the doctor who does Anamika's checkup and injects medicine in her arm. She also prescribes some medicines and asks Ruhana to give them to her sister and equal intervals.

Furthermore, Ruhana asks about the well-being of her sister. The doctor is Sandhya, who is Ruhana's friend.

"Sandhya! Sab thik hai na?" Ruhana asks.

"Ruhana! Filhal toh sab thik hain. Ye rashes bhi dawai se thik ho jayenge, par usey is drugs ki aadat ko chodna hoga. All the drugs have started to show their effects. Ye rashes wo drugs ka hi nateeja hain. You need to get her treated." Sandhya says.

"Maybe, you should send Anamika to a rehabilitation centre," Sandhya says hesitatingly.

"What? But why?" Ruhana looks at her friend, shocked at the moment.

"It's good for her, and for you. Vineet ji! Aap hi samjhaiye. Anamika jis situation mein hai, she can turn violent and she can hurt anyone. Rehabilitation centre bhej dena thik hai." Sandhya says.

"Sandhya! I'll decide that. Thanks for checking her up. You can leave. Tum doctor ho par meri behen ke liye kya sahi hai aur kya galat wo main behtar jaanti hoon. Meri behen ke sath mujhe kya karna hain, wo tum mujhe mat batao. " Ruhana says angrily and asks her to leave.

Yes! How can she send her sister to the rehabilitation centre where she'll be treated as a mere patient? The girl will be all alone, and Ruhana doesn't want that. She knows that all her sister needs are love and care. And she can give it at home. She can take care of her sister, daughter and husband all at once.

Sandhya leaves and Ruhana moves into Anamika's room and sits by her side. She kisses her head softly.

Meanwhile, Vineet enters the room with a bowl of cold water and a soft napkin. He holds Anamika's wrist and it is still warm.

"Bukhaar hi toh hain. Thik ho jayega. Ye lo, yeh napkins lagao, Ana ka bukhaar kam hojayega." Vineet says, passing the bowl to her.

"Lekin main Ana ko kahin nahi bhejungi." Ruhana looks at her.

"Han! Hum nahi bhejenge usey. Tum chinta mat karo. Main dawai leke aata hoon." Vineet says, calming his wife and turns to leave the room.

"Papa! Aap kahan ja rahe ho?" Ruhaani chuckles as she enters the room.

"Beta, main aata hoon, aap apni mumma aur maasi ka dhyan rakhna, okay?" Vineet looks at his little one, asking her consent.

"Yes! Pal maasi ko kya hua? Wo so kyun rahi hai?" The little girl asks innocently.

"Aap jao, aur jagao! Aur han maasi ko balloons dena nahi bhulna!" Vineet taps her cheeks.

"Okay daddy! Aap jao!" Ruhaani chuckles and runs inside the bedroom.

She climbs the bed and sits near Anamika. She finds her mother putting wet napkins on her maasi's head. She glances at the two and also notices that her mother is sad.

"Mumma!" Ruhaani calls her mother but she doesn't listen in one call.

"Mumma! Shad nai hote. Maashi thik ho jayegi." Ruhaani says in her babyish tone.

Ruhana looks at her daughter and smiles. She forwards her hands towards Ruhaani and the girl jumps towards her mother. Ruhana embraces Ruhaani in her arms.

"Han! Jab tak Ruhaani hain, mumma sad kaise ho sakti hain. Lekin haan! Main aapki maasi se naraaz zaroor hoon." Ruhana says.

"Noii! Maasi bhi toh sad hain na! Pleash gusha nahi karo." The little girl says and Ruhana is astounded.

Ruhaani is surely five-year-old, but she is intelligent enough to understand the moods of her parents and also of her maternal aunt. Usually, it's Anamika who plays along, and the two, aunt and niece pull pranks on their sister and mother.

Anamika loves Ruhaani, there are times when she pampers her more than Ruhana does. And the girl respects her maternal aunt in the same way as she does to her mother.

"Aap maashi se gussa mat ho! Kal toh bulday hain na!" Ruhaani blinks her eyes.

"Ruhaani! Mumma gussa hai toh manana padega na!" Anamika speaks timidly.

Ruhana turns to Anamika, the girl is awake. Ruhana makes her sit and Ruhaani crawls on the bed and sits beside her aunt.

"Mumma gusha nahi karegi. Wo toh aapse pyaar karti hai na!" Ruhaani says innocently.

"Acha acha! Lekin uske liye masi ko promise karna hoga!" Ruhana says.

"Main sab baatein maanungi, Di! I am sorry! Meri wajah se aap pareshan hui, par ab nahi hoga aisa." Anamika says holding Ruhana's hands.

Ruhana nods affirmatively and pulls her sister and daughter in a hug. Meanwhile, Vineet returns home. He smiles watching the two sisters. He enters the room.

"Ab behnon ka milaap ho gaya ho toh khana khayein? Bhaut bhook lagi hain. Fir Ana ko dawai deni hai na!" Vineet says, keeping the medicines on the side table.

"Han han! Fir aaj Ruhaani mumma aur maasi ke sath soyegi!" The little girl chuckles.

"Acha aur main? Main kahan sounga?" Vineet asks playfully.

"Aap apne room mein! Akele akele! Mumma toh maashi aur Ruhana ke pas soyegi!" Ruhaani chuckles.

"Wo kyun? Kya special hai?" Vineet raises his eyebrows at his little one.

"Kyunki kal Ruhaani aur maasi ka birthday hain!" The girl chuckles making the other three smile.

Ruhana asks Anamika to freshen up and moves out of the room. Vineet follows her while Ruhaani sits playing in Anamika's room.

