In Singapore, Ruhana’s artworks and paintings grab attention. On day 1, she received lot of attention and praise. Many people purchased her abstract paintings, and she also got orders for the same. Anamika is elated with the progress. She chuckles it to Vineet when he comes to meet them in the evening. Ruhana suggests that they meet in the girls’ room for dinner and Vineet agrees to them. They return to their rooms. They freshen up, change into their night dresses. Vineet joins them in their room and they order the food. Amidst light chit chats, they finish their dinner. Anamika falls asleep while watching television.

Ruhana covers her with the duvet and turns to Vineet, thanking him. She is really indebted to him, for he trusted her when no one else did. He became her first client.

“Thank you so much!” Ruhana mouths a word of gratitude to Vineet.

“What for? I didn’t do anything.” Vineet says.

“You did the most important thing. And I am forever indebted to you.” Ruhana says a light smile lights her face.

“Really! Why do you think so?” Vineet asks her innocently.

“Kisi anjaan insaan pe bharosa karna bahut mushkil hota hain, Vineet. Aapne wahi toh kiya hai. Aapne mujhe apne office ke liye order diya. You brought me here, no one does it, even for their real siblings or relatives. Aur hamara toh koi rishta bhi nahi hain, Vineet.” Ruhana smiles at Vineet.

“Agar meri jagah koi aur hota toh wo bhi yahi karta. Tumne wo kahavat nahi suni “Actions speak louder than words.”. In your case, your art speaks for you.” Vineet says.

Ruhana shakes her head. She smiles at him. He’s being very generous towards her. He has done a lot for her and is still saying that it’s all Ruhana’s hard work. It sure is.

“Aap maane ya na maane, main toh yahi maanti hun, you’ve been an angel in my life. Thank you.” Ruhana smiles at him.

Vineet smiles at her, he’s already fascinated by her simplicity. She’s giving credits to him for her own success. He wants to tell her that it’s her hard work, but she calls him as her angel, and he can’t deny the fact. Meanwhile, they bid good night to each other.

*Flashback Ends*

Ruhana smiles, she’s still resting her head on his chest. She parts the hug and holds his hands.

“Tum sach mein mera lucky charm ho, Vineet. 6 saal pehle bhi tumne hi mujhe raasta dikhaya tha, aur aaj bhi tum hi ho. Maine thik hi socha tha, you are my disguised angel.” Ruhana says softly.

“Main toh wahi kar raha hoon, jo mujhe karna chahiye.” Vineet says as he pecks her forehead.

“Jaanti hoon, tum toh apna promise ache se nibha rahe ho, lekin maine nahi nibhaya. I am really sorry.” She apologizes again.

Ruhana feels that it’s Vineet who is suffering the most after the drug case that’s fueled against him. It’s because of her, because of her sister’s mistake. Ruhana can’t help but blame herself for all the mess that is created in their life.

“Di, don’t be sorry! Aapki galti nahi hai.” Anamika’s voice breaks her trance.

She looks upon her sister and finds Anamika kneeling in front of her.

"Ye sab meri galti hai. Meri wajah se itne problems hue. I am sorry! Abse aisa nahi hoga." Anamika says.

"Sab thik ho jayega." Vineet says as he taps Anamika's head.

"Agar Di maanengi toh. Aur aap bhi. Meri wajah se sabko problem ho rahi hai. But, I promise, Ab se aisa kuch nahi hoga."Anamika says.

" You have to promise me that you won't hide anything from me, now. Promise!? " Ruhana asks.

"I promise, Di. Abse main aapse kuch nahi chupaaungi. Lekin aap naraaz na ho. Ab hum sab thik kar denge. Hai na?" Anamika asks as she holds Ruhana's hands.

Ruhana finds it weird that Anamika's hands are warm. She looks at her hands and finds red patches on her palms.

Ruhana panics and folds her sleeves, at which she finds that there are rashes on her hands and even her legs. Meanwhile, Anamika faints in her sisters' arms.

Ruhana panics and Vineet calls for the doctor. They take Anamika into her room and make her lie on the bed. Ruhana sits beside her, holding her hands in hers.

Meanwhile, the doctor arrives and does Anamika's checkup. After that, she looks at Ruhana and says something that leaves Ruhana and Vineet shocked.