Ruhana moves into the kitchen and sighs deeply. Vineet keeps his hand on her shoulder. She smiles at him.

"Happy? She is fine now!" Vineet asks.

"Han! Lekin...." Ruhana says but pauses.

"Sab thik ho jayega, Ruhana. Trust me! Dawai legi aur hum dono dhyan rakhenge toh thik ho jayega." Vineet convinces her.

"Thanks, Vineet! Tum hamesha mere sath rahe ho. I can't find any words to describe my feelings. Lekin kal toh dono ka birthday hain. " Ruhana says.

"Han toh hum celebrate karenge na. A family affair." Vineet smiles softly.

Ruhana smiles at him and keeps her head on his chest, hugging him.

A little while later, the small family of four finish dinner, and a banter continues between Vineet, Ruhaani and Anamika.

"Noo! Mumma Ruhaani ki baat maanegi." The little girl shouts.

"No! Wo pehle meri wife hai na, toh wo meri baat maanegi!" Vineet looks at his little one.

"Noii noii! Mumma aapse zyada pyaar Ruhaani se karti hain. Hai na Mumma?" Ruhaani asks while looking at her mother.

"Aise thodi hota hain, beta!" Vineet says, making a sad face.

"Hota hai, Hota hai. Ruhaani ne bola ishliye." the little girl bore her eyes into her father's eyes.

"Aap mumma se puch lo chaho toh. Mumma aaj mere aur maasi ke sath soyengi." Ruhaani announces.

"Arey! Dekho toh Ruhana, ye ladki toh orders de rahi hain!" Vineet says astonishingly.

"Toh! Apne papa ko hi toh de rahi hai." Anamika breaks her trance.

"Waise, she is right! Mujhe bhi Di se baat karni hain." Anamika says.

" Yes yes! Mumma chalo!" Ruhaani holds her mother's hand, at which Vineet makes a sad face.

Ruhana smiles and then looks at her beloved people.

"Mere pas ek aur bhi acha idea hain." Ruhana says.

Anamika, Ruhaani and Vineet look at her. Well, her ideas are always great. But, now the three people are excited to hear her. Ruhana smiles. Her eyes fell on Anamika and Ruhaani.

"Aaj toh birthday girls ki baat maani jaani chahiye. Toh I have something for you two. Lekin uske pehle Ana! Tu apni medicine le." Ruhana says.

"Di lelungi!" Anamika says carelessly.

"Nahi! Abhi le! Mere saamne! Ab toh main tujhe apni aankhon se door hone hi nahi dungi. Chalo khao!" Ruhana says as she holds the medicine in her hand.

Anamika takes the medicine without any questions. Well, she has done the wrong, and now her sister is talking to her. She has to obey her, that's all she can do. She can't afford her sister's anger.

"Aap mujhe dantna ya maarna, par please gussa mat karna, Di. Aap naaraz ho jati ho toh lagta hai sab kuch choot gaya haath se. Please ab se gussa mat karna. Chaho toh saza de dena. Par no gussa! Please!" Anamika says as she hugs her sister, resting her head on her shoulder.

"No gusha, mumma!" Ruhaani chuckles while the two ladies laugh.

Ruhana smiles at the two girls. These two are her parts, the pieces of her heart. She can't stay angry with them for a long time. She embraces them in her arms and then leads their way upstairs.

As they climb the stairs, there's a big hall, which is most probably the playspace for Ruhaani. The two girls get astonished to see floor beds arranged in the centre. There are two gift wraps kept on the bed.

"Aaj hum charon yahin soyenge. Head of the family towards the left, please!" Ruhana says, gesturing Vineet.

"Arey, meko toh kone mein bhej rahi ho! Ye galat hai Ruhana!" He makes a face.

"No no! Sahi hain!" Anamika chuckles, like her usual self.

"Very bad!" He makes a face.

"Daddy, Ruhaani ka budday hain, Maasi ka bhi hain. Toh aap jalo nahi. Mumma humse zyada pyar karti hain." Ruhaani makes a face and hugs her mom.

Ruhana sits on the bed while Vineet plops down on the bed near his wife. Anamika and Ruhaani tear open their parcels.

Ruhaani chuckles to find a teddy bear and art & craft set in her present. She hugs her parents, who pat her back. Anamika smiles looking at the three when Ruhaani asks her to unwrap her gift.

Anamika unwraps the packet and she's astonished to find a photo frame. Actually, not one, but three photo frames.

One frame has Anamika's picture with Ruhana. There are her childhood pictures and her picture with Ruhana, where she is hugging Ruhana. Another picture is of Ruhana's wedding.

Another frame is her pictures with Ruhaani. One is when the little girl was born, on the same day as she and Anamika had lifted her in her arms. While in the other, little Ruhaani is kissing Anamika on her cheek.

The final frame is of the four of them together. Vineet, Ruhana, Anamika and Ruhaani. On the frame, it's carved "Forever Together".

Anamika is teary eyed. She looks at Ruhana who smiles at her sister.

"We are together, forever. Maine hi nahi, Vineet ne bhi mujhse vaada kiya tha, ki wo tera dhyan rakhega, bilkul vaise hi jaise he cares for me. Let's keep this intact!" Ruhana says.

Anamika nods and hugs her sister tightly. She makes Ruhana lie on the bed, and she keeps her head on her outstretched hand.

"I promise Di, ab se kuch galat nahi hoga. We will stay together, in any situation." Anamika says while Ruhana embraces her little sister, smiling contently.

Anamika smiles, her sister has made her big day special, she recalls the moments as she trails down the memory lane.
